Client Review Dates
Have "next review" be the actual date we schedule with the client for his or her next review -
Have a "next review due" for when they should be due for their next review
Have a "last review" field as well
Have these right where the "next review" currently is so if a client calls in we can quickly retrieve this information. Currently, when we create an activity for his or her review we have to locate that activity (especially if it's planned well in advance)
Then we can easily export and see who is due for a review22 votes -

Please allow us to customize account status as there are more states of an account other than; Closed, Open, Pending, or Under Review.
We need:

Show tagged user in note
When you look at a note in RT, you should be able to see a list of who was tagged in that note.

Ring central
It would be great to have an integration so that when my Ringcentral line rings with a client's number (it would have to be the one in Redtail obviously) their account information would pop up, rather than having to search for them.

Improve Document Organization
I think the Documents tab in Redtail should have a folder system that allows us to put different documents into different folders, similar to Windows. Have a long list of documents sorted by date or account can be pretty difficult to navigate

Active workflow tasks assigned based on the role need to reassign those tasks when the person in the role changes.
When the person assigned to a role changes it is critical that the workflow tasks assigned to that role automatically update to the new person in that role. Right now we have to update all workflow tasks manually when the person in the role changes. Workflows could be so much more useful. Please make this a priority.

memberships
When linking contacts, e.g., parent to adult child, the terms "Linked Contact" and "Linked Contact is" are confusing.
1) Why not use "Relationship to this contact"?
2) If I make one contact the parent, shouldn't Redtail automatically make the other contact a "child"?22 votes -
Google Earth integration so you can see your contacts on a pre-made map
I propose a feature that ties into Google Earth so that when you make an appointment with someone, you can visually see all of the other contacts who are within a geographic region.
So for example:
Your practice is based in San Francisco, CA
You have 1000 contacts spread across the country. These could be clients, prospects, lawyers, and accountants.
You decide that next month, you want to meet a client (Mr. Steve Jones) in Los Angeles, CA which is 8 hours away.
To be more efficient with your travel oppurtunities and expenses, you would love to see a Google…

Custom Export more spouse fields
When creating a new custom export, all of the spouse's information is not available to add. i.e. retirement date, age etc. All of the information is in redtail but cannot be exported. Can we add those two fields?

Linking documents to calendar events
Ability to link specific documents to calendar events/tasks.
Ability to link additional Notes from the client profile(s) to calendar events/tasks that are relevant.If a calendar event is not created FROM the Notes pages at the time the Note is added to the client profile, there seems to be no way to link specific notes to the calendar event once the note has been saved.

Contact Options - Reports
Hello. Please make a change to allow the Reports under Contact Options to be customized. It would be fantastic if we could custom select which fields we want to include in these reports. Thanks for your consideration.

seeing selected people in separate columns on the calendar day view.
On the day view of the calendar, seeing the selected people in separated columns, when you have an office with many meeting rooms and people taking appts it would be extremely helpful.

Annual Review Report
Can we get a comprehensive report to use for annual reviews? Outside of gathering information, a CRM should provide users of all experience levels a snapshot of the data that tells a quick story to address client questions and issues, train new staff, complete client reviews and quickly bring any successor advisor up to speed with the overall plan and purpose of service. You have most of the necessary content to accomplish this. If you could just neatly combine it all on the Confidential Personal Profile Report, you would have a very powerful tool.

integrate RedTail CRM Calendar with Redtail hosted email
Our office uses both RedTail CRM and RedTail Hosted Email. Within the Email side, which uses an Outlook based platform, I am able to add calendar events and send / receive appointment invites. However, this calendar doesn't integrate with the CRM side calendar. This seems like an obvious feature to integrate. If an event is created on the CRM side, it should populate the email side calendar and vice versa. As such we could send / receive invites and have all calendars synced.

Junxure Time Stamp
Within an Open Activity, there will be a sequence of notes, most recent on top, of what is being done with that particular activity. Junxure offered CTRL J which equaled (sample) "10/9/19 BMW 1:00 PM", it was great. I have offered this suggestion in Request #626395 8/21/17 and #695898 1/3/18.

Bulk Data Uploads/Updates
Is it possible to add a feature to the Admins for bulk uploads? We are going through a massive overhaul of all our contacts in Redtail requiring many updates to our contacts such as; status, category, key words, referral source etc . We have been exporting from Redtail and submitting tickets to have this data uploaded into our CRM. Can this be a feature added to Admins going forward?

Red is a distressing color, please allow alternative colors like blue.
I know this may seem trite, BUT stop using the color red/gray and/or allow other color alternatives to the template. I left your CRM because it's red and distracting and stressful to look at all day. As humans, we are conditioned that the color red is bad, or we should beware. It's stressful to look at red. Please allow us to customize the colors, it isn't that hard to code.
