  1. Short note in summary on workflow listing

    We are trying to implement workflows in our practice. I like them except for the note process. I wish there was a way to put a short note in the workflow view that give a little more detail as to what is currently the hold up on the workflow item.

    For instance, if the next step is obtain client signature, I wish there was a way to put a note as to when the last contact with the client was and what the hold up is. It would be nice to see this on the page with all of the…

  2. Contact Headers

    It would be nice to be able to Add your own Header on the Contact Pages, ex: A+ Clients, A Clients, B Clients, Etc...
    Rather than only being able to use - Favorites, Contacts A-Z, Advanced Search, Lists and Recycle Bin.
    We would like to be able to change these.

  3. Review Reminder Date Rollover

    Have the Client Review Reminder - The First Review Date Set Up To Automatically Roll With The Next Review Date For People Using Quicklists. Right Now, We Are Manually Moving The First Review Date So That Our QuickLists/Broadcast Emails Will Synch Together. This IS VERY Inefficient.

  4. Allow Notes to be in the Advanced Search

    Allow Notes to be in the Advanced Search. Notes can have custom categories so why not include them in the Advanced Search?

  5. Automatically Extending Workflow Dates Due to Outcome Selection

    Allowing a workflow to change all dates (target and completion date) due to an outcome. For example, created a workflow with an outcome of following up in 7 days in the 1st step. If that outcome were selected, I would like to automatically extend all dates within this workflow by 7 days, including the target and completion date.

  10. Workflow automation

    When you schedule a review meeting and it triggers an automated workflow, we should be able to designate a due date on the template that is x number of days prior to the scheduled meeting.

  11. Create Dynamic Review Reminder Functionality

    Allow a note (or activity) to be marked as a "Review". The system should then automatically calculate the number of days since the last "Review" and remind the Advisor to schedule when a certain day threshold is met (90/180/365). If a Review occurs off cycle, the system will automatically adjust the reminder to occur at the day threshold indicated.

  12. It would be nice if we could notate whether or not an address is an owned property of the client.

    It would be nice if we could somehow mark an address for a client as being owned by them or if the client is just renting at that address.

  13. Custom Export Template Field Choices are Limited for the Spouse.

    For the Custom Export Template field choices you have several for Basic Info and Contact Details for the Contact Record. The field options for the Spouse are limited. The filed options for Spouse Basic Info and Spouse Details should match the Basic Info and Contact Details. We want a single export including this info for both contacts in a household.

  14. Have the memberships tabs visualize connections in a social graph

    It would be great to be able to see a contact's connections in a more visual way so that not only family members but friends, vendors, etc would show and then allow for an easy way to show the connections of those connections. I love social graphs and think it would enhance the understanding of each contact and the degrees of connections between them all.

  15. See description of two ideas below.

    Both of these ideas relate to the Redtail iphone app. 1. Make the default on the calendar page "me" as opposed to the current default of "all users". 2. Don't let the app. close out automatically when the user navigate to another app on their phone. Keep the Redtail app open for at least 15 minutes before automatically closing it.

  16. Showing % of investments in a portfolio.

    Currently when I open an Investigo account I see % breakdown by investment. It's very helpful when determining how much is equity and how much is fixed income. As a new user I will have to leave Redtail to
    return to Investigo for such. I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider it for your platform.

  17. compliance

    We would like the ability for our compliance department to have limited access to our notes within a contact. Example would be within the note template category named compliance. Then the compliance department can review only those notes that have the category tagged as Compliance and not other notes or activities within the Contact

  18. Drag activities to organize

    Would like the ability to click and drag activities/tasks to organize them in the order we want each day. This feature would be great in Today's Overview and the Activities tab.

  20. It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals

    It'd really be nice to have the ability to apply multiple alerts in intervals. As an example, remind me 1 day ahead, 2 hours ahead, and then 10 mins ahead. If that can be added, I’ll never be late for anything again. The end user would be able to apply in days or minutes of their choosing in multi-intervals.
