Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation
Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.

Know Your Client added fields / information for Financial Planning
It would be helpful if under the "Know Your Client" tab we could have the ability to enter more information that is pertinent to financial planning. Some ideas I have are as follows:
Social Security: Could add fields for age when claimed or planning to claim, start date of benefits, current benefit amount, etc.
Estate Planning: do they have trust/ wills/ POAs in place, estate attorney/ POA contact information, Last beneficiary review date
E-signature: Yes or No field on whether client is comfortable using this or not.

Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

Primary Contact - Add link to that person's record
Within the Primary Contact box, include a link to access that person's record within Redtail. For any additional information on that person now, you have to go under "Memberships" to find their record or search for their record. If the link is provided, you just click the link and it takes you directly to their record.

Add Federal and State Tax withholding fields
We are requesting an additional feature be added to the existing "Estimated Tax Information" section on each contact record in the "Financials" section:

Vulnerable Adults with Diminished Capacity
There should be an option that would very clearly label a client that is a vulnerable adult or is someone with diminished capacity. It would be very useful if it were like the "This person is deceased" banner that pops up on contacts of clients who have passed. This banner could be bright yellow or something very obvious.

Zapier Integration to add a note and to complete activites
Zapier's integrations are super helpful - although being able to add a note would be amazing as well as complete an activity.

sidebar for workflows
Please add a sidebar for Workflows that would open when in a Task. Allow users to move from Workflow sidebar to Task w/o interruption or saving first.

Keep formatting when copying text from Word Documents to Contact Notes
I create Review Summaries in MS Word for our clients post-review. In addition to emailing the PDF versions to the clients, I copy the summaries in the Contact Notes section for the Advisors to refer back to for portfolio changes, to recall items requested from clients or check in on progress. Can you please update CRM to keep text formatting from Word Documents when we copy text from a Word Document and paste it into the Notes Section under a Contact? It makes more work for us, when we have to reformat heavily formatted text in the Notes section post-pasting.

dark mode email history
Email History text is unreadable in new Dark Mode -- the text is still black, so not working with new black background.

Put notification bubble on Speak icon in top right hand corner of home page.
Please add a notification bubble on the Speak icon just as there is on the Alarm Bell.

Primary Bank
Allow us to select one of the client's bank accounts and mark it as primary like we do for contact methods.

When you are sending a bulk email, can you update the system so it defaults to alert you when you are about to send a bulk email without anything in the subject line?

Add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"
I would like to be able to filter all account by status "manually entered" vs. "from feed" once I export them to Excel document. Right now this column and option is missing. It is only available through RT reports, but it does not export to file.
Could you please add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"? Thank you.

comment on completed Workflow steps
Please add the ability to Comment on completed workflow step notes. The Step Notes are great but then sometimes I think of things after completing the step and I cannot edit it. It would be nice to be able to add a Comment like we can add a comment to regular notes on the main client screen.

Custom Export needs to Include ALL Profile Information- why makes us wait years for this???!!!
I don't understand the logic behind not giving us the ability to export all fields of the contact record. You have added fields a couple at a time over the past few years, since you are already in there adding a couple fields, just add ALL the fields so you don't have to keep going back to the same topic and adding fields. That way you can focus on the thousands of other "enhancements", most of which are oversights, that have been sitting idle for YEARS!! Just make all fields exportable and be done with it!!!!

combine note
It would be helpful to combine outside notes to existing activities instead of deleting the note and re-recording it within the activity or recording it multiple times. For example If I have a phone call with a client that pertains to two activities, I could make one note then link that note to the other activity.

Can you segregate text messages from notes into its own category.

Make shared contact card information more apparent
It would be great if shared contact card information would display as shared in some easily viewable manner instead of only saying it is shared when you click on the arrow next to the field and choose edit.

My Rep Chat Note Categories
Currently MyRepChat integration notes import with no category, making it impossible to pull any kind of report on these from the client level. The integration should either autofill the category to the default Redtail note category, or include a feature allowing the user to select a note category for MyRepChat integration.
