Automated Scheduler Integration for Calendar
The Calendar Needs to be compatable with an Automated Scheduler Application like Calendly.
This would save a lot of time and allow clients and prospects to book themselves, be sent Zoom Invites Automatically with their confirmation and also be sent meeting reminders.

Create insurance account pages that actually make sense with insurance reports
I have been a user since Brian was giving the training and RT still hasn't created simple insurance pages with fields that only pertain to that type of insurance. Also, it is a scandal for a supposed CRM for financial advisors that there isn't an insurance report. Maybe Orion will help.

Add Automation Trigger for "Created by User"
There are several Automation Trigger requests, most, if not all of them are great ideas. Please also add an Automation Trigger for when an Object or Record is "Created by User".

create a feature where we can "turn off" the automatic update to the clients review date
It would be helpful to know when a clients review is overdue. When the system automatically updates the review date to the following year it makes it very difficult to figure out who may need to be contacted again. Even if there was a report made that we can run to give us a list of all clients whos review dates were auto-updated by the system would be helpful

Things to do today- All Day Only
Only display all day activities in the Things to do today section. I can see time specific items on the calendar.

Activity Description Size
There should be an option to make the activity description field larger by default rather than always having to drag to make it larger.

Copy Account Feature
It would be great if we could have a feature to copy an account. When setting up multiple accounts for the same person, if there was a copy feature, it would save a lot of time with not having to input all the same information multiple times (i.e. beneficiaries, open date, etc.). We could just copy and then change account number and type

Help us Track Beneficiaries
Our team is currently tracking benes in Memberships and finding it very cumbersome. We have clients with 14 grandkids. We do not want to create individual records for this many non-clients, then link to the account owner, and define the relationship, this is way too time consuming just to be able to track that beneficiary info.
I think Beneficiaries would make sense in the Know Your Client tab, or a completely new Beneficiary tab on the left hand side in the individual record.
Beneficiaries change all the time, so it would be nice for this new feature to be swift…9 votes -

This has been truly the most frustrating part of this program. I assist 3 advisors and they each have multiple client meetings a day. I am not always able to get all the notes in on that day. If I were able to put them in by selecting the date they actually happen and it put it in order for me that would be SOOOOO helpful. Currently I have gotten more behind on my data entry and feel overwhelmed knowing I will have to search my email for all the notes related to that client file and put them in…

No Contact Clock/ Engagement Tracker
There was a feature in our old CRM that would track if a contact group had not had any outreach within 90 days. It was a safety net to ensure we were keeping up with and tracking our engagement with contacts. If for whatever reason a contact was not touched by a campaign within the set time frame, an alert/ activity would populate for us, triggering actions for outreach and engagement.

Emailing both contacts at once
It would be really nice to just click on one button and be able to email both contacts, such as a husband and wife, at the same time. Right now, you have to copy and paste, which is not very user friendly in my opinion.

Add color coding to Actvities Categories - easier to see the current step in an activity process
I would like to ability to color code the different categories in the Activities tab. We have multiple steps to most of our activities and you can currently update the category to the current step, but it would be nice to have this color coded. For this reason, we use Microsoft Outlook tasks so that we can color code the current step in each activity. I would love to be able to do this in Redtail so that we can link these activities to our client.
For example, activities in the Waiting for Client Signature stage are color coded orange.…9 votes -

Enable the ability to view your email password under email settings & preferences
Allow users to see what password they have entered when setting up email preferences to confirm the password was entered correctly.

Workflow reports should organize by date
I cannot organize the Workflow Report by estimated completion date. I select the Est Completion Date and would like to organize by that column. However, it's not properly configured. It will appear as if it is organized by most recently completed, but it's organized numerically by mistake. So it shows as 1/16/2023 and then further down 2/01/2024 etc. This makes it extremely hard to view the workflow report and difficult to use it. If I switch the filter the other way, it still doesn't work.

Make task where you can arrange them manually.
I would like to be able to arrange my task manually. Like if I want certain ones at the top I can move them there. That way my workflow is specific to how I want it to look for the day instead of them just being in a random order.
