Disable the Attendee Dots
Please give me an option to disable the attendee dots. Right now I have a calendar packed with my own initials. The dots take up too much space on the screen. I know I am in my appointments. Seems redundant at best.
If not, how about some guidance on how to best use this annoying new feature?

workflow
In the main Workflow dashboard it would be nice to see columns showing the Servicing/Writing Advisor associated with the Linked Contact as well as who is responsible for the Current Step.
As well as the ability to filter the list just to the Servicing/Writing Advisor associated with the Linked Contact similar to Activities.

All Day Activity Toggle
The new feature of User's initials on activities has made the All Day Activities section much longer. It would be great if there was a toggle button to easily hide/show the All Day section. I know that you can click Actions and then hide/show All Day Activities, but making this an easy and obvious single click would be much more convenient than a hidden two clicks.

shrink the calendar activities on Calendar view to same size as before the updates.
I view RedTail from Calnedar view. The update expanded the "all day" activities to take more space (maybe the one line for the dot). The additional space pushes my daily scheduled events down to a second page. I prefer seeing everything on one page.

Faster/Easier Access to Old Notes
When viewing notes for a client that's been with you for several years is a very time consuming task. If there were numbered notes pages, like when shopping online where you can click back to another page it'd be easier than scrolling all of the way down through 10-15 years worth of notes. One of the users in our office once had this as an option for a brief time but none of the other users for the same CRM had it. Maybe it was a beta test, but it was so helpful to easily jump back to the initial…

Suite Sync Email Sync
Suite Sync: Synced Emails: Make these viewable by all users rather than just the user who directly generated or was copied on it. It's important to have historical emails available to staff and other advisors on the team.

Take off attendee initials in calendar tasks
Please please please, take off the feature just recently added where attendees' initials are in a little circle under each task in Redtail calendar. It makes each task take up two lines in the calendar instead of just one. Very visually confusing.

Calendar
Calendar entry boxes on Calendar are TOO big. Admins have a difficult time because boxes are too big - Please bring back the smaller boxes, too much wasted space in text box.

Linking Contact Activities to Accounts
For contact records with multiple accounts, it would be helpful to select the account to which the activity pertains.

initials in calendar
Regarding the initials that are now showing in every task and appointment in the Calendar view - give us the ability to not have them there! They make the calendar too long and we have to scroll more.

Remove the Attendee's initials in the "Ball" icon from Activities
The recent CRM updates auto-populate the attendees's initials in the task in a "ball" icon. This makes the calendar way too busy and I can't view as many activities on my screen.
If I'm viewing my own activities, it's redundant to have my initials taking up visual real estate in the calendar.
Please provide an option to turn this feature OFF or get rid of it all together!

Attendee Dots
Please allow us to remove these new attendee dots showing up on the calendar. I think many people don't need them. My calendar was already crowded and now it makes it worse. Thanks for your consideration.

Allow the option to redact account numbers from reports
Add the ability to "redact" or "mask" account numbers on reports so that they can easily be emailed.

bring back the "Today" button on the Calendar PLEASE
I am lost. The "TODAY" button on the calendar is sorely missed. When you are booking months and weeks in advance, it is nice to select TODAY and are back to the task and meetings at hand.

Hide circles with initials of attendees
I would love to be able to hide the small circles that show the initials of the attendees on my "All day" tasks which is making my task list considerably longer.

Please bring back old calendar or give us legacy version.
Bring back old version of calendar or give access to legacy version. Going forward on new 'lipstick' launches it would behoove developers to have a toggle button (like everyone else in the world) to try new version or not. You can easily track this data and see what the percentage is on usage. No rocket science. Much better than unhappy group.

When adding stages to the opportunities, some additions should close the opportunity. For ex, I've added NQ (non-qualified); it's still open
When adding stages to the opportunities, some additions should close the opportunity. For ex, I've added NQ (non-qualified); it still shows as open and it should be closed - neither won nor lost, just closed.
