Record Last Name Changes
The ability to track (and search, ideally) when clients have a previous last name (ie name change from marriage/divorce)

My Rep Chat takes up too much room.
With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

Client Account Security - Verbal Passcode
If a client wishes to have for us to request a verbal passcode when they call us, it would be handy to have an immediate notification or popup each time that client's profile or accounts are accessed.

Link an already created note to an Opportunity
You should be able to link a note that was already created to an Opportunity, rather than needing to create the note within the Opportunity right off the bat.

Add a recall button to emails sent to recipients. Other email host has this feature. It's great to have the email history/ archive but please add a recall button!

Reviews
It would be great if you could put a dynamic Review button in the client appointment booking page to denote whether this appointment should be the Last Review Date. Also if there is a field that says Target Date of Next Review you could enter the date specifically or choose 3, 6 or 12 months interval and it would default to a date in the future so you could run a date based report to remind you who to reach out to schedule. You could also run a Last Review Date Report but these would each be a way to…

Bring back full ssn on unlinked accounts
SSN was recently masked on unlinked accounts page. I work for big B/D supporting many Redtail subscribers. I am receiving a lot of feedback about not seeing full SSN on page, and that it is not exportable. Please make this some sort of toggle for an Admin or DBO to allow.

When completing an activity, give a little dialogue box to answer how/why activity was completed
When you complete an activity and there's a pop-up that says "Would you like to mark this activity as completed?", provide an option to respond as to how the activity was completed, the explanation as to why you are closing it out.
For example:Activity: Call super important client
Mark activity as completed and put into dialogue box: Called super important client and discussed their questions and concerns. All issues resolved

I'd like a button to show all activities on one page instead of having to cycle through multiple pages of 50 at a time.

Stop returning to top of page automatically
Can you stop Redtail from automatically refreshing my page and taking me back to the top of my activities list???

Allow calendar events to be scheduled on a specific day of every month, for example: the first of every month.
I would like to be able to schedule a calendar event on a specific day of every month, regardless of what day of the week that falls on. I have an activity I do on the 1st every month. I wanted to put this in as a recurring activity, but I had to list it as "the first monday of the month" and then I had to manually go into every event in the series and change each instance to the first of that month.

Know Your Client Financial Fields - Add Suitability and Assets Held Away
The the financials tab, in addition to the objective, experience, tax info, and net worth, there should be a Assets Held Away section and then have that broken out by type of assets. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, savings, others, etc. where you can either enter the dollar amount or percentage to add up to 100% or assets held away. This would help with the Finra suitability requirements.
Riding on the coattails of others, please add more fields in the financials section to be more specific! Thanks.

When merging a record, it appears as a new record. Because of that, when we have an automation created that links a workflow to a new prospect, a workflow is being tied to this prospect. They are not new but look that way when records are merged.

Client View
It would be great if there is a toggle on the calendar to switch on Client View. This way we can look at the calendar with a client to schedule a meeting without other client information showing. Client View would hide the linked client names and other identifying information, just showing blocked out times for already scheduled meetings.

It would be very helpful if we could permission the workflow notes.
When you write a note on a workflow, there is not a way to permission that note. It clogs up my notes not permissioned report that I clear out weekly. Or make it so that those notes don't appear in that report.

Remove Workflow Summary from Notes not permissioned report. There is no way to permission this summary. Maybe create another report to check summaries or allow the option to permission.

Give users the ability to change the tabs in the contacts view.
Allow users to choose which tab is shown first on the contacts pages.
Currently the "Past Due and Next" tab is shown. I want the "Notes" tab to be shown so that I can see the notes on a client, I do not use the "Past Due and Next" feature at all.3 votes -
Functional "Projected Revenue" and "Actual Revenue" Fields in Opportunities
It seems incredibly strange to me the fields listed as "Projected Revenue" and "Actual Revenue" exist only for the sake of ornamentation.
