In Document storage it would be helpful to set up folders to categorize different documents
Document storage could use a folder system like most computers have

IMPORTANT NOTES
Just like you post birthday reminders in the green bar on the actual birthday you should have a red alert box at the top with the most important follow up questions from the last call or reminders about what you discussed on the last call. You shouldn't have to click anywhere to see it, it should just be up there.

Doc viewer within the CRM Doc Storage Page
Every time I need to view a document in the CRM document storage area I have to download to my computer to open it in Adobe. This causes a duplicate document to be placed in my download file. Redtail needs an embedded viewer on the CRM documents storage area to be able to examine within Redtail.

Add Contact Roles as options for Custom Exports
Seems silly that you can't export a list of clients and see who their Advisor, Associate Advisor and CSA are.

Import Tool
Perhaps I'm missing something, but I find no area where I am able to do a custom import. It would be helpful to have the ability to import a CSV file to update contacts, workflows, activities, etc. Most CRM systems have this capability.

An account advanced search that allows exporting accounts and displays account instead of contacts.
we have a contact advance search(what we have now, pulls contacts) but we should have an account advanced search that allows users to see accounts, not contacts based on the search criteria so when they export it's only the accounts in the list.

Short note in summary on workflow listing
We are trying to implement workflows in our practice. I like them except for the note process. I wish there was a way to put a short note in the workflow view that give a little more detail as to what is currently the hold up on the workflow item.
For instance, if the next step is obtain client signature, I wish there was a way to put a note as to when the last contact with the client was and what the hold up is. It would be nice to see this on the page with all of the…

Color code CRM calendar based on people and not activity type.
Be able to color code based on people. For instance, in our firm we have 5 people. It would be nice to have different colors assigned for each person on the CRM calendar that way we can correlate the color with the person. Right now we are able to color code based on activity type like (appointment, task, out of office, etc) but this way all 5 peoples appointments are the same color.

Pin a note feature
Have the option to pin an important note in the contact record so it can be easily accessable.

Moveable Chat bubble
It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

Activity order should not shuffle on the activities tab
Activities list should remain static when the page is refreshed, not rearrange every time. It makes it very hard to keep track of what I am looking for when there are too many activities listed at the same date and time.

automatically put the date of "client since" the date they were entered into RT as a client. have an edit option in case it needs to be changed

workflow/Task (Option to hide completed tasks)
It would be really great if we had the option to HIDE tasks that are already completed under a workflow for a specific contact. I have workflows that have over 20 plus tasks and many of them are complete. It would be helpful to have a button to hide the complete ones so you can see which ones are still outstanding that need to be worked on under that workflow. Gets a little busy on the eyes with that many tasks clogging up the screen.

Need to able to restrict employees from disabling 2 factor
There should be a way to restrict people from enabling a device as a trusted device. By allowing this, one would bypass 2 factor. There is too much secure info in the CRM to allow this.

add a household portfolio balance option
When a client is married you should have the option to see the household portfolio balance not just the individual portfolio balance on the main screen.

Sorting in Memberships
It would be nice if under Memberships, All Family are lumped together and then all other memberships are lumped together. This would be very helpful in making the report cleaner.

It would be very helpful if Red Tail had an automatic refresh.
I work with a client appointment calendar and unless I remember to refresh the calendar, I won't see cancellations or changes to our daily appointment schedule.

Broadcast Email Font capabilities
There should be a way to change the font size within the broadcast email that does not put the font in bold print. Currently when you change the format to a Heading sized font it all is received in bold. It would be useful to have the option to simply change the font size as we send emails to some older clients who need larger font. Ticket number: 1174480
