NOTE NOTIFICATOINS
When we receive an email notification "a note has been created." It would be useful if that email notification include the template name of the note created.

track appointments only
It would be helpful to separate tasks from appointments so that Next activity and last activity on the client record only reflects dates from meetings. As of now, it is hard to see when a client last had a meeting based on those numbers cause it could very well be just a task. It is also hard to report on client base on when everyone last met with an advisor.

Change contact account options from hard coded field to allow me to add an option for your current list
Remove contact account status from hard coded fields and allow me to add my own options.

Add Ongoing Activities Tab
Add an Ongoing activities tab for activities that have started but haven't ended yet. Currently, if an activity spans multiple days, it ends up in your "Past Due" Activities.
An Ongoing activities tab would allow for easier activity organization and efficiency.

Annual Review Checkbox
Annual Review Check Box - it would be incredibly helpful within appointments or phone calls to have a check box to mark "Annual Review" so that when the activity is completed it updates the annual review date for the client to show completed on the date the activity is completed.

Add “After the previous step” button to “Step Due” category in a workflow
The workflow needs an option to set a steps due date a certain amount of time after the previous step has been completed. This is an issue I see comments for back in 2020 and the issue is still not fixed. This is such a simple fix that would only require an added button to the "Step Due" category! Here are just a few of the complaints:

More options when sending broadcast emails
It would be good to have additional options when sending broadcast emails. Such as "Choose primary" or "Choose Business" when sending these, so it just doesn't go to one email.

Would like to be able to see more details in the account feeds, such as Cost Basis.

ability to search emails that are archiving into our CRM
Ability to search external email archiving by keyword in the email history section. For example instead of just being able to search by contact name and subject, being able to search by any word in the headers or body of the email

Please make the comments on Notes more visible!
Instead of displaying "Comments (1)" and then having to click to view more, it would be nice to have all the comments on notes visible/auto expanded.

Activities
Maybe it's just my old eyes but it's difficult to differentiate between completed activities and non-completed activities in the mobile app. Perhaps using color coding as opposed to the faint bold/non bold type to tell the difference?

Allow tag groups to be edited via automations.
Pretty straight forward, give us the ability to add/remove tag groups via automations. This would allow us to more effectively managed the integrations we have with RT.
Preferably we would have to edit most of the fields found in the advanced search

Print workflow diagram
It would be great to physically print the workflow diagram, existing steps and % completion in a pretty way.

Is it possible to add a block under "Accounts" for RMD's? (Required Minimum Distributions?
Please add a block for "Required Minimum Distributions" - this is a Federal Law and requires the client to start the withdrawal at the age of 72.5 years old from IRA's, Roth's, etc.. The block would need: RMD Eligible (date), Fair Market Value, Current Year RMD Amount, Scheduled RMD (a simple yes or no), First Payment Date, Next Payment Date, Payment Frequency and Payment Method.

Show All Activities Yet to be Completed
Instead of only showing Activities Due Today, allow us to filter the date range for outstanding Activities (past due and xx days in the future) and save that preference, so we don't have to manually go in and filter the results each time.

Ability to Print Notes by Contact that shows the Comments
We use Comments on notes a lot, we have a rule of same day/same topic but there is important information being added under Comments. We are going to be told that we can no longer use Comments since they will not print out on Notes by Contact Report. They also do not print out when you click on Notes in a clients RT record and choose the category of note you want to print. This would be a very useful feature to be able to export out to PDF and have the comments show as well. The only option currently…

Primary Financial Rep - from Redtail to AW
It would be beneficial to be able to automatically designate who the financial representative is on an account when sending to AdviceWorks. For example, I am an assistant, so would not want any contacts under my rep code by accident. When I send clients to AdviceWorks it populates my rep code in for them as default. I would like it to automatically fill in the Financial Professionals Rep code instead of mine so that no errors are made.

add mile stone dates
Have the ability to add milestone dates to a client that would appear on the dashboard similiar to 'Today's Birthdays'. This would allow the ability to track and acknowledge various life events of clients that could enhanve the customer experience. Milestone date examples are retirement date, surgery date, anniversary date.

Activities By Contact-Search By Who Added Activity
When running the "Activities By Contact" report, it would be nice to have a filter option that allows us to filter by the user who added the activity. We have several team members, and it would be nice to be able to look up all of the activities a specific user added to Redtail.
