  1. Calendar Reminders

    I need to create a Prospect List that will pop up on my calendar and/or email and/or Outlook calendar everyday to remind me (1) Who my prospects are (2) the date of last contact for each one (3) date of next contact for each one. How do I do that? I tried using Workflow for the first time and I couldn't get it to do these things.

  2. Business Contacts

    Business Contacts should have the ability to have multiple email addresses for broadcast emails without having to create multiple contact records.

  3. Batch Edit Annual Review Frequency

    Mass editing of annual review frequency is impossible with Redtail. Add a feature to bulk edit or spreadsheet upload and change frequency en mass.

    Right now it's possible to mass edit the first review date, but nothing else!

  4. Add Servicing Advisor to Contact Header

    Add Advisor to Contact Header
    Currently it is lower on the page and not always visible in the screen (depending on the viewing size.)
    EXAMPLE:
    Ms.Mary A Client (space) Servicing Advisor: John A Doe, CFP (space) Icon Shortcuts.

  6. Automatic daily birthday (and/or anniversary) reminder emails sent to advisors

    It would be nice to receive an automatic email every day with a list of clients' birthdays/anniversaries.

  7. Customizing Client Reports?

    I’ve been exploring the reporting features in Redtail CRM and was wondering if anyone has tips for customizing client reports. Is there a way to add more specific fields or change the layout for better readability? Any help or best practices would be appreciated!

    Add the RED notification Box on Contact landing page if Status is changed to Deceased. Expedites the Commuinication to our team, even if we don't have the data of death yet.

  9. Reassining workflow step vs individual activity

    Can we please add the feature so we can reassign the entire step in a workflow to another person vs having to reassigning each task in the step one by one

  11. Our office would like to have each user see only the notes for their clients on the dashboard

    When a user logs in they can see notes for all users in the office. They don't want other users to see what they are interacting with their clients about. It is a bit of a privacy issue for the clients also.

  12. RedTail Picures - Just a suggestion

    Please bring back the Dog Pictures, they have been very few & far between. They do not even have to be new ones, the old ones are still fine or any other animal pictures. They always put a smile on my face first think in the morning, Great way to start the day! I have been getting the same old 3 landscape pictures for awhile now. Thank you

  13. Activity Notification Email (without description field)

    Activity Notifcation is a great way to keep Attendees (relevant users) up to date on tasks that requires them. Although, when we use the Description field to keep detailed notes, it would be nice if those were not sent via unsecured email.

  14. Upload spreadsheet of contact info and create contacts

    It would be great if you could import a spreadsheet into Redtail and it would create contacts from the names and contact info on the spreadsheet.

    For example, we host seminar's and we receive a spreadsheet from our marketing firm containing the attendees contact info.. We have to manually add all these contacts but it would be great if we could just upload the spreadsheet, designate where to pull the data (Example Column A is Last Name.. And have the contacts added.. It would be also great if you could have automatic activities made if requested for contacts like this.

  16. Client Profile Sheet/ PDF Report

    Please make available for us to incorporate or adjust custom field information concerning our clients. This will facilitate the compilation of essential details into a concise, one-page PDF report, i.e. the client's CPA/Tax advisor, Estate Attorney, investment model, required minimum distribution data, IRA beneficiary particulars, etc. Such a report will greatly assist us in preparing for client meetings by providing a comprehensive overview of their significant information.

  18. Create Dynamic Tag Groups

    There should be two types of tag groups that can be created: static and dynamic. Currently, all tag groups are static. I would like the ability to create a tag group that will automatically add contacts that meet certain criteria. Essentially, I want a combination of a quick list and a tag group. The marketing software that we use has the ability to import tag groups and sync them nightly, but it is tedious adding each advisors new contacts to tag groups manually.

  19. "Created By" listing names alphabetically.

    When doing an advanced search for "Created By", it would be nice for first or last name to be listed alphabetically.
