Need to able to restrict employees from disabling 2 factor
There should be a way to restrict people from enabling a device as a trusted device. By allowing this, one would bypass 2 factor. There is too much secure info in the CRM to allow this.

Be able to Assign colors on the Calendar by Name of the person completing task
Color code the calendar by being able to assign a color to each person in the office. That way when you are looking at the calendar each person has their own color for their own task

Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields
Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields to more easily monitor, work on, filter, do reporting, etc. There should be a Start Date, Next Follow Up Date, and Closed Date. And the Next Follow Up date should generate a calendar reminder.

uncomplete entire workflow
Closely related to uncomplete workflow steps, but I don't want to assume this improvement is included in that effort. Sometimes the accidentally completed step marks the entire workflow complete. We should be able to uncomplete that final step or at least go to the list of completed workflows and uncomplete the workflow there.

ability to schedule a broadcast email
We would like to set up some monthly or quarterly reminders, for specific clients, and it would be nice to set this up in a schedule to go out in advance since it is the same reminder

Contacts > Notes > Comments Notification
Comments on a Note currently do not prompt RedTail to send an Email Notification to the Note Owner. As a result, we just realized that we had been commenting on notes... but the note owners didn't know! Please add a function so that Comments on Notes prompt an Email Notification to whomever created or commented on the note.

UDF automation action item
If a status is changed (already trigger), then an a UDF (YES/NO) would be automatically connected as an action item.
For example, if status is marked as "client", then a UDF saying asking about Newsletter opt-in would automatically put "yes". Then you can change for the exceptions since most clients want your newsletter.

Alert reminder pop-up such as Outlook
I see that others keep posting about alert reminder pop-up options that allow for snooze/setting reminders for times other than 30 min. etc.. The feedbacks continue to be "completed" with addressing the issue as the alert bell at the top of the right-hand corner, or the dog barking 30 min before a given task/appt.. I'm not sure that is addressing the concern as there is a need for pop-up reminders such as found on Outlook. Is it possible to link Redtail and Outlook calendars? This way I could use the functionality of Outlook reminders and it wouldn't necessarily matter if…

Allow Customization of the Know Your Client Tab
All advisor offices do client reviews a little differently. Many use the information on the Know Your Client tab during the review. However, the fields on the KYC tab are limited and static. If an advisor wants to add information about their long-term care or disability policy, or other options discussed, that field is not on the tab, nor can you run reports for it. If an advisor wants to discuss position concentrations, and possible trading options, that field is not on this tab. It would be great if you built in the flexibility for each advisor to customize this…

We need an option when creating a UDF for a drop down where we can select multiple items for the field. IE: Field name plus list or checkbox of items

Pinned note(s) show first on main Contact Screen Note Box
I would like to see the pinned note(s) staying at the top of the quick view notes section located on the main contact screen. As of now you have to go into the contact and then click on the Notes section to the left to see any pinned notes listed at the top.

Mask PII (SSN, DOB, account numbers) from certain users
We would love to utilize virtual assistant services to handle some of our administrative work. However, we need to make sure they NEVER see any personal ID information (SSN, DOB, Account Numbers). Can you please add a restircted user security level that accomplishes this?

important information should be displayed in a banner across the top of client page
i.e. we have a client who is suspicious of the internet and does not want his information in any emails. We frequently communicate with clients that way so we really need a big red warning "DON"T EMAIL" right under his name

integrate RedTail CRM Calendar with Redtail hosted email
Our office uses both RedTail CRM and RedTail Hosted Email. Within the Email side, which uses an Outlook based platform, I am able to add calendar events and send / receive appointment invites. However, this calendar doesn't integrate with the CRM side calendar. This seems like an obvious feature to integrate. If an event is created on the CRM side, it should populate the email side calendar and vice versa. As such we could send / receive invites and have all calendars synced.

Annual Review Report
Can we get a comprehensive report to use for annual reviews? Outside of gathering information, a CRM should provide users of all experience levels a snapshot of the data that tells a quick story to address client questions and issues, train new staff, complete client reviews and quickly bring any successor advisor up to speed with the overall plan and purpose of service. You have most of the necessary content to accomplish this. If you could just neatly combine it all on the Confidential Personal Profile Report, you would have a very powerful tool.

Import Account Transaction Data: Can u add ability to import account transaction data from any feed connected. I.e. TDAI or an insurance company, etc ....

Add "On Creation Date" to the Step Due in a workflow Step.
When you create a workflow, you are given the option of setting the Target Date a some point "After Creation Date". So, if you set it to 0 days after creation date, the workflow sets the target date as today. HOWEVER, if you set it up that way and then use automation to trigger it, and that automation triggers when an activity is set and the condition is appointment, EVEN THOUGH the workflow target date is set for today, the workflow target date is set at the future appointment date.
This makes it impossible to have a workflow automatically trigger…

Option to NOT notify existing activities attendees
We get so many activity update email notifications that it would be nice to have the option of NOT notifying attendees for minor updates to an activity. Just like Google calendar offers the option to send updates to existing guests or not. It will minimize emails and notifications to only those that are deemed necessary.

seeing selected people in separate columns on the calendar day view.
On the day view of the calendar, seeing the selected people in separated columns, when you have an office with many meeting rooms and people taking appts it would be extremely helpful.
