Pontera enables retirement savers to get help
managing their workplace 401(k) accounts from their trusted advisor. Providing an integration to Pontera would allow for advisors to stay within the Redtail CRM while working on client 401k accounts in addition to tracking the AUM under Redtail.3 votes -
Adding an advisory fee tab in Know Your Client
This will allow, advisory forms and quick questions to be answered and completed with clickng on the know you tab section. The Know You tab section has clients net worth and other parts which would be need to complete advisory agreement but not a way to track the fee.

Allow the ability to filter two different columns on the Workflow page at the same time.
Currently on the workflows page you can only filter one column at a time. This is frustrating because when I filter by Owner it gives me all of my tasks but I don't know which one is most important without peering through a few target dates.
I would like the ability to sort my workflows by two columns at the same time (i.e. Sort by both Owner and Target Date at the same time). This would save a lot of time for me to quickly figure out what priorities are for the day.

Restore the Previous Calendar format that included TIMES in a column along the Left
You changed formats and we LOST a functionality that we use multiple times a day. Namely, being able to print a calendar that INCLUDES times in a column on the LEFT, which also allows appointments to ALIGN by time (ie, there is a blank space, basically a 'space holder' where no appointment is scheduled.

I would like to be able to filter which categories are on the main "Accounts" section for each client. I can add in the Model for the account, but want to see a list of accounts with model in one snapshot without having to go into each account manually.

exports from Redtail to Quik
We use Quik's integration with Redtail to partially complete our applications. We just realized that if the client says they have 0 years Mutual Fund experience, 0 Stock Experience the value does not come over. Quik tested if they put a value other than 0 it comes over but the 0 should also so we don't have to manually complete that they have zero experience

Add a 'Contacts by Employer' option in the Reporting section of Redtail.

Adding Mobile Text
We use Redtail to keep contact records for our all our financial advisors. Since there's a big push for mobile supervised texting, in the phone drop down, can you just add "Mobile Text" and that when its seen by a program like MyRepChat, it knows to sync to that record.

Keyword and Contact Card Placement
Keywords and Contact Card placement should be easier similar to how Wealthbox has their keywords and contact information at the very top of the contact page.

Really need email reminders for future tasks/activities. This should be a standard feature of any CRM system.
Need email reminders for activities that are scheduled in the future. No good way to keep track of this currently.

'Assigned to' Activity Column Viewing
It would be helpful if the 'Assigned To' column within the Activities tab were able to be permanently expanded to show all users (instead of stating "3 users", for example, and list out the names).

Activities/Task Assigned to Role vs Individual
It would be very helpful to have the ability to assign activities to either a role or a person, just like Workflows.
When the person assigned to an activity changes it would be beneficial to have the option to assign to a role instead.
Please consider this option.

ai for zoom & teams meetings
feature for zoom & teams meetings - video & voice... smart ai notes... like Fathom or otter ai. notes get summarized, we get to edit/ verify, then post to crm.

I need an option for my clients who are engaged. They are someone's fiancé. I wish I had the option to say that instead of "life partner".

Archive Contact option
When an Advisor left our firm, we were required to keep her contacts in our CRM for compliance purposes (according to our broker-dealer, to keep all activities and notes intact, even though the Advisor took a data file with her to her new firm). Although we have inactivated the clients, we still have to weed through them every day. Short of creating a quicklist for our own clients (which is simply a nuisance) to use from day-to-day, it would be amazing if we could archive old clients (either inactive, or in this case, clients who are no longer ours but…

Help us Track Beneficiaries
Our team is currently tracking benes in Memberships and finding it very cumbersome. We have clients with 14 grandkids. We do not want to create individual records for this many non-clients, then link to the account owner, and define the relationship, this is way too time consuming just to be able to track that beneficiary info.
I think Beneficiaries would make sense in the Know Your Client tab, or a completely new Beneficiary tab on the left hand side in the individual record.
Beneficiaries change all the time, so it would be nice for this new feature to be swift…6 votes -
Telephone Message Board
Our firm uses a separate phone message board website to post phone messages when a client calls. Currently, we have to copy the message and post it into a new note in the client's contact. This is done many times a day.
To have a phone message board (a separate section) available in Redtail, so messages can be posted in the message section for a user and also saved in a note in the client's contact would be so helpful. This would also help greatly with compliance, as well as ensuring all communications with a clients is in one location.

Link Notes Via Checkbox
It would be nice to link the activity notes using a check box rather than copy/pasting the description into the linked note box. Less typing and it auto links. Auto-updating the linked note would to the link activity would be great too.

client review portfolio
Please create a Client Review Report that includes the Portfolio Account Values. Advisors need updated account $ values for clients, categorized by their Status A, B, C, etc.
