Color contrast in new release is bad for accessibility
The contrasts in the new release of the CRM make it very hard to see the edges around boxes/areas, the white and grey are too similar, and the red is too bright.

Adjust New Red Tint Theme
The new red tint that came out in today's theme update (3/21/24) is very bright, with high contrast, and not soft on the eyes. Would be nice to have the option to adjust this to a darker tint of red, like the current red/maroon in this feedback forum (which I believe was the old Redtail red).

There seems to be quite a lot of red in the new look, which is not great in our industry. Please consider using a different color.

03/21/2024 the new look is AWFUL - blinding white - way too much white - my eyes!
Please give us some options to add background color or change it back to the way it was prior to 3-21-24, it is horrible. We sit under florescent lights - please have mercy and give us a black mode or someting.

Please restore the "more defined" borders on contact pages. Current view is difficult to track.
Contact page lacks defined lines and borders, takes longer to view screen.

Color options for layout
The new look it great, but WAY too bright. It would be nice to be able to tone it down a bit. With so much white space, it's difficult to read and strains the eyes.

Contrast on updated website
There is not enough color contrast on updated site. Everything is too white and it's difficult to quickly click on needed boxes.

Add a location column to the "My workflow tasks"
On the "My Workflow Tasks" page, we should able to choose what columns we want to see there. For me, I would really appreciate having a location or time zone column so that could organize my calling tree for the day by location. Seems like such a simple feature that should be there (selecting your own columns).

Put the head of household symbol next to the name that automatically appears in the drop down when searching for a client.

"Buddy" Icon
Please bring back the little "Buddy" icon for the Recent, QuickLists, & Tag Group dropdown in the top right corner. Thank you!

Attaching two documents from two different folders
It would be helpful if you would add the feature to be able to attach two documents from two different folders. At this time I am told you can only attached two documents if they are in the same location/folder.

Allow the sidebar to be customized or rearranged
Our office doesn't use the the calendar in Redtail. We would like to be able to remove it from the sidebar. If it can't be removed, we would like to be able to move down to the bottrom.

we have the ability to filter notes, but it would be really helpful to filter not only the type of notes but a time frame and be able to export to a PDF or EXCEL to take to client reviews.

Objectives to be expanded to 5 levels as No BD or Custodian uses 4
Know your client section. The Objective field is antiquated it needs to be expanded to include 5 levels.

Calendar DAY VIEW for multiple users
Please bring back the option to print a DAY CALENDAR for multiple users! The list view does not offer this and I manage scheduling and appointments for 8 people.

search phone number with area code in parantheses
Many times when I miss a call or when a call comes in after hours I like to copy and paste the number into the search bar for clients - it would be nice if I could search with area code in parantheses like it shows when the call comes in.

Update activity drop down list
Add a new activity category. Phone meeting. for Zoom call notifications.

Workflow Automation
Workflows to generate by the date that the activity is created, not the date of the actual activity. For example, if I create an activity today (04/08/24) that is scheduled on 04/22/24 then the workflow generates for a target date of today (04/08/24), not the 22nd.
