Month view on the calendar, would be great if the month view defaulted using the current week.
When choosing month view have the calendar default to the current week so in the middle to end of the month you do not have to scroll through the current week is always the default.

automate activities based by Client Status
Automate activities based by client status
For example: I want to reachout to all A clients quarterly, all B clients semi-quarterly, etc. But each time i change a client's status, I don't want to manually update all the activities.

Need to able to restrict employees from disabling 2 factor
There should be a way to restrict people from enabling a device as a trusted device. By allowing this, one would bypass 2 factor. There is too much secure info in the CRM to allow this.

custom exports
We like to run a report of expiring licenses, we put that information into know your client. Custom exports will let you export driver's license expiration but won't give you the fields for other id.
Would be a lot easier if most if not all data could be put in a custom export.

It would be very helpful if Red Tail had an automatic refresh.
I work with a client appointment calendar and unless I remember to refresh the calendar, I won't see cancellations or changes to our daily appointment schedule.

Workflow - Delete Steps after Workflow Launch
The ability to delete workflow steps after a workflow is launched (similar to how you can delete tasks if necessary).

emotional status of interactions
I'd like to be able to quickly and easily be prompted to indicated the client's perceived emotional state in the notes section during the interaction (example: dealing with a death/sad, moving/excited, submitting a complaint/angry or frustrated) of how a meeting/interaction/exchange went. Also, a separate field for "satisfied with services" and "dissatisfied with services" selection in notes per client interaction. I'd like to be able to run reports on this data for customer service improvement goals.

add a household portfolio balance option
When a client is married you should have the option to see the household portfolio balance not just the individual portfolio balance on the main screen.

Ability to set a template or default when creating opportunities
Ability to set a template or default when creating opportunities. Let users set a default for all of the areas in preferences. For example: Type being defaulted to New Business.

workflows
It would be nice if we could view workflow tasks like we do activities and have the option to filter by who assigned to and filter dates. I know there is a workflow report but you have to consistently reset the filters and it is not as user friendly.

Active workflow tasks assigned based on the role need to reassign those tasks when the person in the role changes.
When the person assigned to a role changes it is critical that the workflow tasks assigned to that role automatically update to the new person in that role. Right now we have to update all workflow tasks manually when the person in the role changes. Workflows could be so much more useful. Please make this a priority.

Please provide unlimited trigger options
In order to make systems more automated and instead of having to manually create a bulk action to send a broadcast email, I would like to have some emails automatically sent when an Activity Category is changed within a workflow.
Because Redtail Automations are frustratingly limited and only provide an option to email user, email team, link workflow or set field, there should be a way within Redtail to have a review confirmation email, no reply email or thank you email to automatically send when changing the activity category or if there is another trigger and action that would get…

Ring central
It would be great to have an integration so that when my Ringcentral line rings with a client's number (it would have to be the one in Redtail obviously) their account information would pop up, rather than having to search for them.

Please add the ability to create folders in the document tab of a contact.
make document tab more efficient by having the ability to add folders to hold things like estate documents, financial planning documents, current reviews, eetc.
