  1. Shade All Day Events on Calendar

    When an All Day event is created, such as being out for vacation or at a conference, it would be nice to see that day shaded in a semi-transparent color, similar to what Outlook does. It makes scheduling easier, rather than having to look at the top section of the calendar (which is generally used for birthday reminders).

  2. Edit all data on contact card by only pushing edit once

    Instead of having to edit each different contact number, address or email separately, have the edit button open the whole box and be able to edit everything easier.

  3. Redtail Notification

    Add a URL link to the Redtail record in the notification email. This will allow the user to click on the link and go into the record that the activity is for.

  5. notes

    Condense the notes that accumulate under individual contacts. For instance, every time an activity is completed, a new note is made that takes up space. It then takes time to scroll down through the archived notes when one is looking for something specific. We manually are having to delete all of these "completed activity" notes. It would be preferable if these were condensed and didn't take up so much visual real estate space cluttering up archived notes. Maybe they could even be set to auto delete after 30 days.

  7. A quick daily/weekly overview of "notes" and/or "comments" made from the day/s before.

    My employer comes in every day asking what have we done and where are we with this person.
    If he could just open up Redtail CRM and click a tab and it would give him an overview of all the comments and notes made the day before, it would answer everything he needs to know.

  8. Better Details When Hovering On Activity On Calendar

    I was looking at what additional information showed up when you hover over an activity and the only new info was the attendee. For most people they only see their own calendars so that was obvious. It'd be more helpful if we could see the activity description when we hover as well as the activity type (in case we haven't memorized what each color means) and category.

  9. Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box

    Plz Increase Size of Note Text Box!
    -It's difficult to add large emails or notes into the text box and then make modifications as the actual text box itself is very small.
    -Email chains can be very long, so we modify them to reduce the length of each note so we can find the information later on much faster. Sometimes i do this by going through the note and deleting my personal email signature. But it can very tedious and time consuming (frustrating) when i can only see a tiny portion of the text i just copied over.

  10. Create insurance account pages that actually make sense with insurance reports

    I have been a user since Brian was giving the training and RT still hasn't created simple insurance pages with fields that only pertain to that type of insurance. Also, it is a scandal for a supposed CRM for financial advisors that there isn't an insurance report. Maybe Orion will help.

  11. Add Automation Trigger for "Created by User"

    There are several Automation Trigger requests, most, if not all of them are great ideas. Please also add an Automation Trigger for when an Object or Record is "Created by User".
    I specifically want to automate team permissions when a user creates a contact.

  12. Workflow Templates - Increase Viewable Entries per Page & Ability to Stay on Current Page upon Refresh

    Give option to view more entries per page on Workflow Templates. Currently only able to view 25 & lacks functionality like contacts search has to view (50, 100, or more). Also, give ability to stay on same page when refreshing page instead of redirecting back to page one.

  14. completion of notes appears to other tagged team members in email the same way activities do

    Whenever I have attendees listed in an Activity and they are set up to be notified of changes/updates/etc. when the Activity is "Saved and Completed", whatever is in the "Description" box will appear in the email that the Attendee is pinged with. Love that.
    Whenever I want to notify someone of a Note on the system the email prompts the person I tagged to log in to view the note. I would love for the note I input to appear in the follow up email to my team member- it does seem redundant especially when we know it can be…

  16. Dictation in Notes in Redtail Desktop

    Please recreate that ability to Dictate in Notes. I previously used it, however it does seem to work any longer. Considering the importance of having documentation for communications w clients, I believe this is a significant time saving feature.

  18. create a feature where we can "turn off" the automatic update to the clients review date

    It would be helpful to know when a clients review is overdue. When the system automatically updates the review date to the following year it makes it very difficult to figure out who may need to be contacted again. Even if there was a report made that we can run to give us a list of all clients whos review dates were auto-updated by the system would be helpful

    It would be outstanding for the client review reminder to be a triggering event for automations. Currently when the client review date passes it automatically updates for the next year, which does not help advisors when running reports.

  20. Stop requiring different passwords for different parts of redtail

    There should not be three different logins to go from Redtail CRM, to Redtail Feedback, and Redtail Support. Change it to one password to get to all three.....
