  1. Link account names from custodian

    It would be great if, in addition to the account number, the account name could be synced from the custodian. This way, when you pull up a contact with linked accounts, you would be able to see the account number AND account name as the custodian lists it. This would help to reduce the back and forth for advisors (checking Schwab/Tamarac in addition to Redtail) and add more clarity in linking the account in a Redtail activity/task.

  2. client review

    Thank you for working on a Client Review function.What you put together is a god start, but need flexibility to reflect reality and to remain compliant by not altering past dates. What do I mean? If my frequency is 3 month, and my "last Review" was 9/10/2025 the system sets 12/10/2025 as "next review date". The problem is 12/10 may not be a date the adviser can meet or a date the client can meet. Maybe its 12/17/2025 that works for both. The way your system works today is that I have to alter the "last review date" to 09/17/2025…

  3. Important Info - Sync option

    Provide an option to hide sensitive client information stored in "Important Info" or prevent it from syncing to the phone’s contact notes when connecting via Exchange. This would give users greater control over client privacy, ensuring that critical details remain secure while still preserving the functionality of "Important Info" within the CRM.

  4. all contacts

    It would be very valuable to be able to select the columns that appear on the "All" contact view screen. I would like to see different fields than servicing or writing advisor. This should be customizable from any contact field. Having their phone number on this view would be much better.

  5. Have a "hot" contact name in a UDF connect with the contact's record.

    When we have contact names in a client UDF, it would link to the contact's record. We are having to get creative with some of our information since the program doesn't have certain fields and we can't edit them.

  6. Next Step Opportunity Dates/Activities

    It would be really nice if when you added Next Steps to an opportunity, you could set a "Due Date" for the next steps. And then as a follow-up to that request, it would be nice if the due date and next steps automatically created an activity. Basically, it would be nice if the Next Steps auto-created an activity that was then linked to the opportunity, without us having to create an activity separately that cannot be linked to the opportunity.

  7. link account to WF like you can do it with activities

    Please add the option, as it is on activities, to link an account to an WF.

  8. In the Calendar, show Contact Names in task when there are 2 linked Contacts

    Our office is not a fan of the change you just made to the Calendar of removing the Contact Names within a task if more than one Contact is linked to the task. It just shows the words "2 Contacts." We want to be able to see the Client Names in every task that we create, especially for appointments. I called Redtail Support to have this new feature turned off and set back to showing the Contact Names and was told you are unable to do that.   9. Put notification bubble on Speak icon in top right hand corner of home page.

  10. Redtail Speak - Bulk Messaging to a group

    it would great if we can broadcast message a group of contacts, instead of choosing contacts one by one if needing to message all clients in case of an irregular closure or event

  13. Add a "Next Step" with assigned person feature to Activities

    Below the activity name, have a "Next Step" like in Opportunities. Also give the ability to assign that step to a specific attendee on the Activity.

    We don't need the completed next steps listed, we just want to be able to update the person who has the next option on the activity.

  14. Integrate with Lacerte to pull in "Client Status".

    We are a tax office as well as investment advisors. Integrations that would be awesome include:
    Lacerte - for the Client Status, eFile Status and ESign status.
    SmartVault - to be directly connected
    SmartWaiver - to pull in signed waivers by email

  16. please put names back and remove icon for multiple client names

    Please add names back instead of icon when listing multiple clients. We like seeing our client names instead of having to click them. When printing out calendars, it makes us have to take more steps!

  18. Edit Notes / Comments

    It is critical to be able to edit notes and comments. When we have multiple employees working with the same client, at the same time, it is crucial that everyone notates every conversation, action item, and pending task being performed in real time. However, sometimes those notes/comments need to be adjusted to account for updates. Currently everytime an adjustment needs to be made, we must create a new note or add additional comments....which usually results in a note becoming ridiculously long. This leads the comment section to become highly unorganized and extremely difficult to follow/understand. (At minimum, having the ability…

  19. Comments - could we get the ability to label/categorize comments?

    In our firm, we often label notes with different labels so they can be found more easily later. I am finding the comments feature really useful to keep threads of correspondence on the same topic grouped together. For this reason, I would like to have the ability to label a comment with a category. Not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice.

  20. Columns available to filter on Favorites view screen

    It would be great to have my Favorites screen show the client's primary phone & email. Also being able to select my Favorites screen columns to be static would be great. I don't want to have to filter the content every time.
