  1. Activities/Task Assigned to Role vs Individual

    It would be very helpful to have the ability to assign activities to either a role or a person, just like Workflows.

    When the person assigned to an activity changes it would be beneficial to have the option to assign to a role instead.

    Please consider this option.

  2. Add a report to print beneficiaries by Household

    We need a way of confirming beneficiary information with our clients annually. A report showing beneficiaries by household, by account would be highly desired due to the important nature of this information.

  3. More contrast on Contact Record Page, too much white- boxes run together

    One suggestion I'd make with the latest update is readjusting the contrast in colors on the contact page for each individual client. Currently there is minimal contrast between the different boxes of Contact Card, Contact Details, Adding a Note, etc. It makes it difficult to see where boxes start and end now, things start to run together now.

  4. Beneficiary Report

    Would you be able to add the Tax Qualified Type to the Beneficiary Reports for All and All Non-Closed? This is information that we currently have to hand write on after the report is run for our Advisors.

  5. workflow Notes & Linked Notes

    We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
    - With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?

    I would like to request the ability to create cases that can be assigned to client accounts and for an internal Case Queue to manage/close these cases.

  7. Assign Estimated Time to Complete to Workflow Templates!

    To better track capacity across our service team, I propose adding a feature to our workflows that allows us to assign an estimated time to complete for each workflow template. This enhancement would enable us to monitor and manage each processor's workload more effectively. It would be great if we could also have a capacity dashboard for each processor!

  8. Customize Interface

    I would highly suggest to allow users to customize the interface. What I mean by that is, when I pull up a contact Past Due & Next 30 takes up 80% of the screen. Opportunities is the Number One Driver for new sales- so when Mrs. Smith calls and I go to pull her their contact I have to then click "More" on the left hand side and then click "Opportunities" to see whatever Opportunities Mrs. Smith has. That information should be right where Past Due & Next 30 currently is- what I would really like is to be able…

  9. Increase the number of Departments Customize Fields.

    More customizable fields than just four for departments would be helpful. Name, email, online, phone, or contact. The majority of the departments I work with have phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, websites, and login credentials. The fax number is now shown to me under the Contact card on the right. I have to linger over the department fax number till the name displays in order for me to know whether it is the correct one. Having to look at twelve different work fax numbers strains my eyes greatly.

  10. Activity template search

    When you go to create an activity template, have a search bar to filter all the templates. We have over 30 templates for varies jobs. It would be great to have a search bar to narrow down what we are looking for instead of scrolling through a list. DocuSign has a great feature of creating an envelope from a list of templates with a search bar at the top.

  11. Emails search

    I need to be able to search clients WITHOUT an active/primary email. The search "without email" leaves out those elderly clients who no long able have an active email or don't communicate via email. We have archived their email to save email history but then by default we leave them off our call list because they are left out of the search client WITHOUT emails because system is picking up the archived email - which isn't active anymore.

    Consider adding a "Vault" feature to Redtail CRM or as a separate module that would allow the secure transfer of documents between clients and advisors.

  13. Orion integration - add ability to link to more than one database or choose which database to link to

    Our firm has a parent database and a child database in Orion. We are unable to link our Orion child database to RT because currently it will only allow one database to be linked. In this instance we would want the child database to be linked but not the parent database. Having the ability to pick one over the other is helpful or having the ability to link more than one database would solve our current problem.

  14. Color Coding in the Calendar

    Specifically, please provide the ability to color code "custom" types under categories in activities so that the calendar will color code the way we desire.

    This will eliminate our work around that required us to create "custom" types in the type dropdown just so our receptionist (scheduler) could color code things easily on the calendar for scheduling purposes. Unfortunately, however, this work around has hindered the fuctionality of many other aspects of Redtail. We'd LOVE to use RT to it's full potential, but color coding the calendar is top priority, so everything else must wait until this is an option.…

  15. Give us a way to auto paste to spreadsheets

    Maybe link office 365 to redtail or have its own spreadsheet page. Instead of just listing info like writing on a sheet of paper, have it with text boxes that then paste onto a pre-organized spreadsheet that can be saved/linked to onedrive.

  16. Salutations

    On the salutations area of adding a new contact, there is an option for Sergeant but no other rank. It means alot to military and first responders to be recognized for their rank.

  17. allow admins to send emails on behalf of other reps

    Allow admins to send broadcast emails on behalf of Reps. I regularly send out broadcast emails for the financial reps to their clients. In order to do it now I have to log in as the Rep.
