Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information at Account Level
Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information are Account specific. We have clients that have different Trusted Contacts assigned to different accounts. Therefore we would like to add the Trusted Contact and/or the Authorized Person to Receive Information in the "Ownership" section. As this section is already established to select individuals associated with the account (ie. "Insured").

Radio button for selecting mailing address and physical address are the same
There should be a radio button to designate that the mailing and physical address are the same without having to list the same address twice. It would make the client profile in Red Tail cleaner to look at, and would properly pull the address if home address is selected or if mailing address is selected.

Allow Deletion of Default Account Types/Tax Qualified Types
You have too many undeletable Account Types/Tax-Qualified Types and I want to be able to delete them so I can leave only mutually exclusive options there that my firm would ever use. Also, I want to delete some tax-qualified types because tax-qualified is used as a filter for your RMD report so I want to remove HSA, MSA, UTMA, UGMA, and 529.

biometrics
Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

automation
Ability to add automation template to send an email when an active client/prospect have an annual review and have a keyword/tag that triggers the automation.
Specifically, I want to get an email for only active contacts that have the tag "eMoney" on their profile when an "account review appointment" is scheduled.

add a new word to status
When I go into the account number for a client, there are only four items under status
1. Open
2. Closed
3. Pending
4. Under reviewI would like to add 5. Annuitized.
We have quite a few accounts that are listed as open. They do not have a balance as they are annuitized. So if we would look at the account we would see that. We would not need to worry as to why there is no balance attached. It is not closed, but yet it is not opened. Once annuitized nothing further can be done to the account,…

Go directly to "Activity Details" when creating a new activity
We want to be able to go straight to the activity details page when creating a new activity. This would create some efficiencies for our team (fewer clicks for activity creation) but, more importantly, it would reduce duplicate email notifications for activities.
For example, right now, when we click "Add activity" and add the relevant details in the abbreviated "Create Activity" window, attendees get an "activity assigned" notification email as soon as we click "create & edit" and then another "activity updated" email once we actually have the opportunity to get to the activity details screen to add a description…

filter workflows
It would be nice to have the ability to filter workflows for a specific date range.

Make Activities in "read only" mode if someone else has it open.
If two people have an Activity open there is the possibility of losing data. If both users edit the Activity and save it, only the last changes saved are kept. The first one to save has their data overwritten when the second one saves their changes. This is a huge problem. If someone opens a Word or Excel document to make changes, and then another opens it - the 2nd one is opened in read only mode. Something needs to be updated in Redtail so that we do not have the ability to lose changes made to Activities!

Clickable URL link in Activity Description
We are allowed to insert an URL link in the activity description; however, when you try clicking the link - it does nothing.
It would be nice to click the link that opens in a new tab window just like the add URL link in workflow does.

add incoming emails from Synced account to notes for everyone to see
Be able to add an email that we receive from Synced account to the notes section, to save the email and also allow everyone on the CRM to see the email.

Work on Multiple Steps Simultaneously
Would be great to be able to complete/begin tasks on next steps while current step is still in progress. Not uncommon to be waiting for an external signature, certified mail receipts, etc. to complete a step, however, the completion is not pertinent to stop the workflow. Would appreciate being able to override the step completion requirement.

personal profile form
I would like to list Beneficiaries and Key and/or Trusted Contacts on the Personal Profile form. Currently, as an inaccurate work-around, we are listing adult children as dependents so that they can be printed on the Personal Profile Form so we can update/check their information in our client meetings with their parents. If their contact information could be included without having to list them as dependents, that would be great!
Alternately, if household/membership information could be printed on the Personal Profile Form, that would be helpful - or as other folks have said if we could customize the Personal Profile…

Add a Category of OUT
Program the OUT category to have a Conflict message that pops up if someone tries to assign a task, call or appointment to the individual on a day they are marked Out. Currently there is nothing to catch it if someone assigns a follow-up item from Notes and they're not looking at the calendar to see that the person has themselves blocked out. (With the category option of OUT, you could still list a description like Vacation or whatever details the person wanted.)

Contact by Duplicate Name Report in RedTail
When running the Contact by Duplicates names report in RedTail, clients with the same name but different SSNs and Addresses show as Duplicate clients in RedTail even though they are different people.

Make a way to where we can search seminars by name.
Make a search bar where we can search for seminars by name, date, location, etc. This would make it significantly easier than by just scrolling.

Add Ability to Bulk Re-Categorize Completed Activities
Sometimes your organizational structure changes and would be nice to be able to change Categories and Activity Types in bulk on already completed activities. This way our reports will be more useful. Having to Uncomplete and Recomplete these activities is a pain. Thanks!

Seminar Canceling
I would like to add "Canceled" the Seminar status list. Right now its just Active & Prior. I also want to complete the event/seminar from the calendar without deleting the seminar. For example, we have canceled the event/seminar from December 3rd but it is still one the calendar even though I have changed the status to prior.

default team
Can a new note not default to the same team as the user if the user is only on one team? Why do I have to always pick a team if I am only on one team? At the minimum the team dropdown should only include the teams I am on.
