License Tracking
It would be great to receive reminders to track agent licenses, or at least be able to run a license report so that we could periodically check to see if a license needs to renewed or if CE needs to be completed.

combine note
It would be helpful to combine outside notes to existing activities instead of deleting the note and re-recording it within the activity or recording it multiple times. For example If I have a phone call with a client that pertains to two activities, I could make one note then link that note to the other activity.

Make shared contact card information more apparent
It would be great if shared contact card information would display as shared in some easily viewable manner instead of only saying it is shared when you click on the arrow next to the field and choose edit.

Need to be able to give users access to see "roles".
The "Roles" need to be seen by users, not just administrators. Please make it possible for users to see the "Roles" without being an admin. It makes no sense that a user (who is not an admin) cannot lookup who the "Associate Advisor" or "CSA" for a particular client is.

Undo calendar item move or have movement history
Currently in week view or day view on the calendar, an activity/task/appointment/etc can be moved with the mouse without having to go in and manually edit the item, this can be very convenient BUT if it is accidentally moved there is no way to know what the original time was. It would be great to have an undo move function, or a way to track the history of the previous time/date of the item.

Combine Email/Call/Text Logs
Instead of adding call and text information to the notes, it would be great to have one tab for logging of all communication with clients that could be filtered out between emails, calls, and texts. We have a text-heavy clientele, and we're new to Redtail but already finding that text logging is bogging down our notes list.

Mobile app - ability to use "Today" tab feature but filter for past due or upcoming items
Would be great to have the ability to use the "Today" tab but have a filter option to look at past due / upcoming activities too. On the web version there's a hyperlink that takes you to "Open Activities - Past Due" or "Upcoming items". That view helps me visually plan with a to-do like feature that I miss out on in the app. The calendar shows past due but it's not on one running list as it does on the website. It's a delayed per day view on calendar.. Would love a listed out version as it does on…

Please Don't Make Next Task Dependent on Current Task Being Completed
If multiple users are assigned to a Workflow and one user forgets or simply does not complete their current task, the rest of the tasks then don't get completed, leaving either a major bottleneck of work to later do or even worse, overlooked. Please allow the steps in a Workflow to not be dependent upon sequential completion. In talking to several other advisors and support staff at Orion Ascent, Workflows are not being used at all for this specific reason. Our prior CRM did not have this restriction and this is making the adoption of RedTail a much more difficult…

Automated Scheduling in Redtail
Create & integrate an automated scheduling system within Redtail just like ScheduleOnce etc. which allows clients to schedule appointments themselves via a link we send to them. As well as automated confirmation and reminder emails and/or texts. Instead of connecting Redtail to an outside automated scheduling system, have those capabilities within Redtail. That would be so helpful to have everything in one place!

Notes Report
It would be helpful if we could print the Notes Report for a specific account for a client. Ex. If a client wants to talk about their IRA, we have to print a Note Report that includes all notes for all accounts, which requires us to search through the report to highlight the notes for the IRA if the client has multiple accounts.

Contact UDF
At our office we use a UDF that multiple users in our office edit on the our clients pages, and right now, we have no way of knowing who updated a contact's UDF last. In the UDF box, in addition to "name," "value," and "type," I would like to have a "Last edited" column that has the name of the user who last updated the UDF value, and the date and time of the that update. Preferably, that info would then also be part of the filter on the UDF reports page, and also one of the available check boxes…

Increased Limit on "Things to do Today"
Can we please increase the limit of the "things to do today" from 100 to unlimited or at least higher than 100 for those who have a lot of activities to accomplish in one day?

Account Summary - as Excel Document
Allow us to create a custom report to pull any field from the database. For instance, currently, a custom report is unable to pull the ownership information. Would love to have that ability.

link activity template automatically with note template
When using a Note template, we can select Create Follow-Up Activity so it will automatically initiate a new activity, but if we could predetermine the activity template that would be best.
For instance selecting a note template for RegBI Conversation - it would be great to allow me to open the RegBI Tracking Activity we have set up in the tracker.

eMoney Integration for Trust or Business accounts
Our firm would like to suggest that Redtail consider an upgrade so that eMoney for non-personal/Business and Trust accounts are able to be part of the integration process.

If we could take an image and upload it into our email signature (pdf, jpg) rather than needing a URL to do this.

Name of family account holder, column for accounts page
On accounts page, please include column for the owner of account. When including family accounts, all accounts are listed. It can be difficult to tell which family member is the primary/owner of the account when there are multiple family members and multiple accounts
