client ID
It would be helpful if each client's unique Redtail auto-assigned ID number was auto-populated as part of their contact record. This could be used as a unique identifier with other outside integrations such as Hubspot

add a new word to status
When I go into the account number for a client, there are only four items under status
1. Open
2. Closed
3. Pending
4. Under reviewI would like to add 5. Annuitized.
We have quite a few accounts that are listed as open. They do not have a balance as they are annuitized. So if we would look at the account we would see that. We would not need to worry as to why there is no balance attached. It is not closed, but yet it is not opened. Once annuitized nothing further can be done to the account,…

Preferred Call Time & Phone Number
If there was a small icon up near "Important Information" Red exclamation icon that was either a check or X based on information input on a client's preferred call time. When you hover over or click the icon, it could give you the next available preferred call time or the phone number the client provided for that time slot. When onboarding a client, we could ask for times they are usually available and times they know they are unreachable during the week. automation
Ability to add automation template to send an email when an active client/prospect have an annual review and have a keyword/tag that triggers the automation.
Specifically, I want to get an email for only active contacts that have the tag "eMoney" on their profile when an "account review appointment" is scheduled.

Note notification - the note populates the email
When one receives an email with the subject "Redtail CRM: A new note has been added.", having the note populate the email would be helpful so one does not have to login to see the note.

When commenting on a note, the button to finish should say "SAVE COMMENT"
An advisor typed a detailed comment to a note to update it. He clicked on "CLOSE" thinking he was finished. The comment was lost. I showed the person how, just above it, he needed to click on the button that currently says "COMMENT" only. It would be much clearer if the button more clearly said, "SAVE COMMENT."

Be able to remove account types we don't use
I am all for clean data. We are creating a Redtail Style Guide right now. The section for how to label accounts is unnecessarily long because we have to list account types we can't delete and mark them 'DO NOT USE'. It also makes navigating to the account type we actually need take longer than it needs to. Please let us clean those up (and any other field where you have undeletable options).

Select All feature for Broadcast Speak
I want to send a broadcast invite to everyone listed from our CRM that have not accepted a Speak invite yet. A great feature would be to have a simple way to 'select all' instead of clicking on them individually.

Append Linked Contacts to Activity's Title in Outlook
Prefer to have linked contacts of an activity appended to the activity's title in Outlook, which is how Retriever Desktop functions, rather than added to the body, which is currently how Retriever Cloud functions.

Employer Information Feed into Client Contact area
Employer information should feed to the client contact area. This would take out the added step of navigating to the employer record to view this information, and manually update any contact card information on the contact that lists the employer address/phone number.

workflow search
I just had to do a cleanup of over 1,000 old workflows that were mostly unused in our system but maybe 3 out of them had been used with notes attached to a step. What would have been hugely helpful is if there were more options for search features. It would be great if we could search Notes in a workflow. It would have cut down the time I spent on this project

Change Activity Time Stamp
When I Save and Complete an Activity, the time stamp it receives is when I save and complete in Redtail, not when the activity actually occurred. For example, if I have a client lunch at noon on Monday, but don't get around to saving and completing the activity in Redtail until Wednesday, the time stamp is for Wednesday rather than Monday. I should be able to change the time stamp to the correct date/time.

Alphabetizing the favorited contacts in the mobile app
Please make the favorited contacts to be alphabetized. Contact favorites are alphabetized on the website but not the app.

To be able to see phone numbers on the contact page rather than hovering over the name
Instead of hovering over a name, to be able to see phone numbers on the contact page like you do other information

Add contactID(s) to the "Activities By Contact" report export.
The current export has a column named "Contacts" which provides the last and first names of every linked contact for a given activity. Can you add another column to this export with contact IDs? This would eliminate any confusion as to who was linked to the activity as it is possible multiple contacts could have the same first and last names.

Activity appearing on today's dashboard until it is completed
We would like to create a task (activity) and set it for a span of several days or weeks, just to ensure that it remains on our today dashboard until we mark it as completed. Currently, the tasks (activities) disappear after the day that they start, even if they are still outstanding.
