  1. Quarterly Reoccurrence Dates

    We should be able to add recurring events to show up on the end-of-quarter dates so that they appear on the last day of each quarter. This means factoring in business days so if 3/31 falls on a Saturday we should be able to enter recurring event as last business day of the quarter so it would appear on Friday 3/30.

  2. Turn off certain feilds in Contacts account

    Having the ability to turn off certain fields/criteria on contacts account that aren't being used. More visibly appealing and easier to decipher.

  3. Linking notes

    when you go add a note the linked contact option should already have the contact that they share a family name with; or have it as a default setting you can choose

  4. calendar layout

    Being able to have different options on how you want the layout of your 'DAY' calendar. I'm dyslexic and it is just hard to feel organized because the lay out feels so jumbled together. It would be better if you could view your day in columns of advisors by their color- than rows of task by their color. This would be so helpful!!!!

  5. precise

    It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.

  7. Calendar Local Time

    Please allow local time on the CRM Calendar to be the same as the local time chosen in the settings regardless of the time on the physical machine.

  8. add mile stone dates

    Have the ability to add milestone dates to a client that would appear on the dashboard similiar to 'Today's Birthdays'. This would allow the ability to track and acknowledge various life events of clients that could enhanve the customer experience. Milestone date examples are retirement date, surgery date, anniversary date.

  10. Dog names

    I miss the doggy pics with their names. Not so concerned about the owners but miss saying good morning to the dogs upon login. Please give them names!

  11. Activities/Task Assigned to Role vs Individual

    It would be very helpful to have the ability to assign activities to either a role or a person, just like Workflows.

    When the person assigned to an activity changes it would be beneficial to have the option to assign to a role instead.

    Please consider this option.

  12. Add a report to print beneficiaries by Household

    We need a way of confirming beneficiary information with our clients annually. A report showing beneficiaries by household, by account would be highly desired due to the important nature of this information.

  13. More contrast on Contact Record Page, too much white- boxes run together

    One suggestion I'd make with the latest update is readjusting the contrast in colors on the contact page for each individual client. Currently there is minimal contrast between the different boxes of Contact Card, Contact Details, Adding a Note, etc. It makes it difficult to see where boxes start and end now, things start to run together now.

  14. Beneficiary Report

    Would you be able to add the Tax Qualified Type to the Beneficiary Reports for All and All Non-Closed? This is information that we currently have to hand write on after the report is run for our Advisors.

  16. workflow Notes & Linked Notes

    We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
    - With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?

  18. Case Creation

    I would like to request the ability to create cases that can be assigned to client accounts and for an internal Case Queue to manage/close these cases.

  19. Assign Estimated Time to Complete to Workflow Templates!

    To better track capacity across our service team, I propose adding a feature to our workflows that allows us to assign an estimated time to complete for each workflow template. This enhancement would enable us to monitor and manage each processor's workload more effectively. It would be great if we could also have a capacity dashboard for each processor!
