  4. When commenting on a note, the button to finish should say "SAVE COMMENT"

    An advisor typed a detailed comment to a note to update it. He clicked on "CLOSE" thinking he was finished. The comment was lost. I showed the person how, just above it, he needed to click on the button that currently says "COMMENT" only. It would be much clearer if the button more clearly said, "SAVE COMMENT."

  5. automation email notifications

    When an email is sent to users/teams from an automation, it would be helpful to see which CRM name it is associated with in the email. We manage 15 CRMs and have to search for the contact name in each one.

  7. filter by completion date

    Would like the ability to filter by completion date. Currently it only filters by start or assigned date which doesn't help if I wanted to see a report of all activities that were completed last month for example.

  8. Internal Messaging (Stand Alone)

    Is there anyway that you can take your current Redtail Speak system and make a small modification to it and create an Internal Messaging System with absolutely NO EXTERNAL capabilities? Royal Alliance will not allow us to utilize this feature due to the capability of the external messaging to clients. It would benefit my firm and many others who have the same or similar affiliations with this specific restriction.

  9. Phone call Relaying/Forwarding integration

    Something I LOVED on a previous CRM was the ability to click the phone number, and it would call your phone, you answered, and it would call that client for you through the phone system (it didn't matter what phone system you used, so individual app integration didn't matter, it just called your phone number to make the call for you). So much easier and faster than dialing the number, and creating a new event/note that I made a call to that person that day. It automatically logged that call and I could add notes.

  10. Locked Types and Categories to different levels of users

    Locked Activity Types and Category options so that only certain types of users can use those types/categories.

  11. Configuration for Sent Emails to Auto-Save to Notes

    Can we please get a way to manage e-mail settings to have all of our emails sent through Redtail automatically save a copy to the notes that way we do not always have to manually check the save to notes box at the bottom of the email screen? This creates too much room for error in the potential of forgetting to check that box and email history is important.

  14. speak window

    Before the new version, the Speak window would overlay on top of the main RT page. Our company is largely remote and uses Speak exclusively for internal messaging purposes. We decided to use Speak instead of Slack specifically because we did not want to have another tab/window open. The new version requires us to open another tab for the application. Could we have the option to keep the Speak window within the same tab?

  16. Enable drag and drop ability for documents from outside websites such as PlanMember into new imaging.

    The drag and drop feature would be much more useful to us if it allowed documents from outside websites to be added without having to download the document, rename it, and then upload it to imaging. Pulling the documents correctly named straight from the PlanMember website would speed up processes exponentially.

    It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.

    Add 2 additional "roles" to Contact Details. In addition to Writing Advisor and Servicing Advisor, we would LOVE to have "CSR" and "Analyst"

  19. Add a custom export field for created by

    With multiple people working in a database it's important to be able to export in mass and audit the contacts created. Custom exports should allow a line for who created/added the contact into the CRM.
