Office 365 Suite Sync
It would be very helpful to sync the contact or contacts to a meeting when syncing the calendar from Redtail into Office 365. That way we are able to tell whose client meeting it is.

Allow data base owners to grant access to reports.
The fact that only data base owners have access to reports forces CEOs to do CCOs' job. RedTail Speak is great. The fact that I have to have my CEO access the report, download it and send it to me is inefficient. I would think allowing data base owners to designate viewing rights would be logical. Thank you.

Microsoft Suite Sync
I did the sync for myself before rolling it out to the rest of the agency. A couple suggestions I have: (1) everyone in the company should be able to see all emails to a contact, not just the person that sent the email; and (2) the name of the contact should be synced to Outlook with the scheduled appointment. Thanks!

account ownership
For account ownership, it would be nice to be able to link from just the ownership contact feeds. For example, we have an insured child with both parents as owners. The policy cannot be linked to a note or activity unless the child is a linked contact.

Generate an alert to notify the client of a meeting.
It would be very helpful to have an automated alert go to the client when we schedule a meeting. This way they can reply to reschedule, cancel, or keep appointment. If they decide to keep appointment, a reminder notification would work great, days before the meeting.

Bulk remove keyword or tag groups on One contact
When handling terminated accounts, would be useful to have way to delete all keywords and/or tag groups from one contact. Having to click each keyword or tag, and then also click on the confirmation message is bulky and inefficient when trying to clean up lots of contacts.

Workflow steps that can be completed out of sequential order
Having the ability to create workflow templates where steps can be completed out of sequential order without needed to use the current outcome feature in RT. You would still create a workflow template in a sequential order, but you wouldn't need to wait until the prior step is completed to complete the next one.

Mobile app - add accounts to menu at bottom of Contact
Getting to a client accounts is a primary reason to use the mobile app. I believe having “accounts” as a standalone button for easy access would be great. This would avoid having to click on the 3 buttons at the bottom right of the app to get the drawdown menu to then select “accounts”

Sort notes via date created
When an activity is completed it shows as a note - we would love to have the ability to sort those by the date created opposed to the date the activity was completed.

Internal chat/messenger for users. My colleagues and I would like to be able to message each other. Similar to teams.

Make "Lets Talk" Chat Bubble Moveable
PLEASE make the "Lets Talk" chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen minimizable, closeable, or at the very least MOVEABLE. It's in the way of information we utilize and its INFURIATING.

Advanced Search on Account Level
Currently Advanced Search is at the 'contact' level, we NEED to be able to search at the account level. Today there is no way to get an accurate report showing an account type, for example, Fixed Annuities issued in a particular month, say January. To me this is a basic search feature that should be available.

Contact accessibility
When I'm prospecting or keeping up with clients, I would love if I could populate a list of all my contacts and sort on one page the last time I actually spoke to the person and the notes of our conversation. Instead of clicking into each individual name, then clicking the notes tab and sorting through that. It would make it a lot more efficient if I could have it all on one page to scroll through and keep organized.

ability to filter notes by user and timeline
It would really be great to search through notes with a filter for user. It would also be great to have a filter to look at past notes within a certain timeline.

RMD Report needs improved
There are two improvements needed for RMD's, first the "Contacts by RMD" Report is running for clients turning 72 (the RMD start age is 73 starting in 2023). Second, when running the report, there is a check box to only include "qualified accounts". Not all qualified accounts are have a RMD requirement (such as Roth IRA, UTMA, UGMA, HSA, Educational IRA, MSA). This results in a RMD report with accounts not needing a RMD. Request to adjust age to 73 for the report and the ability to include/exclude specific types of qualified accounts.

Dog names
I miss the doggy pics with their names. Not so concerned about the owners but miss saying good morning to the dogs upon login. Please give them names!

Date Paste
Redtail have a function to have a 'date paste' similar the F5 function is in notepad (for example) where the date will automatically appear to make leaving notes easier.

Support Chat Bubble
The current chat bubble that shows in the bottom right really should be moved to the bottom left so that it's out of the way of being able to see a clients overall account values when looking at the account tab. Currently it blocks the total value and you can't click and move it anywhere else.
