  1. Add another search option in Account General Information for Delivery Date when running a custom report.

  3. employee

    It would be nice to have a status option for 'employee'. This would allow owners to put information about an employee in the system for record retention. It should still have a setting to limit who can see it.

  4. Please add an email option for notifications

    Please create a feature that allows us to select an email option for notifications. Currently you can choose who to notify, however, if that individual is not within the CRM on the day of, they will not see the notification.

  5. email automations

    We would like Automations to be able to be triggered by incoming email. For instance we want to be able to advertise to clients to send an email with subject line "Withdrawal Request" and Redtail would be able to set an automation that whenever an incoming email with that subject line goes in to Redtail, it will automatically trigger an automation that will launch a pre-defined "Withdrawal Request" workflow that we have built.

  6. Multi calendar option

    I am writing because I work for 3 advisors and I'd like to make a suggestion. Do you think it would ever be possible to be able to have multiple calendar views at a time? Being that I work for 3 separate advisors, it would be nice if I could open a calendar tab per advisor as to better manage their schedules. Currently when ever you open a new tab the calendar automatically syncs to one view and you have to keep changing advisor per need. It would be nice to be able to have multiple calendars at once.

    It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.

  8. Automated Scheduler Integration for Calendar

    The Calendar Needs to be compatable with an Automated Scheduler Application like Calendly.

    This would save a lot of time and allow clients and prospects to book themselves, be sent Zoom Invites Automatically with their confirmation and also be sent meeting reminders.

    Add 2 additional "roles" to Contact Details. In addition to Writing Advisor and Servicing Advisor, we would LOVE to have "CSR" and "Analyst"

  11. Only one user editing a Task at a time

    Will you please make it so only one person can be in an activity at a time. My colleagues and I have experienced having lost important information or date changes to a task because 2 people or more were in the same task.

  13. family tree & relationship within client profile

    Have the ability to state/link who the parents are outside of the current family option. The current option only allows dependents and, if that dependent were to become a client, shows their accounts as well.
    This improvement would help users identify family connections with individuals with divorces parents or a parent(s) that are deceased. It could be displayed in a box similar to "health information" with blanks for "mother:" and "father:_". This plus the "status" option of "related to client" would help bridge name/family changes.

  14. 1. Could there be modifications made to the Opportunity details

    • Could stage and the probability field sync or communicate? – meaning by selecting an option from Stage it would then change the % amount in Probability.
    • Could the field currently labeled as Amount be changed to Plan Assets?

  15. Customizing Activity Detail Fields

    o Can we create a customized Activity report by owner, by date and viewing other’s activities?
    o Similarly, is there a way to see all completed activities for multiple users and contacts in a given time period?
    o Can we customize the Type field?

  17. When I click on a client, about 1% of the time, it will bring up a different client.

    I will search for a client in the client search. Click on the client but somehow it will bring up a different client, usually a client I was previously working with. Our other programs, like Outlook and Box, never pull up a completely different file or email. Never. They should get on fixing this problem because 1% of the time is 1% too many.

  18. Contact Report with Photo

    We would like to be able to advanced search for a subset of contacts and then run a report/export with the contact's name and the profile picture so we can refresh our memory and put names to faces well at a client event.

  20. Edit the accounts by agent name report

    Limit the viewing capabilities on the "account by agent name" report. Unfortunately, all account numbers and contact names are visible to every user through the account by agent name report.
