yCharts Integration
With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

Can you add permission/privacy options on the pop for activity? Same way we have it on the pop up for new note?

Create Ability to Customize ID Types in Indentifications
It would be beneficial to our firm if we had the ability to create and customize the various ID types found in a client profile by going to Know Your Client>>Misc.>>Identification. Some of our clients have ID's that do not fit the default options provided. The ability to create our own options would make our information more accurate and clean.

Multiple Entries for Form CRS for documentation
Allow having multiple entries as a form crs needs to be sent multiple times, not just 1 time.

grammarly
Utilizing Grammarly.com within the system to help write emails to clients via RT. This program helps not just with spelling and grammar but with tone, clarity, engagement, delivery, ect. We have found it super useful but think integrating it automatically would be even better!

Quick Filter for Search Bar
Have a toggle beside the Search Bar that you can filter for Active Clients only. More often than not, I am searching for an Active Client and my search list is cluttered with deceased clients, inactive clients, and/or prospects.

Personal Profile Form & User Defined Fields
Please update form to be able to select multiple User Defined Fields to add to a client's report. It makes sense to allow more customization within this report so that we are able to print a presentable report to the financial advisor for review in client meetings. For different clients, we may require different information so please allow us to customize this report. The only other option for a report that incorporates all the necessary detail is to print it in a messy excel spreadsheet. Not acceptable in a client meeting. Thank you.

link activity template automatically with note template
When using a Note template, we can select Create Follow-Up Activity so it will automatically initiate a new activity, but if we could predetermine the activity template that would be best.
For instance selecting a note template for RegBI Conversation - it would be great to allow me to open the RegBI Tracking Activity we have set up in the tracker.

Make Past Due & next 30 days... More than 30 days.
Why would the main screen only show the next 30 days? We are planning/ scheduling things out all year and have to click on the activites tab all of the time. What is the point to limit this to 30 days? Why can't it show past due and activities 365 days forward? Or at least the option to extend that on the clients home page.
I see that this was completed in 2017, but don't see it on my system

Link Banking information to more than one contact
Make it possible to link the banking information for the head of household with their spouse so that we do not have to enter the information twice.

Lock Open Activities from Editing
We would like to see an ability for "lock editing" on activities so that only the person who created the activity can make changes. All users and attendees can view, but only the creator (or designated user (s)) can edit.

Add a time stamp to activities
Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

BCC in Email History
It would be really nice if when sending an email to clients using BCC these emails show up in the client's email history.

Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

On the automation Templates would like to see the Category added. So that an activity will be automatically generated from type of category
Automate by category- Can we put in an automatic activity that will auto generate on a clients account by what category they are in? Like AAA , AA, A, B, C or Deceased. So once a clients category is changed it should automatically set up the auto activities for that client. Also when we change client category to closed/deceased could an automatic activity generate to close all activities on client?

udf layout customization
It would be great to be able to customize the UDF section layout as well as add collapsable areas for specific info.
ex - a collapsible area titled RMD's with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
ex - A collapsible area titled IRA contributions with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
The titled area would be able to be named and edited
