Reports - Notes Not permission
I would like to be able to click on the note that isn't permissioned and it takes me to that contact that the note is linking to. When I have agents that do not permission their notes properly, I have to go in and apply those permissions. It makes it very difficult to permission the notes when you can't click on it and see what contact it is attached to.
The other thing that would be helpful is being able to see the contact name in the Report that the note is tied to. Both would be amazing but this…

Use of "dotphrase" or "smartphrases" throughout Redtail
A dotphrase is a colloquial term for a preformed block of text that is inserted using keyboard shortcuts, often preceded by a dot. This can be customized for the Organization, Business and Individual.
SmartPhrases are abbreviations or words used to pull long phrases or paragraphs into a note. SmartPhrases can save you time when you have to write the same note over and over
Having use of dotphrases/smarphrases throughout Redtail would be incredibly helpful.

Privacy/permission options for Seminars: Be able to assign permissions to a Seminar to a User or Team so it is not public to entire database.

Ability to notify when new document is uploaded to client's documents CRM
As I receive multiple mail for multiple advisors it would be so beneficial to have an option of notifying FA/or whoever that new document was uploaded

Adding Search Bar/Filter to a Contact Record's UDF Section
It would be so helpful if there were a search bar or filter option on a contact record's page under the UDF section to quickly find what you're looking for (i.e. Drink preferences before a client meeting). Helps reduce time from visually scanning.

NOTE NOTIFICATOINS
When we receive an email notification "a note has been created." It would be useful if that email notification include the template name of the note created.

track appointments only
It would be helpful to separate tasks from appointments so that Next activity and last activity on the client record only reflects dates from meetings. As of now, it is hard to see when a client last had a meeting based on those numbers cause it could very well be just a task. It is also hard to report on client base on when everyone last met with an advisor.

Remove contact account status from hard coded fields and allow me to add my own options.

Add Ongoing Activities Tab
Add an Ongoing activities tab for activities that have started but haven't ended yet. Currently, if an activity spans multiple days, it ends up in your "Past Due" Activities.
An Ongoing activities tab would allow for easier activity organization and efficiency.

Annual Review Checkbox
Annual Review Check Box - it would be incredibly helpful within appointments or phone calls to have a check box to mark "Annual Review" so that when the activity is completed it updates the annual review date for the client to show completed on the date the activity is completed.

add ability to sort / filter activities by a contact's status or contact's category (e.g. segment)
we have our clients segmented into 4 categories and it would be really helpful to be able to look at activities, especially past due activities by client segment. If we could filter the past due activities by contact category that would allow us to to see what outstanding activities remain by client service tier

Add “After the previous step” button to “Step Due” category in a workflow
The workflow needs an option to set a steps due date a certain amount of time after the previous step has been completed. This is an issue I see comments for back in 2020 and the issue is still not fixed. This is such a simple fix that would only require an added button to the "Step Due" category! Here are just a few of the complaints:

More options when sending broadcast emails
It would be good to have additional options when sending broadcast emails. Such as "Choose primary" or "Choose Business" when sending these, so it just doesn't go to one email.

Please make the comments on Notes more visible!
Instead of displaying "Comments (1)" and then having to click to view more, it would be nice to have all the comments on notes visible/auto expanded.

Activities
Maybe it's just my old eyes but it's difficult to differentiate between completed activities and non-completed activities in the mobile app. Perhaps using color coding as opposed to the faint bold/non bold type to tell the difference?

Allow tag groups to be edited via automations.
Pretty straight forward, give us the ability to add/remove tag groups via automations. This would allow us to more effectively managed the integrations we have with RT.
Preferably we would have to edit most of the fields found in the advanced search

Print workflow diagram
It would be great to physically print the workflow diagram, existing steps and % completion in a pretty way.
