Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

PUT PAGE NUMBERS OF ACTIVITIES AT TOP AS WELL AS BOTTOM
Put the page tabs at the top of the activities list as well as at the bottom. Often I know the activity is on page 2 and have to scroll to the bottom to click on that page.

Copy note to additional contact
When copying a note to an additional contact, the comments and any attached documents should also transfer with the note!!!!

Workflow reports should organize by date
I cannot organize the Workflow Report by estimated completion date. I select the Est Completion Date and would like to organize by that column. However, it's not properly configured. It will appear as if it is organized by most recently completed, but it's organized numerically by mistake. So it shows as 1/16/2023 and then further down 2/01/2024 etc. This makes it extremely hard to view the workflow report and difficult to use it. If I switch the filter the other way, it still doesn't work.

Make a way to where we can search seminars by name.
Make a search bar where we can search for seminars by name, date, location, etc. This would make it significantly easier than by just scrolling.

Customize my Sidebar
In Outlook or Yahoo mail I can add folders to my sidebar. I think it would be very useful to customize frequently used items onto the menu bar.
I want to add certain frequently used workflows and reports to the sidebar. This would save the user from having to go through the menus of Reports>workflow reports>workflow tasks> tasks assigned to me by others.

Let us be able to delete all items in lists
For account types (and other lists like activity type, etc) there are some choices I am not able to delete. I'd love for that not to be the case so for account types every account type available and shown to us are the ones applicable to us. I am never going to call an account type brokerage or cash & equivalents because I use type as registration type and those two aren't mutually exclusive. That list in particular is cluttered up with 50+ undeletable fields of which I'd only keep 15.

Make task where you can arrange them manually.
I would like to be able to arrange my task manually. Like if I want certain ones at the top I can move them there. That way my workflow is specific to how I want it to look for the day instead of them just being in a random order.

Contact by Duplicate Name Report in RedTail
When running the Contact by Duplicates names report in RedTail, clients with the same name but different SSNs and Addresses show as Duplicate clients in RedTail even though they are different people.

Know Your Client added fields / information for Financial Planning
It would be helpful if under the "Know Your Client" tab we could have the ability to enter more information that is pertinent to financial planning. Some ideas I have are as follows:
Social Security: Could add fields for age when claimed or planning to claim, start date of benefits, current benefit amount, etc.
Estate Planning: do they have trust/ wills/ POAs in place, estate attorney/ POA contact information, Last beneficiary review date
E-signature: Yes or No field on whether client is comfortable using this or not.

Activity By Contact Report - Add Column
When running a Activities by Contact report, it would be helpful to add a column for the date the activity was created. We have a number of activities where the start and end dates are changed, so being able to filter by created date would be extremely helpful.

Create Dynamic Tag Groups
There should be two types of tag groups that can be created: static and dynamic. Currently, all tag groups are static. I would like the ability to create a tag group that will automatically add contacts that meet certain criteria. Essentially, I want a combination of a quick list and a tag group. The marketing software that we use has the ability to import tag groups and sync them nightly, but it is tedious adding each advisors new contacts to tag groups manually.

Retriever/Once Hub Calendar - no manual entry of reschedules/changes
It is not time efficient to manually enter a reschedule or change in Redtail that has been made by a client or advisor for an appointment in Once Hub. All items, whether a new appointment, change, or reschedule should also be reflected in Redtail. If needed for this to happen, manually deleting the original appointment in Redtail is a one click and acceptable.

Primary Contact - Add link to that person's record
Within the Primary Contact box, include a link to access that person's record within Redtail. For any additional information on that person now, you have to go under "Memberships" to find their record or search for their record. If the link is provided, you just click the link and it takes you directly to their record.

Increase the number of Departments Customize Fields.
More customizable fields than just four for departments would be helpful. Name, email, online, phone, or contact. The majority of the departments I work with have phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, websites, and login credentials. The fax number is now shown to me under the Contact card on the right. I have to linger over the department fax number till the name displays in order for me to know whether it is the correct one. Having to look at twelve different work fax numbers strains my eyes greatly.

Give us a link we can send a new contact to input their OWN data into RT. Right now, we send aform to them to fill out contact info - they manually type it out and send it back to us. Then we manually input it into RT. Why not just do the inputs once and have them populate their own profile. It's 2023, this should be easy to do.

Add Google OAuth connection connectivity
Google has moved away from allowing less secure apps. Please add OAuth connectibility to allow us to send Google emails, particularly blast emails, from within the CRM.

Customize Interface
I would highly suggest to allow users to customize the interface. What I mean by that is, when I pull up a contact Past Due & Next 30 takes up 80% of the screen. Opportunities is the Number One Driver for new sales- so when Mrs. Smith calls and I go to pull her their contact I have to then click "More" on the left hand side and then click "Opportunities" to see whatever Opportunities Mrs. Smith has. That information should be right where Past Due & Next 30 currently is- what I would really like is to be able…

Activity Organizer Report/List/Filter needed
This new field for Activity Organizer is a great start...but it's completely useless as there is no report or filer that can create a list of activities where you or someone else is the organizer of the activity. Please create a filter, something on the home page, or some widget to indicate on the activity when you see it in a list who the organizer is. Initials bubble like on the calendar would be a start.
