Additional/ Customizable Fields in the KYC Financials Tab
We want to see more Tabs under the Financials. Secondary Objective, Additional Experience boxes for other types of investments, Special Expenses and Special Expenses Time Frame just to name a few of what we need. Please allow customizable fields in KYC/ Financials or a whole new Suitability section in KYC.

Important Information Banner
It would be a super helpful feature to have an Important Information Banner automatically pop up when visiting a clients page. This could be a helpful feature for stating information like:
- Client is hard of hearing
- Clients' name is pronounced....
- Client does not want reviews e-mailed to them, only mailed.This would mimic the green banner that shows when its a clients birthday or the red banner that shows that a client is deceased.
This Important Information banner could be yellow or orange to separate it from the above two features.

It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.

Add 2 additional "roles" to Contact Details. In addition to Writing Advisor and Servicing Advisor, we would LOVE to have "CSR" and "Analyst"

Linking of Contacts, Accounts to Opportunities and Opportunity Notes
Opportunities can link contacts on the "big picture" side. We would like to see the ability to link an account to opportunities as well, either pending or existing accounts.
Additionally, we would really like to see all notes made in the opportunity automatically link to any linked contact or account. We currently have to do a double entry on the contact level, which makes it easy for someone to miss and potentially leave the note stuck in the opportunity. For the accounts, we have to make sure the contact linked, then go to the contact record, then link the account…

When I click on a client, about 1% of the time, it will bring up a different client.
I will search for a client in the client search. Click on the client but somehow it will bring up a different client, usually a client I was previously working with. Our other programs, like Outlook and Box, never pull up a completely different file or email. Never. They should get on fixing this problem because 1% of the time is 1% too many.

KYC
We need additional fields added either to Strategic Allocation Model or perhaps a New section called Suitability. Some of the fields we need are Secondary Objectives, Experience for additional investment types, Balance for Investment types, Special Expenses and SE Time, etc. Going back and forth between KYC and UDF is cumbersome.

Activity Pinning
It would be a great resource for activities to be pinned at the top of an activity list. Listing an activity as a high priority with the exclamation point only goes so far. The date does not roll, so if the user doesn't know to update his columns by priority or if it changes, then the activity goes back to the original date. Going thorough and rolling each activity every morning is inefficient. If there was an easy way to PIN a certain activity to the top it would stay at the top of your list no matter what.

AUTO SAVE COMMENTS JUST LIKE NOTES ARE AUTO SAVED TO DRAFT
Especially in a client management system, notes and more specifically comments in notes need to be automatically saved so we can efficiently document conversations with clients or actions taken for clients.
Too many times have I been typing a comment and i accidentally click outside the box and it closes and all the notes are lost.4 votes -
A quick daily/weekly overview of "notes" and/or "comments" made from the day/s before.
My employer comes in every day asking what have we done and where are we with this person.
If he could just open up Redtail CRM and click a tab and it would give him an overview of all the comments and notes made the day before, it would answer everything he needs to know.6 votes -

Color code CRM calendar based on people and not activity type.
Be able to color code based on people. For instance, in our firm we have 5 people. It would be nice to have different colors assigned for each person on the CRM calendar that way we can correlate the color with the person. Right now we are able to color code based on activity type like (appointment, task, out of office, etc) but this way all 5 peoples appointments are the same color.

Provide an option to REMOVE THE AUM from dashboard
I LOVE the AUM on the dashboard. It was great to see it grow over time. However, now I've switched BDs to Commonwealth and no longer have access to Albridge data. My feed will no longer update. For all the reasons it is cool to see your AUM it very much sucks to see a goose egg at every log on. Seriously, this could eventually be a deal breaker for us, Redtail.

See who was notified in Notes
We need to see who we notified when a note is created and sent to another user. We have no way to verify when we notify someone of important actions or information pertaining to a contact. This can can cause mistrust and frustration from clients when things don't get done. This can also create internal issues when you know you checked a button to notify someone but they say they did not receive an email. This seems a very simple feature to add in Notes.

Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information at Account Level
Trusted Contact and Authorized Person to Receive Information are Account specific. We have clients that have different Trusted Contacts assigned to different accounts. Therefore we would like to add the Trusted Contact and/or the Authorized Person to Receive Information in the "Ownership" section. As this section is already established to select individuals associated with the account (ie. "Insured").

Save Activity Drop Down Option - Save & Print
It would be super handy to be able to save an Activity and immediately print it off. The current method requires us to Save an event, then open it back up, in order to be able to print notes we've entered into the Description section. I enter agenda's for each meeting and always have to save before printing. This would save me so much time.

Ability to edit a note
I have seen for many years people suggesting to be able to edit a note after its added. I can't believe this still isn't available. Please add this feature!
