    Under the business name, have a couple lines to put the business owners name and the direct contact person.

  2. inserting notes

    It would be so helpful if we can insert a note for the previous month.

    Currently, If I come across something that should have been added previously to a client's profile - I write the date of the note first then the note itself. but this messes up the timeline, in case I need to search the item by date I have to scroll over all the notes to find the note needed.

    Can this be added to redtail.

  3. Phone call Relaying/Forwarding integration

    Something I LOVED on a previous CRM was the ability to click the phone number, and it would call your phone, you answered, and it would call that client for you through the phone system (it didn't matter what phone system you used, so individual app integration didn't matter, it just called your phone number to make the call for you). So much easier and faster than dialing the number, and creating a new event/note that I made a call to that person that day. It automatically logged that call and I could add notes.

  4. Auto-create inferred Memberships

    Would love to see a popup window displaying INFERRED memberships based on the contacts existing family/memberships.

    i.e. Barbara and Paul are married and have 2 children. Upon creating an Aunt/Nephew membership for Barbara. A pop-up window appears asking if you'd like to create an Uncle/Nephew membership for Paul, and Cousin/Cousin memberships for their 2 kids.

    Bonus points if the window has dropdowns to change the membership types (for example from 'Sister' to 'Half-Sister') before confirming.

    Please consider this. It would be a massive time-saver!

  5. adding the feature of Nicknames to labels so that I don't have to cut and paste everything for my 400 holiday cards

    currently labels pull the full name or family name. It would be also good to pull the nickname as people often use their preferred nickname not their full name.

  6. Broadcast email and email addresses

    I often will see a failure on a broadcast email with the notation "no primary email address". There is an email address, I just failed to mark it primary. Why, if there is an email address on the contact card, will it not work in a broadcast email unless it's also marked as primary - it should still work!

  7. workflow templates

    Have the ability to exclude weekends, holidays (already an option) when making the Workflow. I'd also like to be able to exclude Sundays/holidays only. Saturday's can be good days to make prospect calls or

  8. Workflow task showing due on calendar when task is completed. Task colors do change when task is completed but still shows as due.

    After completing a task, only the color of the task will change to show the task has been completed. Task still shows DUE at the beginning of the task, when in fact it is completed.

  9. "Next Review Date" under Know Your Client should correspond to the date of when the most recent review actually occurred

    I created a custom Activity category called "Client Review". I'm sure most have something similar. When I complete that Client Review activity, the "Next Review Date" section of Know Your Client should update correspondingly -- one week, quarter, year, etc. from the completed Activity, rather than fixed to the "First Review Date" in Know Your Client.
    Additionally, once I actually confirm the next Client Review date with the client and add that appointment as an Activity to my calendar, I should be able to tie the "Next Review Date" to that newly added Activity.
    I see this or similar ideas…

  10. Add a Trigger Event for Automations for Calendar Entry- change or completion

    Automation triggers that are tied to calendar entries- when added, modified or, specifically, completed. This could then begin post appointment follow up workflows.

  11. REMOVE Chat Bubble or make it MOVEABLE

    Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

  12. REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE

    Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

    When copying a note to an additional contact, the comments and any attached documents should also transfer with the note!!!!

  14. Know Your Client added fields / information for Financial Planning

    It would be helpful if under the "Know Your Client" tab we could have the ability to enter more information that is pertinent to financial planning. Some ideas I have are as follows:

    Social Security: Could add fields for age when claimed or planning to claim, start date of benefits, current benefit amount, etc.

    Estate Planning: do they have trust/ wills/ POAs in place, estate attorney/ POA contact information, Last beneficiary review date

    E-signature: Yes or No field on whether client is comfortable using this or not.

    I have other ideas too but these were some at the top of…

  15. Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's

    Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

  17. subject line

    When you are sending a bulk email, can you update the system so it defaults to alert you when you are about to send a bulk email without anything in the subject line?

  18. Add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"

    I would like to be able to filter all account by status "manually entered" vs. "from feed" once I export them to Excel document. Right now this column and option is missing. It is only available through RT reports, but it does not export to file.

    Could you please add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"? Thank you.

  19. bulk action

    I would like to be able to, via bulk action, remove the data from an already established account field (such as "Invested - Initial"), and move it to a new account UDF field (in that same account) for every account in our Redtail system. So, in John Doe's account # 12345, the field "Invested - Initial" says $100,000. I want to move that date value ($100,000) to a UDF within that same account #12345. And I want to do it for every account for every client in our RT database. Thank you for your conseideration

  20. comment on completed Workflow steps

    Please add the ability to Comment on completed workflow step notes. The Step Notes are great but then sometimes I think of things after completing the step and I cannot edit it. It would be nice to be able to add a Comment like we can add a comment to regular notes on the main client screen.
