Allow activities to automatically roll forward every day
We just transitioned from ACT. In ACT all activities that were not completed during the day automatically rolled forward to the following day. There was no need to check for incomplete activities in ACT. It would be very helpful to incorporate this feature into RedTail.

Show All Activities Yet to be Completed
Instead of only showing Activities Due Today, allow us to filter the date range for outstanding Activities (past due and xx days in the future) and save that preference, so we don't have to manually go in and filter the results each time.

Add Ongoing Activities Tab
Add an Ongoing activities tab for activities that have started but haven't ended yet. Currently, if an activity spans multiple days, it ends up in your "Past Due" Activities.
An Ongoing activities tab would allow for easier activity organization and efficiency.

let's talk bubble for support chat
It would be nice to be able to move the "Let's talk" bubble in the bottom right corner. Sometimes it hides information that I need to see.

Ability to set a template or default when creating opportunities
Ability to set a template or default when creating opportunities. Let users set a default for all of the areas in preferences. For example: Type being defaulted to New Business.

Make the sub-Contact lists "movable"...especially Memberships
I am constantly going into Memberships and would like to be able to get to it a little quicker than having to go to "more" and then drop down the list. The ability to rearrange those Contact choices would be great.

Add the "Is Head of Household" field to Custom Export Template
Add the "Is Head of Household" field to Custom Export Template so that when exporting all client you can tell which ones are head of household.

table editing
I added a table to an activity and while I like that feature I find there is no obvious way to change your mind after you start about how many rows and columns you want it to have. That would be helpful

Expand Conditions for Automating Permissions / Roles
Currently, you can automate Permissions when a contact is added for users and teams.
Now that Roles can also be also be assigned during the contact creation process, this should also be an Automation Condition option.
For example, when a new Prospect is entered in the system, if a user forgets to assign the Permissions / Roles, then they can be automatically assigned based on the Servicing/Writing advisor conditions.22 votesThe suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. Active Seminar Status
PLEASE RECONSIDER creating a bulk action for active seminars!

Add additional fonts in broadcast emails
We would like to have a larger selection of fonts available for broadcast emails. A "signature" style font would be very helpful

Please add the ability to create folders in the document tab of a contact.
make document tab more efficient by having the ability to add folders to hold things like estate documents, financial planning documents, current reviews, eetc.

Combined Email History and Note Report for Household
We would like to be able to export a report that shows all notes and email history for a household. That way when an advisor is ready to go into a meeting he could glance at a report that shows all client communication for the last year (all notes and emails for the household). Right now this is 4 separate reports - notes for both spouses and email history for both spouses.

Contact Details - custom field
It would be great if there were one or two fields within the Contact Details section that could be customized. We'd like to assign a client service associate to each client, and while we can add this to the UDF section, it would be so much easier to locate if it was right there under or above "Servicing Advisor" in the Contact Details.

Please provide unlimited trigger options
In order to make systems more automated and instead of having to manually create a bulk action to send a broadcast email, I would like to have some emails automatically sent when an Activity Category is changed within a workflow.
Because Redtail Automations are frustratingly limited and only provide an option to email user, email team, link workflow or set field, there should be a way within Redtail to have a review confirmation email, no reply email or thank you email to automatically send when changing the activity category or if there is another trigger and action that would get…

Please give us a way to modify the order of options on the left menu bar.
Please give us a way to modify the order of options on the left menu bar. Specifically, the contact submenu that appears when on a contact's profile page. For example, we should be able to put 'Memberships' at the top directly under the Company-contact's name on the left menu bar. That way we can see all the individuals associated with that company quickly.
