Business Contacts
Business Contacts should have the ability to have multiple email addresses for broadcast emails without having to create multiple contact records.

Add Advisor to Contact Header
Currently it is lower on the page and not always visible in the screen (depending on the viewing size.)

Automatic daily birthday (and/or anniversary) reminder emails sent to advisors
It would be nice to receive an automatic email every day with a list of clients' birthdays/anniversaries.

Customizing Client Reports?
I’ve been exploring the reporting features in Redtail CRM and was wondering if anyone has tips for customizing client reports. Is there a way to add more specific fields or change the layout for better readability? Any help or best practices would be appreciated!

Add the RED notification Box on Contact landing page if Status is changed to Deceased. Expedites the Commuinication to our team, even if we don't have the data of death yet.

Search by last name only
We've had RedTail for some time now and the only thing I really miss from old CRM is the ability to search by last name only. When I type in a last name everything remotely the same (3 matching letters in a street name or name of a town etc..) comes up. Sometimes I am scrolling thru 60+ names or more when I know I only have 3 contacts with that same last name. And some names,( i.e.Thomas) can be first or last names but everything pulls up. Very time consuming.

UDF report by Advisor
I'd like to be able to filter for servicing advisor in the UDF reports

Our office would like to have each user see only the notes for their clients on the dashboard
When a user logs in they can see notes for all users in the office. They don't want other users to see what they are interacting with their clients about. It is a bit of a privacy issue for the clients also.

RedTail Picures - Just a suggestion
Please bring back the Dog Pictures, they have been very few & far between. They do not even have to be new ones, the old ones are still fine or any other animal pictures. They always put a smile on my face first think in the morning, Great way to start the day! I have been getting the same old 3 landscape pictures for awhile now. Thank you

Allow email sync for Gmail-hosted emails.

Activity Notification Email (without description field)
Activity Notifcation is a great way to keep Attendees (relevant users) up to date on tasks that requires them. Although, when we use the Description field to keep detailed notes, it would be nice if those were not sent via unsecured email.

Upload spreadsheet of contact info and create contacts
It would be great if you could import a spreadsheet into Redtail and it would create contacts from the names and contact info on the spreadsheet.
For example, we host seminar's and we receive a spreadsheet from our marketing firm containing the attendees contact info.. We have to manually add all these contacts but it would be great if we could just upload the spreadsheet, designate where to pull the data (Example Column A is Last Name.. And have the contacts added.. It would be also great if you could have automatic activities made if requested for contacts like this.

spell check within notes
Would be great if a spell and grammer check program could be implemented within the notes. That way you would not have to copy and paste from another source.

"Created By" listing names alphabetically.
When doing an advanced search for "Created By", it would be nice for first or last name to be listed alphabetically.

Two Different Date Fields on Documents
There should be two different date fields on a document - the upload date (which is system generated), and a "Document Date" which the user can select when they upload the document (similar to selecting the category and document title). It would be really helpful to be able to filter based on document date rather than just the date the document was uploaded, especially as we bring in documents from previous CRMs. Right now, we're having to put the document date in the title of the document, which is clunky and time consuming.

Increase the automatic logout time for Redtail Imaging
Imaging seems to automatically log you off after only a few minutes. Please increase the auto logoff time to at least 30 mins.
