Sort Multiple Options by priority.
I want to be able to sort multiple things at a time and be able to save that way of sorting. For example, I want to sort by "!", then "#", then "Subject". That way I know what order I need to do things for the day instead of constantly changing sorting options each time I finish an activity.

date of linked document
I would like to see the date a document was added in the Linked Documents section. When I go back and need to look at a document, it would help to have the date it was added, so I know which doc is the latest.

A checkbox to copy note to all related family members
Instead of manually searching and copying related family members, a checkbox to automatically copy all family members to the note. In addition the ability to check this box automatically as a part of a note template

activity range
When on a contact record. Give the ability to change the defaulted range from "Past Due & Next 30" to any of the other options shown on the activity page within the contact record.

view all contacts on calendar page
Our team does not find it helpful to have multiple contacts on one activity consolidated on the calendar page. We rather see the multiple contact names at a quick glance rather than having to scroll over the activity.
The new enhancement may be helpful to others but possibly not to all users. Do we have the option to opt out of this enhancement?

Direct Access to Email Templates within Workflow Tasks
Currently, sending a templated email from within a workflow is a multi-step process that requires navigating out of the workflow task and manually locating the client’s profile to initiate an email. The current process can involve up to 13 clicks:
Current Click Path (13 Total):
Enter the activity
Enter the linked workflow (via automation)
Enter the workflow task (identify that sending an email is the next step)
Exit the workflow task
Click on linked contacts
Click on the target contact
Go to the contact’s profile page
Click on the contact’s email address
Select the email template
Send the email

When searching for clients, I would love to see a drop down of the last 5 or so contacts I recently clicked on
When you click on the search bar to search for a client, I would love to see the last 5-10 clients that I had just viewed.

Advanced Search: would love to be able to search for permission roles
I would love to be able to search permission roles to make sure all clients are assigned to a specific team and / or person.

Tab to next client
I would love to be able to tab to the next client rather than backing out of the current client just to go to the next client.

We should be able to add new hires with email access automatically instead of the database owner having to call redtail to authorize
Each time there is a new user, the user should automatically have email history access instead of having the database owner having to call Redtail each time we hire someone.

Birthday Reminder Filtering
When clicking Reminders and seeing all the upcoming birthday reminders, I would like to only see the Servicing Advisor that I support by category. I don't want the clients to the advisors that I don't support showing up. Plus, by category is important because we don't send everyone a birthday card.

Birthday Week Ribbon
Currently in Redtail CRM, there is a blue ribbon on a client's account profile when it is their birthday. I propose that you add another colored banner for when a client is within seven day's of their birthday, and then it changes to the already existing blue ribbon on the day of. The color does not matter, but could say "Client's Birthday is in the next seven days".

memberships
I think it would be a great addition to the Redtail CRM if the memberships were listed as a hyperlink or at least a more easily direct page on the contact card in Redtail CRM. Right now, you have to do so much work to find the other related people on the account or put them with custom names on the contact card of the client which seems like very redundant work. Versus if your household people. Personally, I feel that if you added the membership options to the household feature, you could combine both and create a much better…

workflow template
As workflows can be confusing to several users, it would be nice if there were actual templates to use in which you simply plug in the information/link to a client. For example, client onboarding is a very common process for all financial advisory companies. It would be useful to have a 'traditional' template in Redtail already set up so any user could plug in information and have automation set up to internal processes. Let me know if you need further explanation. Thanks!

color fonts
Please add color font choices for "Descriptions" under "Activity Details". Love the bold and underline options, but really could use some color too.

Quick check for any details in Contact Record
In reviewing our database, we have a number of Contacts with minimal information - only name, email address and/or phone number, servicing advisor, category and status. There are no notes or history in a quick search.
It would be nice to have a simple way to check through the tabs for the Contact (Membership, Documents, Seminars, etc.) to see if any information is there. If not, then the record could potentially be deleted. If there is information, then it can be reviewed and determined how to handle updating the record.

Is there a way to have a short delay in broadcast email queque in case you have to cancel a broadcast email? Last week a duplicate email was sent out under advisor and admin names. I wanted to cancel the one sent out under me - but the details did not show as to who sent which one. I was also told that once an email goes out it cannot be cancelled.
