  1. workflow report filter & export client addresses

    Add mailing addresses to the export report from the workflow report listing.

    Problem/Issue: We have a workflow with several steps for upcoming appointments. The first step is due 30 days before the client meeting - we mail a reminder card to the client ahead of their meeting.

    NEEDS:

    When running the Workflow Report, and exporting it to Excel, PLEASE add the clients primary/mailing address to the data that gets exported.

    Once in Excel, we will sort by target date so we mail the card on the appropriate date. But we have to copy/paste the addresses manually from each clients' page.…

  2. Run reports and segment clients by premium amount

    Not everything has AUM apply to it. For the insurance products, we need to be able to see premium dollars and runs reports on this data point.

  3. A workflow task report that shows the details of the current step/notes entered like the Activities by Contact report

    A workflow task report that shows the details of the current step/notes entered like the Activities by Contact report. Or a way to export the workflow with details, rather than just a list that is the result of an export currently.

  4. Expand Input Fields in Workflow Creation

    While I like the new format of editing workflows, the fields are tiny and you can't see all of the text in the field. The Step Name field is probably 12 characters wide. Also, the field width of the Outcome text is so narrow and squeezed.

    There is also a lot of wasted white space on the page, and the UI could be more streamlined.

  5. Workflow assigned to Servicing Advisor

    I'd like to be able to establish a workflow template where I can assign tasks to the Servicing Advisor field. Currently, you can only assign tasks to the Advisor Role but not everyone has access to fill that field out and it's redundant if Servicing Advisor is filled out already.

  6. workflows steps

    With the change to the workflow templates editing/creating in Manage your account, it would be nice to see the entire workflow step just the same as we can see the workflow tasks in print. For example when we type in the step you can't see all the words but in the tasks you can see all the words above the text box.

  7. Email mail merge fields

    Add "Email" field from contact record as Email merge field. In general a request to make the email template merge options as robust as the traditional snail mail mail merges.

  8. Add Start Date to Workflow Report

    Please add the Start Date to the Workflow reports. I want to be able to easily track how long it is taking for my team to complete workflows. That data is being recorded in the timeline, but it is not available in a report. I would like to avoid having to dig for that data.

  9. user defined fields - allow list of values and free text

    When I create a udf and have a list of values, I often have to use "other" as an option, but when I do this, there is no way for the user to enter free text. "Other" should be a hard-coded option that immediately offers the user a free text option. This would allow us to use the list of values option more often. As it is, we have to use free text for just about everything.

  10. select attendees

    Please return the ability to select attendees for an activity with the keyboard. We used to be able to the arrow keys to highlight the attendee and hit enter to select attendee. Now it is greyed out and we MUST use a mouse. This is very inconvenient. Also, please STOP rearranging the order of the attendees upon selection,

  11. Nicknames on Birthday Report

    Please add the clients' nicknames to the birthday report so that when we make birthday cards, we do not have to go into their profiles to see if they go by another name. This is especially helpful for when we have new staff or interns who may not be familiar with the clients yet to know to address the cards differently.

  13. It would be nice if we could notate whether or not an address is an owned property of the client.

    It would be nice if we could somehow mark an address for a client as being owned by them or if the client is just renting at that address.

  14. Primary Telephone Number with Laser App

    We use Laser App on a daily basis. Can something be done so that the "Mobile" number on a contact record will flood in a PRIMARY PHONE NUMBER? It only pulls in a "Home" ph number, & most do not even have home phones anymore. We ALWAYS have to manually input the mobile phone number as the "main ph #" for clients ppwk.

  15. REPORT to pull FINRA history from licenses tab of contact record

    Please add a report to pull the FINRA history from the licenses tab of the contact record. We use Redtail to manage our advisors and their securities registration. It would nice to be able to run a report that allowed us to see in a glance if we have someone licensed in a specific state.

  16. Improve Schwab Advisor Center Digital Account Opening to include employment and citizenship data

    As a Redtail User, I would like to have employment and citizenship data pull over in Digital Account Opening as those are required fields to populate on new accounts

  17. Editing Documents withing the CRM

    Our agent wants the capability of uploading a document, like an excel spreadsheet, to the CRM and be able to go back and edit/update information at any time, without having to download the document and re-upload when updated. Financial Inventory for example, during an annual meeting with a client, the agent can go in and update information if things have changed. We are trying to go paperless and this would be extremely beneficial.

  18. UDFs by Account, filters

    We would benefit from a filter added to the UDFs by Account report, in order to filter by Contact name, along with Account number or User Defined Field.

  19. Default Document View

    In the past I suggested to have the Default Document View be changed to Redtail Imaging (and it was added within a few days!). We are now switching to ShareFile and it would be nice to have ShareFile be the default view. Thank you!

  20. emailing out of "things to do today"

    It would be helpful to have the ability to select contacts from the "Things To Do Today" page and send them a bulk email. Ofter we have contacts that we are just keeping in touch with. That email out is ofter the same language time and again. It would be great if we can select the clients and send them through our outlook email/
