notes in activity
It would be nice to be able to see all the notes, together, for a particular activity within the activity at least until the activity is marked complete. They tend to get mixed in with other notes in the notes section and it's hard to tell what is happening in that activity.
Or, it would be nice to have a button that would add the current date and time stamp to items typed in the description field.

Automation Triggers based on Day, Month, Quarter
I have several workflows set up that function as checklists for staff to perform certain tasks. These are grouped by Daily Tasks, Weekly Tasks, Monthly Tasks & Quarterly Tasks.
I'd like to have these configured with automation so that the Daily Tasks workflow is automatically created every day; the weekly every Monday, the Monthly on the first day of every month, and Quarterly on the first day of a calendar quarter.

EMAIL archive needs to be in real time to serve sales team not just service team
the email history needs to be in real time rather than 24 hour delay.... a delay like this is fine if you have already earned the account, just coasting, where my customer service person or myself might be leisurely floating though the accounts seeing who we can bless today but in a firefight, with another firm, trying to earn the account, the sales team needs to know closer to real time what was said and by who in email. Notes are in real time and no one questions why thats important so seriously, lets get this email archive current so…

Please add the ability to create folders in the document tab of a contact.
make document tab more efficient by having the ability to add folders to hold things like estate documents, financial planning documents, current reviews, eetc.

Workflow in main Notes Realtime NOT once Workflow is done
It would be extremely helpful to have the Workflow notes appear in the main contact notes, on real time, once each task is complete. Therefore all notes for the client are consolidated in one place not separate areas. Currently, as is is NOT efficient! Even with the workflow summary notes you only have them once the workflow is done not while its going

To add on the contact page a place to list beneficiaries
Add a place holder for primary and contingent beneficiaries

Custom Export needs to Include ALL Profile Information- why makes us wait years for this???!!!
I don't understand the logic behind not giving us the ability to export all fields of the contact record. You have added fields a couple at a time over the past few years, since you are already in there adding a couple fields, just add ALL the fields so you don't have to keep going back to the same topic and adding fields. That way you can focus on the thousands of other "enhancements", most of which are oversights, that have been sitting idle for YEARS!! Just make all fields exportable and be done with it!!!!

auto save
Please autosave anytime the window is closed for any reason, even if going to another task or to client record or.... Please autosave after each line is completed. Please autosave all the time. It is so frustrating to loose work and have to do it over and over, when you are in a busy environment and constantly being pulled to do other things only to find what you just entered into Redtail is gone.

Separate Clients texts using My Rep Chat integration from Client Notes.
These two areas should be separate, currently each Chat is saved as a new note, which causes important chats to be pushed way down the list of Important notes.

yCharts Integration
With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

Create Ability to Customize ID Types in Indentifications
It would be beneficial to our firm if we had the ability to create and customize the various ID types found in a client profile by going to Know Your Client>>Misc.>>Identification. Some of our clients have ID's that do not fit the default options provided. The ability to create our own options would make our information more accurate and clean.

grammarly
Utilizing Grammarly.com within the system to help write emails to clients via RT. This program helps not just with spelling and grammar but with tone, clarity, engagement, delivery, ect. We have found it super useful but think integrating it automatically would be even better!

risk tolerance
In the section to list what risk tolerance a client has it only shows three options. It would be nice if we could customize the list to match what our tolerance shows for our business. If there is a way to add this section to the update list section so that we can add in our own options it would really help with how we use this function.

Quick Filter for Search Bar
Have a toggle beside the Search Bar that you can filter for Active Clients only. More often than not, I am searching for an Active Client and my search list is cluttered with deceased clients, inactive clients, and/or prospects.

Personal Profile Form & User Defined Fields
Please update form to be able to select multiple User Defined Fields to add to a client's report. It makes sense to allow more customization within this report so that we are able to print a presentable report to the financial advisor for review in client meetings. For different clients, we may require different information so please allow us to customize this report. The only other option for a report that incorporates all the necessary detail is to print it in a messy excel spreadsheet. Not acceptable in a client meeting. Thank you.

link notes to workflow
It would be super helpful if you could link a note to another note (instead of just adding a comment to a note) when a note is related to a previously written note. It would also be super useful to be able to link an existing note to a workflow (or activity or opportunity. I know you can add a new note for activities and opportunities, but I don't believe you can add an existing note). Like, say the Advisor has a conversation with a client about a distribution request and makes a note in redtail about the request. Then…
