  1. Workflow task showing due on calendar when task is completed. Task colors do change when task is completed but still shows as due.

    After completing a task, only the color of the task will change to show the task has been completed. Task still shows DUE at the beginning of the task, when in fact it is completed.

  2. Redtail Speak history for team members

    Have the ability to see Speak history for team members in a channel, in a similar manner to how we can see it for clients in CRM.

  3. filter by occupation type

    It would be helpful to pull a report for 'Referral By' by the contact type. For example, instead of listing the name of a CPA, just list 'CPA'. The same could be said for client referrals - once again, instead of the client name, just list 'client'. Furthermore, if it's a referral received from our company website, it would be nice to have 'website' listed.

  4. Note notification - the note populates the email

    When one receives an email with the subject "Redtail CRM: A new note has been added.", having the note populate the email would be helpful so one does not have to login to see the note.

  5. adding the feature of Nicknames to labels so that I don't have to cut and paste everything for my 400 holiday cards

    currently labels pull the full name or family name. It would be also good to pull the nickname as people often use their preferred nickname not their full name.

  6. Is it possible to add a block under "Accounts" for RMD's? (Required Minimum Distributions?

    Please add a block for "Required Minimum Distributions" - this is a Federal Law and requires the client to start the withdrawal at the age of 72.5 years old from IRA's, Roth's, etc.. The block would need: RMD Eligible (date), Fair Market Value, Current Year RMD Amount, Scheduled RMD (a simple yes or no), First Payment Date, Next Payment Date, Payment Frequency and Payment Method.
    This would be a big help to balance Client records/assets.

  8. Active workflow tasks assigned based on the role need to reassign those tasks when the person in the role changes.

    When the person assigned to a role changes it is critical that the workflow tasks assigned to that role automatically update to the new person in that role. Right now we have to update all workflow tasks manually when the person in the role changes. Workflows could be so much more useful. Please make this a priority.

  9. The ability to remove the PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form.

    Allow the ability to remove the newly added PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form. This is embarrassing to our office.

  10. Speak Alert in CRM

    Under the old speak when there were unread messages there was a notification of the number of unread speak messages in the CRM Speak icon (three dots). This no longer happens. You must have the speak window open to get a notification, which is not optimal. It takes me much longer to notice speak message notifications than before.

    I would like to have speak notifications be made in the CRM window where they used to be, since the CRM is always open.

  11. Bulk complete Workflows

    I wish there were an option to bulk complete workflows. There are several abandoned workflows that I want to clean up, but I don't want to delete them. If I were able to complete them in bulk, I would be able to keep a record for compliance and it would be so much more efficient.

    When clicking on the account tab with the Orion integration can it be that we choose which account view we want - Orion or Redtail?

  14. Bulk Action - CUSIP Search

    It would be extremely helpful if I could search by CUSIP for all accounts that hold a bond so that i can take a bulk note across those clients with that position

  15. Redtail Speak

    For the Redtail Speak, it would be great to integrate a phone number that the advisor is already using. Our clients have gotten used to texting our advisors at their current number, so it would be great to continue using that number.

    When conducting an advanced search with the specific variables, there should be a column option that displays client since. This information is great to have when conducting advanced searches.

  17. Search/Report for Memberships that are Unlinked to any Contact

    I would like to be able to run a report of any memberships that are not linked to any contacts. We have so many that we just have to manually click on and check right now - I want to be able to remove memberships that are no longer linked to anyone.

  18. Workflow Templates - Increase Viewable Entries per Page & Ability to Stay on Current Page upon Refresh

    Give option to view more entries per page on Workflow Templates. Currently only able to view 25 & lacks functionality like contacts search has to view (50, 100, or more). Also, give ability to stay on same page when refreshing page instead of redirecting back to page one.

  19. ownership

    How come you can run a report for almost every field in Redtail except the ones under the Ownership section in Accounts? For example, I can search for all of my SEP IRA's by using the tax qualified type under Basic Information. But, if I want to run a report for all of my JTWROS accounts I can't. It makes no sense. They are equally important. Every field should be searchable. Why is Redtail limiting the fields we can search or run reports on?

  20. broadcast emails

    Extend the time allowed to send a broadcast email. If I am manually selecting clients to send a broadcast email, the system often times out and I must start from the beginning.
