  1. Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box

    Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box!
    -It's difficult to add large emails or notes into the text box and then make modifications as the actual text box itself is very small.
    -Email chains can be very long, so we modify them to reduce the length of each note so we can find the information later on much faster. Sometimes i do this by going through the note and deleting my personal email signature. But it can very tedious and time consuming (frustrating) when i can only see a tiny portion of the text i just copied over.

  2. Create insurance account pages that actually make sense with insurance reports

    I have been a user since Brian was giving the training and RT still hasn't created simple insurance pages with fields that only pertain to that type of insurance. Also, it is a scandal for a supposed CRM for financial advisors that there isn't an insurance report. Maybe Orion will help.

  3. Add Automation Trigger for "Created by User"

    There are several Automation Trigger requests, most, if not all of them are great ideas. Please also add an Automation Trigger for when an Object or Record is "Created by User".
    I specifically want to automate team permissions when a user creates a contact.

  4. Workflow Templates - Increase Viewable Entries per Page & Ability to Stay on Current Page upon Refresh

    Give option to view more entries per page on Workflow Templates. Currently only able to view 25 & lacks functionality like contacts search has to view (50, 100, or more). Also, give ability to stay on same page when refreshing page instead of redirecting back to page one.

  6. completion of notes appears to other tagged team members in email the same way activities do

    Whenever I have attendees listed in an Activity and they are set up to be notified of changes/updates/etc. when the Activity is "Saved and Completed", whatever is in the "Description" box will appear in the email that the Attendee is pinged with. Love that.
    Whenever I want to notify someone of a Note on the system the email prompts the person I tagged to log in to view the note. I would love for the note I input to appear in the follow up email to my team member- it does seem redundant especially when we know it can be…

  9. create a feature where we can "turn off" the automatic update to the clients review date

    It would be helpful to know when a clients review is overdue. When the system automatically updates the review date to the following year it makes it very difficult to figure out who may need to be contacted again. Even if there was a report made that we can run to give us a list of all clients whos review dates were auto-updated by the system would be helpful

    It would be outstanding for the client review reminder to be a triggering event for automations. Currently when the client review date passes it automatically updates for the next year, which does not help advisors when running reports.

  11. Stop requiring different passwords for different parts of redtail

    There should not be three different logins to go from Redtail CRM, to Redtail Feedback, and Redtail Support. Change it to one password to get to all three.....

    Keywords and Contact Card placement should be easier similar to how Wealthbox has their keywords and contact information at the very top of the contact page.

  16. No Contact Clock/ Engagement Tracker

    There was a feature in our old CRM that would track if a contact group had not had any outreach within 90 days. It was a safety net to ensure we were keeping up with and tracking our engagement with contacts. If for whatever reason a contact was not touched by a campaign within the set time frame, an alert/ activity would populate for us, triggering actions for outreach and engagement.

    A MUST!

    my firm relies on red tail heavily. we all truly think that a notification feature would be amazing! when a task is made by someone else, i add a comment to said task, no one gets notified of the update. this has dropped millions of dollars to be financed my by Firm.

  18. The initial bubble on appointment boxes for clients is not feasible for every office.

    We are having a hard time with the new initial bubble on appointment boxes on the calendar. We have 2 advisors with the same initials and it's extremely difficult to decipher who's appointment the client is for when scheduling appointments. Please change back to full names on appointments.

  19. Notice of Contact with same name

    We previously were able to see a notice at the top of the add contact page that a contact already exists with the same name. This isn't showing up anymore and was really helpful since we have a lead source that generates several leads per month. Can we get this added back?

  20. REMOVE Chat Bubble or make it MOVEABLE

    Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.
