Zapier Integration Update
Zapier Integration Update Recommendation -
It would be great if one of the Trigger items between Zapier and Redtail was "Add Note." I regularly upload meeting summaries downloaded from my meeting transcript software and would like to create a Zap to pull the summary into Sharepoint for analysis by CoPilot to create and assign the follow up tasks as well as create the first draft of my next client meeting agenda.

Make Opportunities more efficient
I have several opportunities, and I really like using the list to keep track of the things we are currently working on. Many of the contacts are a mix of prospective and existing clients on which I have already made several notes. I would like the most recent notes for each contact to be automatically linked in the notes section to avoid redundancy in making a note under the contact and another note on the contact opportunity. I understand that the last note could be copied; however, that isn't efficient when I have multiple opportunities to manage.

Calendar that Clients can schedule on
We need the ability to send our calendar to our clients so that they can schedule a time right onto our calendar to meet. This way what we already have marked off will show up and there will be no confusing on if they can schedule at a specific time. Like calendarly but then this way we will not need to integrate anything.

Secure file transfer for documents or Redtail Imaging Client Portal
Any functionality that will allow us to use Redtail to transmit files securely between our firm and the client. This would be a huge timesaver over currently using a 3rd party fileshare via email and password that will eventually result in us uploading everything into Redtail Imaging anyways.

You should be able to edit a note that was previously created.

Send client name via iCal sync.
The sync from Redtail to iCal needs to include the client name somewhere. You can see the appointments in Google Calendar, or on the Iphone, but functionality is extremely limited when unable to see who the appointment is for.

Contact
When clicking on Contacts.... We have a limited number of view options: Name, Status, Category, Source, Type, SrvAdvisor, WrtAdvisor.
It would be nice to be able to change those preferences as to allow for a quicker view.and customization.
For example: a UDF Field, a phone number, an email, etc.

Add additional fields uner the Bank tab that allows us to categorize type (ie checking, savings, money market), title, and voided checks
You have the space for 3 more fields on this tab. Let's use it :)
Add a dropdown under the Bank tab that allows us to categorize the account as Checking, Savings, or Money Market.
Also add a "Title" field that allows to type in the exact name on the account.
Finally, add a Yes/No field for "Voided check on file?"
Currently I am putting all that information under the Name field, however this poses problems when I'm using that field to import into account paperwork.

On Email notifications, put linked contact's name at the top of the email (with type/subject)
On Email notifications, put linked contact's name at the top of the email (with type/subject) rather than at the bottom where we have to scroll all the way to the end of the email to see who it is for.

Activities - Updated Notification
Some of our employees have expressed frustration with the inability to determine what was updated in an activity when they receive the updated activity notification. They suggested is there any way to add a highlight or some type of identifier that shows what was updated on the activity in the notification e-mail. That way it can be determined whether or not action is required without having to make additional clicks.

Ability to merge Tag Groups
It would be nice to merge existing Tag Groups together. Sometimes the name is slightly different (made by two people) but used for the same thing. For clean up, it would be nice to have a merge function.

Add account number field when creating an activity
We always have to click "create & edit" to add account numbers to a task. It would make it a lot quicker if we could just have an account number drop down field in creating a task so we can just click "create activity".

When notes are entered, can they be ascending rather than descending with the most recent note at the top of the box?

Link note to multiple activities
Add the ability to link one note to multiple activities. For example, if you discuss multiple items with one client that are related to several activities, it would be nice to attach that note to all of the activities involved rather than have to copy/paste the same note into each activity thus cluttering up the timeline.

Pop-up alert when scheduling a task/appointment for someone that is busy
A pop-up alert when scheduling a task/appointment for someone that already has an appointment booked for that time slot or is out of the office all day.

Look up by last meeting held over 180 days.
I previously used another CRM and was able to look up all clients with meetings held over 180 days for scheduling current service meetings. With Redtail, I'm forced to schedule the date and time 6 months out, which much can change. I'd rather run a report on whom I haven't seen in 6 months, then send a global email for appointment scheduling.

Would like ability to show more information from search results without having to use custom export.

Copy TASK notes into STEP notes inside workflows.
Often the first task of a workflow, has a bunch of questions that the originator of the workflow will need to answer.
The current workaround, is to copy the questions, then paste them into step notes, and answer them inside step notes, before proceeding to the next step.
It would save time to have a button to copy the task notes directly to step notes.
