Minimize Workflow View During Edit / Creation
When editing a workflow - all of the boxes are expanded and it's a lot to scroll through. Instead of going through each individual box to click the arrow to condense the boxes into smaller lines, could there options to condense the whole workflow, or condense sections to minimize the amount that is on the screen. This would be helpful for editing / reviewing / printing / screenshots, etc.

Could you add the ability for the main search bar to look up clients by Client ID, not just by name?
We’re reducing the use of personally identifiable information in our internal communication, so Client IDs are becoming our go-to. Right now we have to use Advanced Search—or swap an ID into a random contact’s URL—to find someone by ID. If the main search bar supported Client ID lookup, it would make the process faster, cleaner, and more secure for our team.

Improved Functionality for Linked Account Detail Labels
okay soo I've been really diving into the account details section of client profiles (Client -> Accounts -> select account) and two request that would increase the functionality of the CRM for our firm.
Request 1:
PLEASE make this change. It's such a no brainer and would immediately improve the functionality and interconnectedness of the CRM.

Disable birthday reminder and other contact reminders when termination date added
Would like the birthday reminder (and any other relevant contact reminders) be disabled once a termination date is entered.

When creating or editing a workflow template, there should be the ability to collapse all the tasks in the workflow with a click so that you see the STEPS ONLY. Then the option to unfold the STEP to see just the TASKS. And lastly unfold the TASKS to see details within that task. This way, when editing you can have a better bird's eye visual without all the details in the way to move things around accordingly. Currently we have to collapse the whole workflow one at a time.

Automatically turning a Client Review into an Activity
I am currently automating a “Client Review” process for a financial client on a quarterly/annual basis. However, Redtail’s Client Reviews module does not allow for direct integration with the calendar — meaning you cannot turn a review reminder into a complete activity or associated notes.
My problem is:
When a Client Review is marked complete, the system does not automatically schedule the next review date or create an associated activity. So the question is: Does Redtail have a built-in integration, or is there a tutorial for:

Outlook, Calendar, Email...One CRM?

Archive Options in Lists
I'd love to be able to archive certain items, either custodians we no longer use or models no longer applicable as suggestions. They'd still be listed on closed accounts for recordkeeping but wouldn't come up as a suggestion when adding a current account's model. The same could be done for former advisors and being able to archive a choice on the servicing advisor and writing advisor list so it doesn't pollute our list but we can still sett it when we look at that contact (for former clients that never had a replacement advisor).

Reviews - "preferred meeting month"
I was wondering if it is in the pipeline to add a button/feature to the Reviews section of Redtail.
Our office is running into an issue every year that people push their reviews back and we end up with a ton of reviews in December (because we are required to meet every year).
Would it be possible to add a feature that says “Preferred Meeting Month” – with the months as drop downs? Example - if a client is scheduled or March, but they don’t meet until September, next year when we reach out, they are reached out to in…

Enable Same-Time Appointments Feature
Please add an option to override the restriction that prevents booking two appointments at the same time in calendar mode. We have multiple advisors meeting with clients in different conference rooms, so overlapping appointments are often necessary.
Currently, the only way to schedule these appointments is to click a different time and then edit it afterward, or to temporarily hide another advisor’s schedule. This is inefficient—especially when I’m working from an iPad during workshops and need to book appointments quickly.

emailable portal link for client data entry/population.
Most programs today that are data intensive to complete a file have a portal link that can be emailed to a contact/client that would provide them with an interview that walks them through all needed information. Take it a few steps further allow for the interview to be branded/customized to their practice, and allow for customizations that would allow us to create "standard practice questions to ask?"

Multi-Factor Authentication for Mobile App
Security Issue: Multi-Factor authentication is currently not an option for the Redtail CRM mobile app. This means that an attacker can attempt to use brute force tactics using only username and password over the public internet to gain access to a clients CRM instance. This is a major security flaw. Why is MFA not an option for the mobile app similar to the browser / web-based application? Lock down root "Clients" folder in Redtail Imaging
Someone on our team inadvertently archived our root client folder in Redtail Imaging. Obviously their mistake, but it should not be that easy to archive such an important root folder. Because our file system is so large, the archive view won't even load our archived files. The Redtail support team is helping us restore them, but we don't have our client files until they do. There seems to be no way to lock down the root folder, and still allow all the folders underneath it to be editable by our team. This seems to be an important feature.

Make deceased contact show current age as if they were alive
I would like deceased contacts to keep counting their age next to their birthday as if they were alive. Or put the age they were when they died next to date of death, and have their "current" age next to their birthday. This is helpful when planning with widows for example.

photos in export
Want to be able to include profile pictures from client contact cards in exports. Would come in handy for new hires to make flashcards with names and photos to get familiar with our clients in advance of client events. Would also be nice to have pictures next to names for seminar check in lists so that our new hires, working the check in desk, can more easily find clients and get them checked in.
