Attendee Dots
Please allow us to remove these new attendee dots showing up on the calendar. I think many people don't need them. My calendar was already crowded and now it makes it worse. Thanks for your consideration.

bring back the "Today" button on the Calendar PLEASE
I am lost. The "TODAY" button on the calendar is sorely missed. When you are booking months and weeks in advance, it is nice to select TODAY and are back to the task and meetings at hand.

Please bring back old calendar or give us legacy version.
Bring back old version of calendar or give access to legacy version. Going forward on new 'lipstick' launches it would behoove developers to have a toggle button (like everyone else in the world) to try new version or not. You can easily track this data and see what the percentage is on usage. No rocket science. Much better than unhappy group.

When adding stages to the opportunities, some additions should close the opportunity. For ex, I've added NQ (non-qualified); it's still open
When adding stages to the opportunities, some additions should close the opportunity. For ex, I've added NQ (non-qualified); it still shows as open and it should be closed - neither won nor lost, just closed.

With the new re-design of the calendar, the "Today" button is gone. Please please bring it back!

Please Replace the "Today" Button on the Calendar
The latest update removed the front facing "Today" button from the Calendar, making it harder to navigate back to the current day when needed.

Bring back the "Today" button on the calendar
When the buttons with the initials of people in a meeting was added, the Today button was removed. I used that often when I was looking out on my calendar to schedule a future appointment and then wanted to get back to the current week quickly.

Bring back the original 'This Week' toggle button.
We wish you would not have removed the 'this week' button between the day/month buttons. Now, when we schedule something a few weeks/months out, we now have to manually scroll back to the current week. Previously we could just hit the 'this week' button and be immediately there. It wastes time for sure.

ADD THE TODAY BUTTON BACK ON THE CALENDAR SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!
Add the Today button back on the calendar screen! This should never have been removed! Wasted clicks getting back to today when moving back or forward though the months.

Please remove these new attendee bubbles from activities.
Please remove these new attendee bubbles from activities as soon as possible or at least make them removable/optional. They are redundant as the attendees are already visibly listed on each activity and these bubbles make the activities way too large on the calendar. This is a huge problem when you are working 50+ activities each week. I don't understand the logic behind adding these but please take them away.

PLEASE REMOVE THE NEW ATTENDEE BUBBLES ASAP. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT AN IMPROVEMENT AND ARE A DETRIMENT TO EVERYONE ON OUR TEAM.
The attendee bubbles on activities make every activity on the calendar double the size. Additionally, they are completely unnecessary.

Ooma Integration
Can we get an integration with VOIP provider Ooma, same as we have with Ring Central and other VOIP providers. It would be nice to be able to see the caller ID from our contacts in Redtail on our phones, and it would be nice to see them come up when the ring in.

Attendee Dots on Calendar- Preference option
Have there be an option in preference to remove the attendee dots. This can be very distracting. All I'm able to see in my calendar at the dots and it looks very busy. Also, if you have more than one employee with the same initial then it defeats the purpose of having a quick glance to see who is in attendance. This is not a helpful feature and I would like the option to remove it.

Turn off the new Attendees Circle/Bubble
Please make the new Attendees Circle/Bubble... optional.
I really (really) dislike this new feature. Enough so, that I might start looking for a different CRM if this doesn't change.1 vote -

Please give us an option to remove Initials in our own Tasks on the Calendar

Bubble with our initials inside??!?
The update yesterday (2/29/24) adding a bubble with our initials inside to each activity and appointment is cumbersome and now each activity/appointment box is much larger. Now, with each box being larger, the amount of calendar activities I can see on one screen is reduced considerably.
It would be nice to be able to 'turn off' this feature as now I am scrolling up and down all the time in order to see my entire day in one screen.
Please allow us to customize if we want these new "features".
Sometimes change is not good for us old dogs :-)1 vote
