listing non-timed activities not as "all day" because cancels out entire day disallowing anyone to schedule a meeting that entire day
problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Problem is that a scheduler sees the entire day blocked out and clients can't book a meeting on that day. To have the work around as ie 1am or 2am -…

Change printing of autolinked accounts
When I am on the accounts to be autolinked, i use to be able to print the whole page and now I can not. It only prints the names and not the account numbers. Please fix it so I can print the whole page again.

Tax qualified
Currently when adding account type and tax type the "tax qualified" check box is automatically checked after you select a type from the drop down. Please give us the ability to not have this automatically checked.

Notify users when comment added to a note
users can notify team members when adding a note to contact, but that option is not available when adding comments. Should be consistent.

AI Note Taking
Suggestion to enhance note-taking for client meetings using AI. It would be incredibly helpful if there was an AI feature that could automatically summarize key discussion points from meetings and save them within the meeting details. This could also include generating action items, or suggesting follow-up tasks .

Customize Client Reviews Reminder Colors by Financial Advisor
I am requesting the ability to customize the color of client review reminders in your calendar. Specifically, I want the reminders to be color-coded based on the assigned financial advisor. This will help distinguish between the five financial advisors on our team and make it easier to identify which reminders correspond to which advisor.

Change the default font to differentiate an uppercase I with a lowercase l. See the problem? IlIl...
The default font for the Redtail system has the same symbol for an uppercase I that it has for a lower case l. See the problem? IlIl those are two different letters alternating and yet one would NEVER KNOW. This has caused mailing issues when someone references the address to handwrite it on a birthday card. This should be fixed for everyone ASAP.

Create Linked Activities, documents, linked accounts from the aggregate notes on today list or notes by contact
Currently on the aggregate notes page under each note, the actions link, you only have the option to print or delete. Why don't you have the options to link an activity, document, account or note, like you do when inside a contact record? You also can't do any actions the notes by contact report. It would be very helpful to be able to look over the days activities in aggregate and then link activities to them without having to go in and out of every contact in the list. In addition, having the ability to filter the aggregate today notes…

Account Access Restriction
There should be a way to restrict access to Client Accounts without impacting a users access to see a client profile. We have employees in the office that do not need to know what a client has invested with our office.

The ability to download all form in linked documents within an activity would be extremely helpful for processing purposes.
A download all documents button within the saved forms section of an activity would be extremely helpful. I find it time consuming when I have to individually download multiple documents from an activity (Sometimes up to 15 or more doc's). As an admin I often have to send documents to multiple places and also upload them to multiple sites. The ability to download all forms from and activity would be so helpful

spell check within notes
Would be great if a spell and grammer check program could be implemented within the notes. That way you would not have to copy and paste from another source.

Client Contact Card - Important Information
If there is information entered in the Important Information section of the client's contact card, it would be helpful to have a dialogue box that pops up upon entering into the contact card.

ability to edit notes
We would like to be able to edit notes once saved. We regularly have to leave for a meeting and save them when not complete so nothing happens to them. Since we cannot edit we must copy and paste and then delete. This is time consuming and frustrating.

Activities dashboard - Assigned To dropdown
Please allow selection of more than one option in the Assigned To dropdown. Currently, in the Assigned To dropdown on the Activities dashboard, I can only select one option. So, I can see Everyone, or me, or someone else, but I can't elect to see me AND someone else. Thank you.

Sort clients by distance
I wish there was a way to be able to sort my clients by distance from an address or zip code. For example, if I wanted to send an invite to a seminar to local clients, I could run a report that will show all my clients within a specific radius. I feel this feature would save a lot of time as well as have many other useful applications.

Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar
The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

Can we see about allowing a default view for todays items to include past due items?
