Activities
Maybe it's just my old eyes but it's difficult to differentiate between completed activities and non-completed activities in the mobile app. Perhaps using color coding as opposed to the faint bold/non bold type to tell the difference?

Annual Review Checkbox
Annual Review Check Box - it would be incredibly helpful within appointments or phone calls to have a check box to mark "Annual Review" so that when the activity is completed it updates the annual review date for the client to show completed on the date the activity is completed.

Allow tag groups to be edited via automations.
Pretty straight forward, give us the ability to add/remove tag groups via automations. This would allow us to more effectively managed the integrations we have with RT.
Preferably we would have to edit most of the fields found in the advanced search

Print workflow diagram
It would be great to physically print the workflow diagram, existing steps and % completion in a pretty way.

Setting preferences for each activity type length
Setting a preferred length of time for each activity type, ie appointments would be an hour & 15 mins, tasks 15 minutes, phone call 30 minutes, etc. so when setting those tasks it defaults to that amount of time automatically without having to adjust the times from where you clicked on the calendar.

Show All Activities Yet to be Completed
Instead of only showing Activities Due Today, allow us to filter the date range for outstanding Activities (past due and xx days in the future) and save that preference, so we don't have to manually go in and filter the results each time.

Ability to Print Notes by Contact that shows the Comments
We use Comments on notes a lot, we have a rule of same day/same topic but there is important information being added under Comments. We are going to be told that we can no longer use Comments since they will not print out on Notes by Contact Report. They also do not print out when you click on Notes in a clients RT record and choose the category of note you want to print. This would be a very useful feature to be able to export out to PDF and have the comments show as well. The only option currently…

Primary Financial Rep - from Redtail to AW
It would be beneficial to be able to automatically designate who the financial representative is on an account when sending to AdviceWorks. For example, I am an assistant, so would not want any contacts under my rep code by accident. When I send clients to AdviceWorks it populates my rep code in for them as default. I would like it to automatically fill in the Financial Professionals Rep code instead of mine so that no errors are made.

add mile stone dates
Have the ability to add milestone dates to a client that would appear on the dashboard similiar to 'Today's Birthdays'. This would allow the ability to track and acknowledge various life events of clients that could enhanve the customer experience. Milestone date examples are retirement date, surgery date, anniversary date.

Activities By Contact-Search By Who Added Activity
When running the "Activities By Contact" report, it would be nice to have a filter option that allows us to filter by the user who added the activity. We have several team members, and it would be nice to be able to look up all of the activities a specific user added to Redtail.

Allow phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses to be re-arranged.
Allow users to re-arrange addresses, phone numbers, & email addresses.
I understand this idea is already out there, but here it is again, with a possible fix... Make it so that we can "Click & Drag" to re-arrange the list. Right now, it just lines them up as they are entered.3 votes -
Copy Account Feature
It would be great if we could have a feature to copy an account. When setting up multiple accounts for the same person, if there was a copy feature, it would save a lot of time with not having to input all the same information multiple times (i.e. beneficiaries, open date, etc.). We could just copy and then change account number and type

More Details and Input Options for Annuities
Able to add more details about the annuities, such as withdrawal reports, annual value updates, etc. Also, there is not option to add a SPIA as an account type.

Make Activities in "read only" mode if someone else has it open.
If two people have an Activity open there is the possibility of losing data. If both users edit the Activity and save it, only the last changes saved are kept. The first one to save has their data overwritten when the second one saves their changes. This is a huge problem. If someone opens a Word or Excel document to make changes, and then another opens it - the 2nd one is opened in read only mode. Something needs to be updated in Redtail so that we do not have the ability to lose changes made to Activities!

save point ability
I think that creating a "save point" ability to save CRM Contacts would be of great help. We recently went through a data merge with Hubspot in which over 490 records were impacted with incorrect (bad) data. I had to input corrections manually. If we had been able to restore the data back to a previous day save point, we could have saved a lot of the issues.

Contacts By Professional Contact - Add 'Professional Contact' field to filter
Add 'Professional Contact' field to filter of 'Contacts By Professional Contact' report. I understand we can use the advanced search function, but it does not display the professional contact on the screen like the 'Contacts By Professional Contact' report.

It would be outstanding for the client review reminder to be a triggering event for automations. Currently when the client review date passes it automatically updates for the next year, which does not help advisors when running reports.

Integrate the ability to send a prospective client an electronic data gathering form that then uploads directly into Redtail
Integrate the ability to send a prospective client an electronic data gathering form that then uploads directly into Redtail upon the prospects completion, thus saving advisors and teams a lot of time. I realize there is an seperate service for this, but we all do not need another piece to add to our tech stack. First CRM to offer this and email hosting allow for over 20mb will get my business as soon as i learn of it.

Update the email hosting to allow for the ability to send an email over 20mb in size!
Not being able to send an email over 20mb in the financial and insurance industry is not acceptable. Clients shouldn't have to worry about unzipping files and advisors shouldn't have to learn work arounds. All of my product partners can send me stuff over 20mb.
