Update Asset and Liabilities page to reflect the assets minus the liabilities for a total at the bottom of the page vs having to print the report to show the math

Link Beneficiary to Contact Record
It would be awesome if beneficiaries could link to existing contact records, as well as giving an option to create a contact record (similar to updating Ownership in Accounts). This would help us have a more comprehensive and cohesive CRM!

activity range
When on a contact record. Give the ability to change the defaulted range from "Past Due & Next 30" to any of the other options shown on the activity page within the contact record.

Please Don't Make Next Task Dependent on Current Task Being Completed
If multiple users are assigned to a Workflow and one user forgets or simply does not complete their current task, the rest of the tasks then don't get completed, leaving either a major bottleneck of work to later do or even worse, overlooked. Please allow the steps in a Workflow to not be dependent upon sequential completion. In talking to several other advisors and support staff at Orion Ascent, Workflows are not being used at all for this specific reason. Our prior CRM did not have this restriction and this is making the adoption of RedTail a much more difficult…

Add Duty of Care prompt or permit UDF that includes a prompt
Either add Duty of Care prompts or permit UDF that includes a prompt. For example, I need to answer for every account the following questions:
Please describe the new product(s), new strategy(s), or service(s) considered in accordance with the existing strategy of the account. Your response should include details as to how the proposal will achieve the client's investment objectives and goals based on the services and products available in the account and account funding.

Dynamic due dates for workflow steps
Instead of conditioning all workflow steps off a single target date, adding a feature where one step can be spaced a certain number of days from the prior step. If the first step is completed before or after its initial due date, the due date of the next step adjusts dynamically to preserve the spacing between the steps. The user can specify whether they want all steps to be conditioned off the target date, of if they want to create a chain reaction where the timing of each step is based on the others.

workflow pages
Please give the option to move from one page to the next or previous page at the TOP of the page. We should not have to scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page to get to the next page.

Task Lists
Would like a daily running list of tasks to complete on the side of the calendar with the date started, the task and a quick note on the
progress.When completed I would like to be able to put a line through the task.
Also, below that daily list maybe a monthly or quarterly or yearly list.
I would like to be able to customize the label on those lists.
Last, prioritizing with simple numbers 1-5.I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SHOW UP ON THE CALENDAR.

When tagging additional contacts in a note, any contacts that autopopulate should be BEFORE the "Add new contact" option. Not after.
When I go to tag an additional contact, I begin typing their name (e.g. "stev" for Steve). If I have 1 contact named Steve it should populate that name above the "create new contact" option so that I can hit enter as soon as I have the name partially typed

Banner Displays
We have new Redtail user's who are not checking important information, keywords, tags,or even UDFs. The only thing they notice immediately are BANNERs. Can we CHOOSE which banners to display?

We need a report that will allow us to report on all user activity. We use Redtail to track our internal processes, so I would like to be able to pull one report showing all of the activity that a user has done, including: Activities created/completed, notes created/commented, workflows created and completed, workflow tasks created and completed, login dates/times, etc.
If the action taken is linked to a contact, I would want to know which contact it was linked to.

Searching by client nickname
When searching for a client by their nickname and last name (for example: Bob Jones, instead of Robert Jones), it does not pull up the client.

Increase the automatic logout time for Redtail Imaging
Imaging seems to automatically log you off after only a few minutes. Please increase the auto logoff time to at least 30 mins.

Contacts default view
When I click on "Contacts," the intent is to easily see all of my contacts. It would be nice to see the current list of all contacts from A-Z be the default view, instead of favorites. It seems trivial to click on "Contacts," then "Contacts A-Z," then "All," just to see my contacts. Again, if I'm clicking on "Contacts," my intent is to see my contacts, not a favorites page. This should be the default. We can go to favorites if we'd like. From there, it would be nice to have the previous improvement suggestion of sortable columns within the…

Duplicate Contact Name Report - Process Time
As a Redtail CRM User , I want the Duplicate Contact Name Report to process combine functionality quickly within 5-10 seconds. If a user refreshes the list, the combine function needs to show quickly on the report.
Currently state: Select the two records to combine, select the primary, select ok. Next wait 30 sec to 1 min for the process to work on the backend. If you refresh early then the combine functionality does not work and you have to do the process again. As a user with almost 8000 duplicates, this will take me around 150-200 hours to complete.

Duplicate Contact Report - Freeze Header
As a Redtail CRM User, I want the Report header including the column headers and combine, filter, export, pdf, and search functions to stay at the top of the page regardless of page scrolling. This is to allow the user to scroll through the list and combine contacts as needed without having to scroll to the top of the page to select combine. The result will be a better user experience and time saved from scrolling.
