  2. Post completed opportunity to Contact notes

    Once an opportunity is marked as closed won or closed lost add the ability to add the whole opportunity into the clients notes

  3. Email Blasts - Birthdays

    Could it be possible to have the system automatically generate and send an email blast to the clients that are celebrating the same birth dates?

    Instead of manually having to setup an email blast and capturing the emails needed to send the celebratory greeting on a daily basis, the system would recognize the birthday/clients and send out the email automatically.

    This would save time, reduce errors, and create efficiencies with removing a task that can be automated.

  4. Edit a client note

    Would love for their to be a feature where you can edit a note for a client after saving the note. Please let me know if there is already a feature for this.

  5. Automation Added based on Trigger Activity Added - More Conditions Needed

    Please add more conditions when selecting Trigger Event Activity Added such as:
    Created by equal to User X
    Created by equal to Team Y
    Activity Template equal to Template ABC

  6. Sort Opportunities

    It would be nice to sort opportunities by projected revenue instead of $ amount. If I add an opportunity to charge for a plan, there is no way to sort this because there is no securities involved.

  8. Change category type of multiple documents at once

    It would save us a lot of time if we could edit the category type of multiple documents at once, instead of having to click through for each document. For example, when uploading several different estate documents for a client, it would be better to just have to click all the documents then change the category for all at once instead of changing the category for each individual document.

  9. account status

    Please allow us to customize account status as there are more states of an account other than; Closed, Open, Pending, or Under Review.

    We need:
    Annuitized, Internal Transfer, Declined, etc.

    When you look at a note in RT, you should be able to see a list of who was tagged in that note.

  11. Family/Membership Custom Option

    Currently the system only gives an option to add dependents. Dependents would be classified as people living in the home. There needs to be an option for people linked to them to show up on this page as well. Currently our beneficiaries have their own profiles and we have to for into memberships to find out their connection. Maybe a customizable family section where one could create their own connection the the contact it is being added too. This would be a HUGE benefit to me. Thank you for considering this!

  13. Google Earth integration so you can see your contacts on a pre-made map

    I propose a feature that ties into Google Earth so that when you make an appointment with someone, you can visually see all of the other contacts who are within a geographic region.

    So for example:

    1. Your practice is based in San Francisco, CA

    2. You have 1000 contacts spread across the country. These could be clients, prospects, lawyers, and accountants.

    3. You decide that next month, you want to meet a client (Mr. Steve Jones) in Los Angeles, CA which is 8 hours away.

    4. To be more efficient with your travel oppurtunities and expenses, you would love to see a Google…

  14. User Rights - Edit Contact Records

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add the ability for the database administrator to allow or disallow a user from editing a contact record. If you want to centralize the process in your office for who gets to edit records this is the way. There is currently a user right option to delete a record. Someone could still go into the record a compromise the data within the profile. Its the same as deleting it. We need this ability to turn on and off for specific database users.

  15. workflow/Task (Option to hide completed tasks)

    It would be really great if we had the option to HIDE tasks that are already completed under a workflow for a specific contact. I have workflows that have over 20 plus tasks and many of them are complete. It would be helpful to have a button to hide the complete ones so you can see which ones are still outstanding that need to be worked on under that workflow. Gets a little busy on the eyes with that many tasks clogging up the screen.

  16. Fluid Role Reassignment in workflows...

    As im going thru workflow tasks and playing with teams and roles, I see that if I have a workflow task set up on a team and the workflow is active, if i swap a team member out it reassigns the tasks automatically. If I attempt the same thing with Roles, the Advisor for example, this does not reassign the task to the new advisor. it seems that this behavior should be consistent across all teams and roles.

  17. Sorting in Memberships

    It would be nice if under Memberships, All Family are lumped together and then all other memberships are lumped together. This would be very helpful in making the report cleaner.

  18. Red is a distressing color, please allow alternative colors like blue.

    I know this may seem trite, BUT stop using the color red/gray and/or allow other color alternatives to the template. I left your CRM because it's red and distracting and stressful to look at all day. As humans, we are conditioned that the color red is bad, or we should beware. It's stressful to look at red. Please allow us to customize the colors, it isn't that hard to code. Drab gray and red are terrible colors to look at all day.   20. calendar

    Add a feature to hover over the event on the calendar to then "Save & Complete", "Delete", etc. so you don't have to click into the event to do that.
