customize today page
In old training videos the TODAY page had the client charts and other "tiles" on the screen. My TODAY page has "tiles" I will never use. I think it would be great to be able to customize the things you can see on your TODAY page to remove the "tiles" you don't need and add things like the Clients graphs or Quick Links that are unique to each user in the database.

auto save
Please autosave anytime the window is closed for any reason, even if going to another task or to client record or.... Please autosave after each line is completed. Please autosave all the time. It is so frustrating to loose work and have to do it over and over, when you are in a busy environment and constantly being pulled to do other things only to find what you just entered into Redtail is gone.

Outlook email to Redtail integration for adding tasks
It would be really nice to have an Outlook to Redtail integration that would allow us to create tasks/activities/notes in Outlook, from emails, and add them to Redtail contact records.

Lock Open Activities from Editing
We would like to see an ability for "lock editing" on activities so that only the person who created the activity can make changes. All users and attendees can view, but only the creator (or designated user (s)) can edit.

Bulk update Know Your Client fields
I would like to be able bulk update the Know Your Client Fields. For example, every firm has to send out an ADV Offer Update and Privacy Policy Annually. These notices/offers go out on the same date every year all at once. We need to be able to then bulk update the date fields in Know Your Client for these as opposed to a one-by-one update which takes an extraordinary amount of time. Thanks.

workflow notes
As you go through a workflow, especially if two team members are working on a particular step, it would be wonderful if the step comments would appear under step notes so that it printed on the summary. This would allow for quick and easy access to why things were done the way they were. Or to be able to add a step note before completing the step. Or, even better yet, to be able to add task notes that had a summary similar to step notes summary.

To do list
Please create a task lists that more of a running list like a to do list. I have to go to Notion or other app to see my things to do for the day. I dont want it in my calendar or part of a workflow. Thanks

Integration with BombBomb
Allow BombBomb and Redtail to automatically sync together or allow contacts to be sent to BombBomb, like they are sent to Constant Contact.
(May also be helpful to allow systems like Constant Contact & BombBomb to add notes to Redtail when an email/video message has been sent.)

Important Information
It would be great if the Important Information is immediately visible by pop up when you open a client's account as opposed to hoping everyone will go digging for the information when interacting with clients.

More automation triggers
Allow an automation to be made for a Husband/Wife simultaneously, not just one or the other.

linking documents
Please allow us to link a document to multiple activities without creating duplicate documents in that clients contact record. For example, If I have one document and I need to Link it to 3 separate activities for that same client, then it saves it 3 times in the documents tab.

Target Dates Based on Previous Step
It would be nice if I could sequence my workflows based on the PREVIOUS STEP as well as the Target Date. Example: My assistant submits paperwork on Monday and I would like to have him/her make a follow-up call 4 days from submission.

Account Summary - as Excel Document
Allow us to create a custom report to pull any field from the database. For instance, currently, a custom report is unable to pull the ownership information. Would love to have that ability.

For Notes - Notify "Servicing Advisor"
When putting in notes, instead of having to find who the servicing advisor is first. It would be nice to have an option of "notify servicing advisor".

Add additional fields uner the Bank tab that allows us to categorize type (ie checking, savings, money market), title, and voided checks
You have the space for 3 more fields on this tab. Let's use it :)
Add a dropdown under the Bank tab that allows us to categorize the account as Checking, Savings, or Money Market.
Also add a "Title" field that allows to type in the exact name on the account.
Finally, add a Yes/No field for "Voided check on file?"
Currently I am putting all that information under the Name field, however this poses problems when I'm using that field to import into account paperwork.
