  1. Rep code

    On the main accounts tab have column showing Rep Code for specific accounts. Some clients have multiple accounts and each account is handled by different agents within the company and each agent has a rep code. Having it available on the main accounts tab for quick reference would be beneficial when calling regarding the client and needing to provide rep codes to companies to access secure information.

  2. Individual Tasks list that only you can see

    There should be an individual task list on your dashboard that's only for you - no one else can view it.

  4. Employee time clock

    I would like to see when employees log into Redtail each day and when they log out and use it as a time clock. This would be beneficial for HR with hourly employees.

  5. Scheduled - automated Custom Export

    Is there a way to add a feature to SCHEDULE a Custom Export (or even report) for a specific date and (approx) time? This would be HUGE over events like month end, or tag group lables, reports etc.

    But mostly, I want to be able to schedule a specific Custom Export to occur the morning of the first business day, after the close of the last day of a month.

    For example, on 10-01-22 I'd like to schedule a Custom Export containing account numbers and values that represent the close of business 9-30-22 in case I am not physically here…

  6. Redtail Account ID to show on Accounts

    9-14-22 I noticed you've added the Contact ID to the Contact main screen. YAY!!! What a help.

    Now.....can you do the same with the hidden Redtail Account ID on the Account screen? If it fits, it could be on the grid screen of all accounts when you pick a client, then accounts (as a column), or on an account detail screen.

  10. Transparency with Redtail Integrations

    Would like to know what information is actually being shared with integration partners in API.
    Would like to know potential exposure before synching data with a company that we barley know anything about! The more integrations the higher the chance our client PII data can be exposed.

  11. New Contact ID Fields

    Love the addition of the new ID field, but can it be moved lower on the Contact Details section? Perhaps under the "Added By" field? And re-titled "ContactID" or "Redtail ID" to make it less confusing?

  12. Save Activity Drop Down Option - Save & Print

    It would be super handy to be able to save an Activity and immediately print it off. The current method requires us to Save an event, then open it back up, in order to be able to print notes we've entered into the Description section. I enter agenda's for each meeting and always have to save before printing. This would save me so much time.

  13. rearrange and/or hide ID in contact details

    You've recently added "ID" to the top and most visible spot on the Contact Details field. It would be nice if this field were optional. We've been using RT for 14 years and have never needed the ID number, so it's placement at the top of the field makes it now harder to see the information we do need. Thanks for your consideration.

  14. Internal Messaging (Stand Alone)

    Is there anyway that you can take your current Redtail Speak system and make a small modification to it and create an Internal Messaging System with absolutely NO EXTERNAL capabilities? Royal Alliance will not allow us to utilize this feature due to the capability of the external messaging to clients. It would benefit my firm and many others who have the same or similar affiliations with this specific restriction.

  16. Phone call Relaying/Forwarding integration

    Something I LOVED on a previous CRM was the ability to click the phone number, and it would call your phone, you answered, and it would call that client for you through the phone system (it didn't matter what phone system you used, so individual app integration didn't matter, it just called your phone number to make the call for you). So much easier and faster than dialing the number, and creating a new event/note that I made a call to that person that day. It automatically logged that call and I could add notes.

  17. notes

    Condense the notes that accumulate under individual contacts. For instance, every time an activity is completed, a new note is made that takes up space. It then takes time to scroll down through the archived notes when one is looking for something specific. We manually are having to delete all of these "completed activity" notes. It would be preferable if these were condensed and didn't take up so much visual real estate space cluttering up archived notes. Maybe they could even be set to auto delete after 30 days.
