My Rep Chat takes up too much room.
With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.

Add "Next 7 Days" Icon Next to the "Day" "Week" and "Month" Icons on Calendar View
Add "Next 7 Days" Icon Next to icons "Day" "Week" and "Month" on Calendar View. On Thursday, I am not really in need of see what I did on Monday.

I select Client, client accounts, Reports, Portfolio Detail Report I need Effective dates added by accounts with options to add more details to the report. It would great if we could customize the detailed information on each Summary Report or Snapshot report.

Create follow up from a note, when adding the note to another activity
Why can't we have the "create a follow up" from a note that was created under an activity? Many times we have an activity that has multiple steps in which have different notes and different follow up timelines. We know this was available until the recent update but are being told it never existed so we need to suggest as a new feature.

Functional "Projected Revenue" and "Actual Revenue" Fields in Opportunities
It seems incredibly strange to me the fields listed as "Projected Revenue" and "Actual Revenue" exist only for the sake of ornamentation.

Activity Organizer Report/List/Filter needed
This new field for Activity Organizer is a great start...but it's completely useless as there is no report or filer that can create a list of activities where you or someone else is the organizer of the activity. Please create a filter, something on the home page, or some widget to indicate on the activity when you see it in a list who the organizer is. Initials bubble like on the calendar would be a start.

Add Google OAuth connection connectivity
Google has moved away from allowing less secure apps. Please add OAuth connectibility to allow us to send Google emails, particularly blast emails, from within the CRM.

Retriever/Once Hub Calendar - no manual entry of reschedules/changes
It is not time efficient to manually enter a reschedule or change in Redtail that has been made by a client or advisor for an appointment in Once Hub. All items, whether a new appointment, change, or reschedule should also be reflected in Redtail. If needed for this to happen, manually deleting the original appointment in Redtail is a one click and acceptable.

Batch Edit Annual Review Frequency
Mass editing of annual review frequency is impossible with Redtail. Add a feature to bulk edit or spreadsheet upload and change frequency en mass.
Right now it's possible to mass edit the first review date, but nothing else!

Activities should sort chronologically, not alphabetically
Currently, the activities tab sorts alphabetically which is really not intuitive. Especially if you navigate to this page by clicking "upcoming". When you navigate to activities from the "upcoming" button, you are thinking chronologically (at least I am), and because of this, you expect the top of the list to be your soonest upcoming tasks.

Families with out "head of household"
It would be ideal if we could link contacts per their relation to one another without having to have one of them be the designated "head of household". Like instances of adult children who do not live with their parents. Ideally, these people could all exist on one family tree without having to designate one of them as the head of household. Also, I think it would be great if the head of household was optional entirely. Maybe two members of a marriage do not live together, but are married and should both receive head of household status. Let us be able to delete all items in lists
For account types (and other lists like activity type, etc) there are some choices I am not able to delete. I'd love for that not to be the case so for account types every account type available and shown to us are the ones applicable to us. I am never going to call an account type brokerage or cash & equivalents because I use type as registration type and those two aren't mutually exclusive. That list in particular is cluttered up with 50+ undeletable fields of which I'd only keep 15.

Add Activity "Status" Field
Add a status field to Activities.
Example:
"New"
"Working"
"Pending Client Response"
"Submitted to Custodian"Etc.

Combining Workflows
Create a section in Workflows that allows us to combine workflows into a big workflow of workflows, similar to how mind mapping software is set up. Then allow us to search clients & see which workflow they're currently in, where they are in the client process across all the different workflows, and who is assigned responsibility to that specific task for the contact. Then add the ability to see all contacts across the client process and which workflow they're currently assigned to.

Upon visiting a client's profile, it would be beneficial to have the capability to generate an alert popup window. This window would serve to promptly notify the user about crucial information relating to the client or their profile.

Family Categories and Status
It would be nice if we could specify Categories (e.g. Client, Prospect, etc.) and Status (e.g. Active, Inactive) for Families so that we can quickly identify those when running reports/searches at the Family level, as well as for segmentation purposes.

Cancelling Activity Option
It would be nice to have a cancelled activity option -- so when clients call in to cancel appointments we can just "save and cancel". So, the activity would then disappear from the calendar but would still remain an activity under the client profile. It would help clean up the calendars so we can see the events/activities that actually occurred that day.

Search by last name only
We've had RedTail for some time now and the only thing I really miss from old CRM is the ability to search by last name only. When I type in a last name everything remotely the same (3 matching letters in a street name or name of a town etc..) comes up. Sometimes I am scrolling thru 60+ names or more when I know I only have 3 contacts with that same last name. And some names,( i.e.Thomas) can be first or last names but everything pulls up. Very time consuming.
