  1. workflow report bulk actions

    Please allow bulk selection/changing/actions on the Workflow Report and Workflow Task report. For example, being able to select multiple and completing them all at once

  2. scheduling reoccurring activities

    There used to be more options for scheduling re-occurring activities! I have client who don't always want to meet every so many days/weeks/or months.... we like to select a certain day every April and November for instance. Can we have those options returned please???!!! When the changes were made it removed A LOT of activities off our calendar and clients are getting confused now.

  3. combine note

    It would be helpful to combine outside notes to existing activities instead of deleting the note and re-recording it within the activity or recording it multiple times. For example If I have a phone call with a client that pertains to two activities, I could make one note then link that note to the other activity.

  4. beneficiary data

    Can the add beneficiary pull in an existing contact record so that we don't have to enter information if they are already in the system.

  5. Please consider making "Discretionary" a field for custom export.

    We are required to disclose this on our annual ADV report. The information is stored. It would be nice if we could access it. Thank you.

  6. Retirement date alert

    My office is adding in all clients retirement date, and it would be nice to be able to get an alert for upcoming client retirement date so that a manual activity does not have to be created.

  7. Custom Export Include Assigned Permission

    It would be helpful to be able to include the assigned permissions in a custom export to make it easier to review which contacts are assigned to which permissions.

  8. Tag group - most recent at the top and on the first page

    It would be nice to have the Tag Group list auto sorted so the most recent is at the top of the first page, not list in alphabetical order. Or better yet, the ability to sort according to the existing columns.

  9. Create an integration with Calendly that will allow for you to create notes in Redtail

    I would like to see the ability to have Calendly and Redtail more integrated rather than it just be activities and other information. It would be nice if we could have it integrated in a way that would allow for us to have Calendly create a note in Redtail when we have sent a specified client a link invite. Just to have the option to keep track of things better through our CRM with a notes feature, especially if we could customize what goes on the note. It would be greatly helpful

  10. To Do List

    Would love to have the ability to keep a running to-do list on the Today page for open-ended items. This would be great for those items that are important but don't have a due date. Would also be nice if a priority level could be assigned and if they could be linked to contacts.

  11. Client Record/Personal Info Automation

    It would be helpful if Redtail had the capability to send out a link via email to a new contact for them to type in their basic info and have it automatically integrated/inputted to update that client's Redtail contact record or create a new one. It would automate the process of obtaining info such as full name, DOB, SSN, address, gender, phone number, email, marital status, employer, financial info (net worth, bank info), beneficiaries, etc.

    I am thinking that we can send a link to a contact, they open the link, type in all of the info, submit it, and…

    Allow activity template categories as an easier way to organize our seemingly endless list of activity templates. Maybe allow them to be categorized by department or team

  13. Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level

    I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI.   15. tasks

    It would be helpful to add an activity and not have a specific date & time required as an input. This would help with outstanding tasks and not clutter up the calendar. We would like to use RedTail as a task tracker without having to build workflows. We would like to simply assign a task to an employee with no due date and no workflow steps.

  16. calendar

    Add a feature to hover over the event on the calendar to then "Save & Complete", "Delete", etc. so you don't have to click into the event to do that.

  17. Display database name in header/quicker switch

    Displaying the database name you are using on the header line would be extremely convenient. Currently you need to go into the menu to "switch databases" to see exactly where you are. It would also be helpful to switch between 2 databases quicker.

  18. Add Delegate Access for Broadcast Emails

    Add delegate access option for broadcast emails so an Assistant can send one out under his/her own login credentials on behalf of the Advisor and it shows coming from the Advisor's email!!! PLEASE.

  19. CUSTOM EXPORT TEMPLATE

    We have a LOT of custom export templates because we have a large staff and everyone has different needs. How about allowing each user to mark the templates they use as Favorites so that they can just look at the list of templates that they use instead of having to scroll through everyone else's?

  20. Add Keywords/Tags to Activities

    We wish we could add tags or keywords to activities. Right now, we use categories to differentiate between things like client reviews, new account appointments, and processing tasks (RMD, Account Update, etc). For something like an account review, our advisors would like an easy way to note all the topics discussed. Retirement plans, general account review, estate planning, health insurance - these are all topics that may come up in a client review meeting (but not every time). For now they're just adding regular notes and relying on text searches. But if there were a way to add this option…
