Combine accounts with multiple funds
The ability to combine multiple funds under one main account number. For example a 529 linked with LPL comes over as each individual fund position. Would be great to link all the funds under one main account number so there aren't so many funds listed individually in the accounts tab. Would make it more streamlined.

Workflow Automation
Workflows to generate by the date that the activity is created, not the date of the actual activity. For example, if I create an activity today (04/08/24) that is scheduled on 04/22/24 then the workflow generates for a target date of today (04/08/24), not the 22nd.

Last Note Report
Last Note Report - allow to filter notes (such as exclude broadcast email). This would enable users to review more useful data to gauge client touches.

Dynamic Client Name in Activities and Workflows
Once an Activity or Workflow is assigned to a contact, it would be nice if the Client's Name could be appended to the Activity Subject or Workflow Step Name and Task Name. I envision fields such as the Client Name to have a "merge field" identifier that would be entered into the Activity or Workflow Template between identifiers such as quotes or brackets that would indicate to the system to fill in with the Linked Client info. Currently, we can have users manually enter this information, but there are obvious issues with that.

Notify A Specific User
In a non-workflow task Redtail gives the option to notify a team, but you can't notify a specific user. We have a large Advice team, but a task notification likely only applies to their specific clients so we really need the option to just notify a single member of our office.

Completed Activities View
When viewing a contact's completed activities it would be great to see not only the start date, but also a column for the date it was completed and what user completed the task.

Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.

Add fields: primary residence value, estimated net worth (less primary residence)

Default 'Notify User' in a Note
Create a Preference to add a Default 'Notify User' setting. This would be limited to users in the same office & would make the process of notifying others of client contact more efficient.

I liked the calendar sidebar better before the change.
Regarding the sidebar change - I print my bosses daily calendar regularly. I would like to be able to print the day's calendar without having to collapse the sidebar. If I don't remember to do that, the calendar doesn't fill up the whole page (the side bar causes the left side to be blank). I liked the way it worked before the change. Thanks for reading!

Linked Spousal Notes
When completing notes on a profile that has a linked spouse, it would be really helpful, if there was a "rule" that automatically linked the spouse since most of the notes are joint, instead of having to link an additional contact for every note. More frequently than not, we forgot to add the spouse to the original note so we have to go back and copy notes to the other spouses contact card.

Your workflow tasks reordering glitch
When I pull up my workflow steps from the today page, every time I complete one task, the remaining will refresh in a different order. For example, if I knew I could complete three tasks in a row, I would love to be able to quickly click complete on those three. However, after completely task #1, the 2nd task might now be at the very bottom instead of next in line. It's causing our team to accidentally complete tasks they didn't do when they're trying to move along efficiently.

It would be great to be able to create a reoccurring task for a specific date and to have the task continue to rollover to the next day if the task is not completed. When the task is marked done, the task could then move to completed activities along with the completed date.

Customizable Contacts Home Page
Ability to customize contact page home screen so that we can see all contacts in a list with their primary number/address/last meeting date/ age/ etc. Salesforce has this ability and it greatly streamlines our workday.

Calendar appointment location field
It would be great, when adding an appointment in the calendar and the clients name is included in the appointment, when clicking on the "Location" data field, all addresses associated to the clients profile are listed in the dropdown to select for adding to location.

Allow to complete multiple workflow tasks on Today page without refreshing the screen every time.
When viewing Today page, when I click "complete" next to a workflow to complete the current step, I have to refresh the entire page before I can click on complete again for that workflow or the next. It didn't use to be this way.

forward email from email archive
We often have to follow up on clients that were contacted by someone else in the office. In this follow up email we include the original email that was sent. It would great to include a forward option on the email archive so we can open the email that was sent and follow up with the client to show that we have already tried to contact them.
