  1. birthday

    We have multiple clients with the same name, when their birthdays come up on the calendar they all look the same. We would like the age to be in parenthesis next to their name on the calendar like it is on the today page. We would also like the ability to add a note that shows on the birthday reminder on the calendar so we can differentiate clients with the same names.

  2. Activites Table View

    Greater customization of the Activities Table view. Specifically, I'd like to be able to see the notes for any given activity in my list in the table view without the need to click through to the individual activity.

  3. Add an authentication app option for two-factor authentication

    Please add an option to use an authentication app (such as Norton VIP Authenticator or Google Authenticator) for two-factor authentication. IMO, it's much easier for the user., Most importantly, according to digital security experts, it's the most secure option for 2FA, which is clearly crucial for RT CRM, given the data you host.

  6. Show Renewal Dates from Accounts in Calendar

    I’d like to strongly advocate for the ability to display the date inputted into the “Renewal Date” field from each Account in the calendar. This is not just a helpful feature — it’s a critical one for financial planning professionals to keep track on renewal dates for their clients' policies.

    To be specific: we’re asking for the dates entered into the “Renewal Date” defined field from each Account (that has this section filled out) to be made available as an optional calendar addition, allowing us to know when these vital dates are approaching, similar to how client birthdays can currently…

  7. Search Bar Open to search on all texts

    The calendar needs to be more robust than contact only searches. I should be able to find any text throughout my entire calendar by entering any text and for the calendar to find it.

  8. Search Bar in CRM for all texts not just contacts

    Please remove the word contacts and open up the search field to all text in a calendar. I can't believe the CRM is still limited to contact only search its very limiting from an advisor perspective.

  9. Add Federal and State Tax withholding fields

    We are requesting an additional feature be added to the existing "Estimated Tax Information" section on each contact record in the "Financials" section:

  10. linking accounts

    I know there are a couple of other of these out there but they've been dormant for some 4 to 5+ years..... Is there a reason why we have to link accounts individually to an activity instead of being able to select multiple accounts? Some screens we can select multiple options, other have to be done individually! This should be a no-brainer! Cmon Redtail, let's get moving on some of the old, ignored suggestions!!!!

  12. Activity / Notes Formatting Problem

    When we link more than 5 accounts to an activity, the resulting note (after the activity is completed and posted) becomes very narrow and hard to read. It shrinks from about 15–20 words per line to only 5–7 words.

    We believe this happens because the linked accounts are displayed in columns instead of a list (rows), which reduces the available space for the note text.

    Please consider updating the layout so the linked accounts display in a list format or wrap more efficiently, allowing the note to retain its full width.

    Color code contacts - maybe even based on Status. It would be nice to know at a glance for Prospects where they are in our different workflows, especially with multiple people working on it.

    Color code contacts based on their status or be able to choose a color. That way at a glance, you know what is going on with that contact based on a color.

  17. Roles & Permissions Changes & Customizations

    1. I've voted for many similar posts but want to reiterate how important it is for our team (not just admins) to be able to see who is assigned as a contact's Advisor, Associate Advisor and CSA. Workflow tasks are assigned to these people but our staff can't make sure their set up correctly.

    2. I don't understand the point of having a Servicing Advisor and Writing Advisor AND THEN also the above roles? Why not just have those three listed on the contact's main screen. It's redundant and confusing. Simplification would be greatly appreciated.

  18. Membership reports - be able to run a custom export to excel with memberships -

    We have a Status of Beneficiary and need to run a report that includes the Beneficiary along with their membership. Right now, we have to run 2 separate reports and cobble them together. That's a lot to do with over 400 people.

  19. Filter Emails for only Redtail contacts in suite sync for Outlook

    Using suite sync under emails & synced emails it imports ALL emails that are in Outlook. While it does a great job linking to individual contact records for emails, it would be great to be able to filter all emails to show only those emails that have been linked to my Redtail CRM rather than just duplicating all emails I already see in Outlook. It would be much easier to see these in one place at a glance to see what emails are related to my CRM

  20. Flag accounts

    Flagging a clients account will give us the ability to pay attention more to any particular client. This could be similar to when you mark a client deceased in Redtail, it's bolded in RED at the top of the page. This would make it easier if you are needing to grab the attention of your assistance, due to waiting on the client to call back in after several outgoing calls in attempt to get them on the calendar for an appointment. Or if your waiting on a payment from the client.
    This would be very helpful.
