allow for ALL membership codes to be customized, edited or deleted
Why does there need to be "default" membership codes. it make it confusing and cumbersome, please allow for the entire list to be customized.

Red is a distressing color, please allow alternative colors like blue.
I know this may seem trite, BUT stop using the color red/gray and/or allow other color alternatives to the template. I left your CRM because it's red and distracting and stressful to look at all day. As humans, we are conditioned that the color red is bad, or we should beware. It's stressful to look at red. Please allow us to customize the colors, it isn't that hard to code. Add "Start Date" and "Date Previous Step Completed" as Step Due Anchors
I think it would be useful to add the workflow start date as well as when the previous step was completed as reference points for when steps are due. This would add flexibility to anchor when a step is due to days from the start date of the workflow, or from when the previous step was completed. Some steps are better anchored to start date, while others are better anchored to target date.

life Insurance Information
We should be able to put all information concerning a Life Insurance Policy into our CRM. Face Amount, Issue Date, Premium, Death Benefit, Beneficiaries, Rating.

From Workflow to Workflow
When a workflow is done, being able to set up an automation to detect when a workflow is done and assign another workflow to the client(s).

Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date
Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.

Contact Record Opportunities
It would be nice if you were able to tell that a client was associated with an opportunity from their main contact landing page. It would alleviate the necessity to pull up the opportunities sub-tab under each contact individually.

Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

Connect Activities & Notes to an Opportunity
Any Activity, Note, or Email should be able to be simultaneously linked to an Opportunity in addition to being linked to a contact and/or Account. Notes inside an opportunity do not automatically link to the corresponding contact(s) and Vice Versa. It is as if Notes inside an Opportunity are hidden within the Opportunity. All Notes and Activities related to a contact should be visible in the contact view, but only the activities and Notes related to the Opportunity should show inside the Opportunity view. Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items
Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities
After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

Schedule or Send Email Later Option
When we are working with email templates I would like see to the option to schedule when the email is sent. You can only send it immediately. A send later option would be good if we are working on an evening, weekend or would prefer if a client receives the email at a certain time.

It would be very helpful if Red Tail had an automatic refresh.
I work with a client appointment calendar and unless I remember to refresh the calendar, I won't see cancellations or changes to our daily appointment schedule.

Opportunity Follow-Ups
I would want the ability to set a follow-up date on opportunities. Right now you can only set a close date.
I would envision a tile on the today page that would show my opportunities to follow-up on today.

opportunity filter
We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.
For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

opportunity archive
We'd like a way to archive opportunities by year so the information at the top (Closed Won and Closed Lost) is for the current year only rather than since the beginning of time.

Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities
There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.

Employer Switch to Former Employer
Currently, employer is automatically added to Memberships when added to Basic Info. When the employer is removed from Basic Info, the Membership is also removed.
The Membership should remain, but the relationship should change to Former Employer and Former Employee.
It makes sense to keep a record of this information without manually entering the information after the fact.
