  1. More extensive family tree capabilities

    The family tree that you can build out currently is extremely limited and linear - you should be able to build out siblings with their spouses and children. The membership section is out of the way and awkward to use.

  2. Customize my Sidebar

    In Outlook or Yahoo mail I can add folders to my sidebar. I think it would be very useful to customize frequently used items onto the menu bar.

    I want to add certain frequently used workflows and reports to the sidebar. This would save the user from having to go through the menus of Reports>workflow reports>workflow tasks> tasks assigned to me by others.

  3. Estimated Tax Information

    Estimated Tax Information is Very Nice to update and refer with clients, but is missing the most important field when it comes to income tax planning, a "Taxable Income" field because how can we tell a client by how much they are into the current marginal tax bracket or how much additional income they can earn at that bracket current tax bracket before going into a higher bracket without knowing where they are in the current bracket!!!! Without this number, we cannot give tax planning advice to our clients. PLEASE ADD THIS FIELD!!!

  4. customizing columns in accounts overview

    It would be helpful to be able to customize the column heading choices and column widths with one standard setup rather than having to individually customize them with each client.

  8. Redtail Mobile App 3.0+ View Household Members

    When going to visit clients we like to ask how the family is doing. While on the road we like to review the clients info so that we better know our client when we walk in the door. Names are important for us so If we can view household members and link them to a contact record that would finally allow us to move from Outlook notes to being fully covered with just the RedTail mobile app. I know there are similar ideas out there but with the new mobile app update I wanted to iterate how knowing our client…

  9. update account status

    Hello I am one of the administrators for Accelerated Wealth Colorado Springs office. I need the ability to add/or change the Status under the Basic Information "update account" area. As it stands there is only "Open, Closed, pending, and under review". Having only these is not adequate for many situations, for our company. Allowing us to add is what is being requested. Thank you.

  11. Quick Filter for Search Bar

    Have a toggle beside the Search Bar that you can filter for Active Clients only. More often than not, I am searching for an Active Client and my search list is cluttered with deceased clients, inactive clients, and/or prospects.

  12. Adding a flag or reminder feature in Notes

    After adding a note, can we get a feature to flag the note or a reminder to go back to the note in "x" number of days? Currently, the only way I can remind myself of the note is to create a follow-up activity. Let's say I speak with a client who tells me that she/he will send me a document in three days. I make a note of the call in RT and set a reminder (instead of an activity) to flag the note in four days. In four days, I am reminded of the Note and if the…

  13. Deceased Client with no Family except a Sister or Brother - How to Link them together

    When a client passes away, and there is no spouse or children, but they have a brother or sister. We create a contact for them, but how can we link them together like we do husband and wife? and not have it say Married to when they are family member. Is this possible.

  17. accessing templates from inside the activity screen

    When in the activities screen, when cloning an activity, it would be extremely helpful to be able to access the different activity templates from that screen. This would help fill/change a lot of the form fields as opposed to have to do them all manually.

  20. Please consider making "Discretionary" a field for custom export.

    We are required to disclose this on our annual ADV report. The information is stored. It would be nice if we could access it. Thank you.
