  1. Add the date a workflow is created

    We use workflows daily, and itis challenging to determine the age of a workflow. It would help if the date the workflow was created were automatically noted in the Workflow section, so we can sort by date and address older workflows that need attention.

  2. when revising workflow template

    when revising a workflow template, all current workflows that have been started for a particular client but not yet been completed, should be updated to match the revisions made to the workflow template.

    I currently need to delete my workflow and start over again by attaching it to a client

  3. Redtail Speak - Bulk Messaging to a group

    it would great if we can broadcast message a group of contacts, instead of choosing contacts one by one if needing to message all clients in case of an irregular closure or event

  4. Send client name via iCal sync.

    The sync from Redtail to iCal needs to include the client name somewhere. You can see the appointments in Google Calendar, or on the Iphone, but functionality is extremely limited when unable to see who the appointment is for.

  6. Search Workflows by Text

    I would like to have a way to search Workflows. I title my Workflows, but it gets lost among all the other 60 plus workflows listed. I would like the ones that are titled the same to stay together, or if they could be alphabetized. Currently it's just a hodge podge of titles, and it takes a while to find the one I'm looking for.

  7. Automatically turning a Client Review into an Activity

    I am currently automating a “Client Review” process for a financial client on a quarterly/annual basis. However, Redtail’s Client Reviews module does not allow for direct integration with the calendar — meaning you cannot turn a review reminder into a complete activity or associated notes.
    My problem is:
    When a Client Review is marked complete, the system does not automatically schedule the next review date or create an associated activity. So the question is: Does Redtail have a built-in integration, or is there a tutorial for:

    Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

  9. Have Opportunity Revenue Categorized for Calendar Year

    Currently closed revenue is cumulative and doesn't show current year. We would like to be categorize for current year revenue.

  12. Create a New Hire Onboarding Dashboard

    In recruiting, you need to know everyday where you new hires are within the Onboarding Process. Redtail does not offer a "dashboard" at this time. Please consider creating one.

  13. update account status

    Hello I am one of the administrators for Accelerated Wealth Colorado Springs office. I need the ability to add/or change the Status under the Basic Information "update account" area. As it stands there is only "Open, Closed, pending, and under review". Having only these is not adequate for many situations, for our company. Allowing us to add is what is being requested. Thank you.

  15. Quick Filter for Search Bar

    Have a toggle beside the Search Bar that you can filter for Active Clients only. More often than not, I am searching for an Active Client and my search list is cluttered with deceased clients, inactive clients, and/or prospects.

  16. Adding a flag or reminder feature in Notes

    After adding a note, can we get a feature to flag the note or a reminder to go back to the note in "x" number of days? Currently, the only way I can remind myself of the note is to create a follow-up activity. Let's say I speak with a client who tells me that she/he will send me a document in three days. I make a note of the call in RT and set a reminder (instead of an activity) to flag the note in four days. In four days, I am reminded of the Note and if the…

  17. Deceased Client with no Family except a Sister or Brother - How to Link them together

    When a client passes away, and there is no spouse or children, but they have a brother or sister. We create a contact for them, but how can we link them together like we do husband and wife? and not have it say Married to when they are family member. Is this possible.

  18. Link Banking information to more than one contact

  19. accessing templates from inside the activity screen

    When in the activities screen, when cloning an activity, it would be extremely helpful to be able to access the different activity templates from that screen. This would help fill/change a lot of the form fields as opposed to have to do them all manually.
