  1. Address Updates

    When updating a physical address, it should reflect on both of the spouses contact records. It only updates both spouses if it is a "Home Address" update. It should update both spouses if it involves the home address, mailing address, and the home phone #.

  2. Account Rider

    In the section called Rider under accounts, can a field be added for yearly income. Accounts can have income rider that have a face amount but they also have the yearly income a client would get if the rider was turned on. Also can we add an option for if the rider is turned on or off.

  3. Workflow - Linked Accounts

    Workflows - subject details to include account numbers:
    We are setting up workflows to trigger based off of account numbers and account types. Workflows on contact level or when you run the workflow report currently do not show the account number. This is an issue if there are more than one workflows triggered at once. Yyou would then have to click into the workflow to see notes or details or rely to where you are within the workflow which is not great. There should be a way for the account number to show within the subject of each workflow once…

  5. Anniversary duplication

    When you create a family and the husband/wife syncs together, you should also sync the anniversary dates. Currently, you have to input the anniversary in both contacts. It would save time to only input it on the head of household and then it syncs if you have created the family and put married.

  7. subject line

    When you are sending a bulk email, can you update the system so it defaults to alert you when you are about to send a bulk email without anything in the subject line?

  8. Review Tab

    Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

  9. Add more Automation Triggers

    It would be nice to have the following workflow triggering event.
    1. Account Status Change - If an account is marked closed it would be great to trigger a workflow.
    2. Marital Status change - This would be nice to trigger a workflow any time a client gets married, gets divorced, etc.

  10. Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities

    After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

  12. Show Attendee Status for Seminar in Contact

    In the contact record under seminars it tells you WHAT seminar they signed up for but it doesn't tell you their "Status" (if they attended or not) It currently shows the status of the Seminar - Active or Prior however it should show the status of the attendee. The seminar status is not helpful data.

  13. Show "Partner to" under Contact Name when Marital Status is set to "Life Partner"

    Currently, after a household/family is created, the contact record shows "Married to {spouse name}" under the contact's name whether the Marital Status is set to "Married" or "Life Partner". It would be great to see this say "Partner to {partner name}" when the Marital Status is set to "Life Partner".

  14. allow beneficiaries to be listed on the personal profile form when printed for clients to review during a meeting

    We'd like a way to archive opportunities by year so the information at the top (Closed Won and Closed Lost) is for the current year only rather than since the beginning of time.

  16. Bulk Data Uploads/Updates

    Is it possible to add a feature to the Admins for bulk uploads? We are going through a massive overhaul of all our contacts in Redtail requiring many updates to our contacts such as; status, category, key words, referral source etc . We have been exporting from Redtail and submitting tickets to have this data uploaded into our CRM. Can this be a feature added to Admins going forward?

  19. Redtail Mobile App 3.0+ View Household Members

    When going to visit clients we like to ask how the family is doing. While on the road we like to review the clients info so that we better know our client when we walk in the door. Names are important for us so If we can view household members and link them to a contact record that would finally allow us to move from Outlook notes to being fully covered with just the RedTail mobile app. I know there are similar ideas out there but with the new mobile app update I wanted to iterate how knowing our client…

  20. Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date

    Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.
