Drag and drop
It would be very useful to be able to drag and drop Workflow tasks to another date rather than having to open them to re-assign the date.

Redtail Speak
Redtail Speak - I love the concept of Redtail Speak but the inability to utilize it as a phone number to call or receive calls from clients makes me hesitant. I understand the need for compliant texting however giving my advisors multiple phone numbers for only one use will be confusing for them and clients. I'd love for Redtail Speak to someday have a functionality to make/receive phone calls then it will be 100%!

Bulk Action to add new employees to all speak rooms
Instead of having to manually add the new person to every room, Can there be a bulk feature to add the new person? We have over 800 people in speak, it is extremely time consuming to add to each room

When you add a contact to a Business and that contact appears in the CONTACT CARD of the Business w/Title. maybe a check box feature on the individual to 'add to business contact card' for both phone and email. This would be helpful as oppose to adding them in 2 different places. Example... I added Katy Colvin to Lincoln Financial as Business Development. It would nice if I had a choice to have her automatically added to Lincoln's contact card.

3cx voip integration
Can we add more VOIP approved integrations? we currently use 3CX phone systems and they are not on the approved list and therefore not compatible with Redtail for integration.

Add AST (atlantic standard time) time zone to Redtail for users in Puerto Rico
There currently isn't an AST time zone option in the Preferences. We have some advisors that are located in Puerto Rico.

Allow users to create their own reports
I would love the ability to create reports with filters I've created as well as the columns I would like to see in reports.

Est Liquid Net worth needs to be reportable.
generally speaking, every field we can enter data into Redtail should be reportable and/or advanced searchable.

Changing activity category should make it searchable in notes
If you change the category of completed activities, they should be able to be searchable by that category in notes. I recently changed the activity type to "Client Review" so I could filter out these notes, but was told that the category does not change for completed activities on the notes section.

Automated Scheduling in Redtail
Create & integrate an automated scheduling system within Redtail just like ScheduleOnce etc. which allows clients to schedule appointments themselves via a link we send to them. As well as automated confirmation and reminder emails and/or texts. Instead of connecting Redtail to an outside automated scheduling system, have those capabilities within Redtail. That would be so helpful to have everything in one place!

A "Pop-Up Warning" when you open a contact's page
When opening a contact's page, it would be extremely helpful to be able to enable a pop-up warning of some kind that you need to click out of before viewing the contact's page. In another CRM that I've used, this was an extremely helpful feature. Not all clients had it, it was only if you wanted it there.
I used it for alerting myself and other staff members if there was something that was urgent and necessary for EVERYONE to know before talking to this client on the phone or emailing them.

ipipeline integration
Please look into a iPipeline integration for advisors who use a brokerage general agency for many carriers and can see their book of business in ipipeline. It would be great to merge that data into their contact records

Moveable Chat bubble
It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

Income tab_ it is important to see what the client income is each month, if they need to take RMD's etc.

Add Alerts Feature to Dashboard
There should be a place where you can go to see recent updates on your activities so you can take action. We get emails, but there are so many in number that they can get lost. What if it's added to the notification bell or something that way it is less likely to be missed.

Adding a search function when moving documents from one place to another within Imaging
It would be nice to have a search function within Redtail Imaging when you go to move a file to another folder. Right now, when we look to move a document/folder to another place it asks you to scroll down the list until you find the correct household and then select which folder to place said document into. We have a lot of households, so moving just one file is tedious. If you could only add a search box to the top of the list, so we can search for a client, that would be very nice.

non timed activity - not list as "all day" because blocks out entire day so clients can't schedule meeting that day
problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Problem is that a scheduler sees the entire day blocked out and clients can't book a meeting on that day. To have the work around as ie 1am or 2am -…
