FMG Suite (Segregate FMG Email Sent Notifications)
Please Segregate FMG Email Sent Notification into its own Sidebar category, possibly under "Marketing" just like you Segregated out Redtail Speak Messages. Notes is getting too cluttered with all notifications.

Allow Deletion of Default Account Types/Tax Qualified Types
You have too many undeletable Account Types/Tax-Qualified Types and I want to be able to delete them so I can leave only mutually exclusive options there that my firm would ever use. Also, I want to delete some tax-qualified types because tax-qualified is used as a filter for your RMD report so I want to remove HSA, MSA, UTMA, UGMA, and 529.

Call log integration into Activities or Notes
Integrate way to log calls from existing Contacts into Activities or Notes section. Prefer to keep it display separately from Notes to not clutter Contact's profile.

My Rep Chat Note Categories
Currently MyRepChat integration notes import with no category, making it impossible to pull any kind of report on these from the client level. The integration should either autofill the category to the default Redtail note category, or include a feature allowing the user to select a note category for MyRepChat integration.

Update workflow automation to treat a modified activity type as a newly created activity
When an activity is created by another app (OnceHub via Zapier), we manually change the activity to a more specific, custom activity type which is linked to an automated workflow, but RedTail doesn't recognize that as a newly created activity, so it doesn't perform the automation and start the workflow. Please update the automation to treat and changes to the activity type as a newly created activity so it can trigger the automation. Thanks.

Email distinction for Internal vs. External
RT captures all email history for anyone with an email listed on the database. However, it has become an issue internally because email rights allow viewing private internal (HR) discussions. This has caused management to remove all employee emails from the RT database, so we can no longer research email history unless it is just between you and the client. This adds to going back in forth with other teammates to confirm if they spoke to a client or followed up on a particular issue. Client Review Reminder
I use the Client Review Reminder section all of the time.
I download a report in excel that has last review date, next review date and I work off that report to send portfolio review emails from RT. It works fine, but I really want to get away from excel spreadsheets.
Can't rely on the Portfolio Alerts since they are inaccurate as it pertains to reviews that are overdue. i.e. client receives review ever 6 months, last review 3/1/21, next review was to be 9/1/21, it didn't happen so the next review date automatically changes to 3/1/22. NOTES -- Create limited "Draft" and permanent "FINAL" saves.
We understand that notes are permanent and cannot be edited/changed-- that's the way it should be. We REALLY NEED, HOWEVER, TO BE ABLE to first save a "rough draft" of a note (perhaps with a 3-hour limit) so it can be spell-checked, cleaned-up, items forgotten added, items poorly stated cleaned-up, etc. We are NOT suggesting the ability to change a note that has been saved as FINAL. once it's SAVED IN FINAL, NO MORE CHANGES. But give us a limited "draft" option, especially for phone/verbal PC notes. (Please vote your support for this change if you agree. Thank you.)

workflow tasks on calendar
Workflow tasks on RT calendar should clearly state the client's name on the calendar entry so that advisor knows which client the task is pertaining to.

Activities - Linking Spouse/Significant other
It would be great to have the ability for an activity assigned to a secondary record within a family automatically connect to a primary record. I typically view a record from the primary record and sometimes forget to look at outstanding actions assigned to the other. Basically, have open activities at the family level as an option.

Contact Record
Contact Record - when adding an employer, a new contact record is automatically created for the employer/company. The status is listed as non-specified. Would like to see RT automatically list the company as BUSINESS or EMPLOYER. I am cleaning up our database and I have tons of NON SPECIFIED records. If I delete the record, IT DELETES IT FROM THE CLIENT'S CONTACT RECORD. Not good... Also, if i change the status of the client to prior client or if I delete a client, the contact record for the employer still remains. It should transfer along with the client contact record.…

Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

Need ability to reorder tasks in a Workflow
When working in a Workflow Template, we used to have the ability to re-order tasks and change the sequence, but this functionality appears to have been lost. I can start to drag and drop a task to another location, but it will not drag beyond of what is currently visible on the screen, with the result that effectively, you cannot move the task. Please fix this.

Ability to Tag Multiple Users When Adding a Note
Right now, we only have the ability to tag one user when inputting a client note. it would be very very useful if we were able to tag multiple users since in many instances, the information is pertinent to more than just one other teammember. Thanks

Provide report that would show info for all members of a family/household
Provide a unique ID or something in a report so we can know which contact records are associated with which households. Show info for all members of a family/household.

Autogenerated fields based on age criteria
It would be helpful if keywords, tag groups, alerts or notification could be live autogenerated by Redtail based on criteria predetermined (their live DOB )

Redtail Notification
Add a URL link to the Redtail record in the notification email. This will allow the user to click on the link and go into the record that the activity is for.

Allow clients to self-schedule appointments directly through Redtail
By allowing clients to self schedule through Redtail, this would eliminate having to use a third party appointment app. The issue we are having when using third parties is that it does not link the contacts to the activity and it does not generate workflows as it is supposed to. I see many people have requested this feature. Is there any chance that it is a possibility in the near future? Thanks.
