  1. create a feature where we can "turn off" the automatic update to the clients review date

    It would be helpful to know when a clients review is overdue. When the system automatically updates the review date to the following year it makes it very difficult to figure out who may need to be contacted again. Even if there was a report made that we can run to give us a list of all clients whos review dates were auto-updated by the system would be helpful

  2. An appointment feature where we can automatically rollover tasks

    A feature when we are adding tasks to the calendar, that if the producer(or appointment setter) doesn't mark them as complete then they automatically rollover to the next day on the producers calendar. That way a client doesn't get lost in the shuffle.

  4. Ramsey ProPortal Integration for SmartVestor Pros

    I was wondering if there is any way that someone at Redtail could look into starting an integration with the Ramsey Pro Portal? When a person applies for a nearby SmartVestor on the Ramsey Solutions website, they input their name, email, phone number, city, state, and zip code. On the SmartVestor's (our) end, that information immediately populates to the Ramsey Pro Portal website from which that data can be exported to a .csv file.   8. Please add UDFs to the mobile app. There is important info an advisor needs to see before a meeting when on the road.

  9. workflow

    Can we have workflows with an option to disregard the target date but be able to have steps be spaced out from each other. For instance, Step 1 is due 1/1 and step 2 is due three days after step 1 is completed. I believe this way it would make it easier to keep track on steps and stay on track for timing if a step has to be pushed back.

  10. LInkedIn will always have the most up to date Job title, that should automatically update in Redtail

    When a contact is connected to LinkedIn, their Job Title information will be automatically updated with the most current and accurate data. It would also be convenient if their picture was uploaded automatically, like on my iPhone.

  11. allow admins to send emails on behalf of other reps

    Allow admins to send broadcast emails on behalf of Reps. I regularly send out broadcast emails for the financial reps to their clients. In order to do it now I have to log in as the Rep.

  12. workflow trigger opportunity

    It would be very helpful to have a workflow automatically trigger an opportunity. For example, when we have a lead we start a workflow. Instead of having the first step in the workflow be to create an opportunity, it would be helpful if the opportunity would be automatically created and then we could go in and update the opportunity with additional details.

  13. identify what accounts have been linked after running auto link

    The Autolink complete email notification will be much more useful if it shows who the client was and/or what accounts were linked.

  14. Reports - Notes Not permission

    I would like to be able to click on the note that isn't permissioned and it takes me to that contact that the note is linking to. When I have agents that do not permission their notes properly, I have to go in and apply those permissions. It makes it very difficult to permission the notes when you can't click on it and see what contact it is attached to.

    The other thing that would be helpful is being able to see the contact name in the Report that the note is tied to. Both would be amazing but this…

  15. Use of "dotphrase" or "smartphrases" throughout Redtail

    A dotphrase is a colloquial term for a preformed block of text that is inserted using keyboard shortcuts, often preceded by a dot. This can be customized for the Organization, Business and Individual.

    SmartPhrases are abbreviations or words used to pull long phrases or paragraphs into a note. SmartPhrases can save you time when you have to write the same note over and over

    Having use of dotphrases/smarphrases throughout Redtail would be incredibly helpful.

  19. Adding Search Bar/Filter to a Contact Record's UDF Section

    It would be so helpful if there were a search bar or filter option on a contact record's page under the UDF section to quickly find what you're looking for (i.e. Drink preferences before a client meeting). Helps reduce time from visually scanning.
