Text Message
Would like the ability to filter out text messages when searching through client notes, or have text messages saved/captured in a separate spot (like emails are) instead; presently need to sift through dozens of text messages to find actual notes in each client file

let's talk Button
It would be great if we could have the option to either move the "Let's Talk" button that is currently in the bottom right corner of the calendar or close it completely.

workflow trigger opportunity
It would be very helpful to have a workflow automatically trigger an opportunity. For example, when we have a lead we start a workflow. Instead of having the first step in the workflow be to create an opportunity, it would be helpful if the opportunity would be automatically created and then we could go in and update the opportunity with additional details.

Allow tag groups to be edited via automations.
Pretty straight forward, give us the ability to add/remove tag groups via automations. This would allow us to more effectively managed the integrations we have with RT.
Preferably we would have to edit most of the fields found in the advanced search

identify what accounts have been linked after running auto link
The Autolink complete email notification will be much more useful if it shows who the client was and/or what accounts were linked.

LInkedIn will always have the most up to date Job title, that should automatically update in Redtail
When a contact is connected to LinkedIn, their Job Title information will be automatically updated with the most current and accurate data. It would also be convenient if their picture was uploaded automatically, like on my iPhone.

seminar tag group
Add option to add contacts to a seminar via a tag group! When you have 700+ clients and are inviting them all to a client picnic, it is a pain to add them one at a time!

We would like to have customizable product types on the contact card so we can quickly see their product type.

Allow Assistant to Access Email
Allow assistants to access email with Google Authenticator/TFA so they don't have to get a code from us each time they enter.

account ownership
For account ownership, it would be nice to be able to link from just the ownership contact feeds. For example, we have an insured child with both parents as owners. The policy cannot be linked to a note or activity unless the child is a linked contact.

Need a fiancé option
I need an option for my clients who are engaged. They are someone's fiancé. I wish I had the option to say that instead of "life partner".

google forms or Microsoft Forms
Why is there no integrations with this? I would send this to the client to fill out, as far as "intake," and i would take the responses, and integrate them into RedTail CRm in the account, or contact, afterwhich they would integrate with Docupace.

Add Contact Screen: Be able to Indicate that the Contact is the Owner and not Just an Employee
Be able to Indicate that the company associated with the contact is the Owner and not an Employee. A Contact can be the Owner of Several Companies. Currently on the add contact, there is no way to associate that a contact is the owner, just that the contact is an employee.
Once the contact is entered, Yes there is the ability to add lines to the Memberships as an Owner, but seems time consuming to do this

Show individual portfolio balance and household balance on client page
It would be nice to have household balance as well as individual portfolio balance on any client page that is part of a household. That banner at the top of a client page could have activities, workflows household balance and individual balance without having to go to a different page and select household balance from a menu. Thank you!

Notes/Activities Should Inherit Permissions of Contact
Currently, if you create a note or activity within a contact record, that note or activity is not permissioned by default.
While permissions can be set for the contact record itself, so that others are not able to view the notes and activities inside the record, there is still a way for the entire database to see it.
On the dashboard, it will show you all notes within the lat 7 days CRM-wide and all unfinished activities. These notes and activities include the contact name that is tagged to it and could potentially contain other confidentail info.

Have a more robust contact card for businesses that shows details of the actual contact.
For the clients that have a business and personal account with us, we want to be able to see the name of the actual contact listed under the business name. We also want to be able to link the accounts together so when pulling a report you see all account information for everything personally and professionally that that person manages.

Suite Sync Email Sync
Suite Sync: Synced Emails: Make these viewable by all users rather than just the user who directly generated or was copied on it. It's important to have historical emails available to staff and other advisors on the team.

Primary/Lead and Secondary/Assist "assigned to" options for Activities
I would like to be able to have a Primary and Secondary label for the "assigned to" individuals. We often have tasks assigned to two people and sometimes we duplicate efforts. It would be helpful if the creator of the activity could assign who he wants to take the lead as Primary or Lead. Alternatively, if I have an activity with two people assigned but the second is just there as an FYI, it would be great if I could say I'm taking the lead so the other person knows not to work the activity.
